I got a comparable price to the big warehouse store where I've always bought, even with the add-ons of install, disposal, and warranty. I feel like a got the best deal, especially knowing DT had a far bigger selection of tires for my EV. I really appreciate the texted link with a real-time status check throughout the entire process! Love that the technician came to me in the lobby to personally let me know my car's in the bay. Unexpected. I asked to have my brakes checked and it turns out that they were fine, but my CV axel was damaged and leaking grease. Luis quickly quoted me a reasonable price for the work and was able to have it fixed within a few hours. Due to my first experience with the CV axel going well I decided to return to have my thermostat replaced, oil change, and a tune up. Again, I was quoted a very reasonable price for the work and when I returned to pick up my car (which was ready same day) I noticed that they washed my car for me. Words cant describe how happy I am with KLM and the service that they provide. There arent many honest mechanics these days, but I truly trust Luis and his team.
