I always get a custom drink here every time I come, and I feel bad ordering it because it's more hassle than I feel it's worth. However, the employees always assure me that they are happy to make the drink and are super accommodating. I don't drink coffee often but I do like getting their pastries and other food items here when I'm in the area. I work closer at their other location now but I wanted to leave a review for this location since it was the first one I was introduced to. The place itself is small but quiet and a good location to work at. They also have products for sale such as merch and coffee bags. If you are looking for a place to get your coffee from, I believe this is probably one of the better coffee shops in the area! read more

Came here after a hike in Palos Verdes to get my daily caffeine fix. This spot is right off the very busy at of Crenshaw, and it's kind of a quick turn into the parking lot. I had a dirty Horchata latte. They make the horchata in house daily. My partner had a nitro cold brew latte. Both very delicious, the horchata latte was a bit sweet for my taste tho. Honestly we downed our coffee so fast and enjoyed it so much we came back for seconds. I got the nitro cold brew the second time because I liked its very mild sweetness and it was creamy with an amazing micro foam on top, and not too cold. He got the seasonal peppermint matcha latte. I don't like peppermint all the at much, but this peppermint matcha latte was so cool not cold and refreshing and flavorful in such a soft silky on the tongue way. I would definitely make the drive out here from central LA for this coffee shop. They also sell beans which I will get next time. And the lovely employees brought our coffee out to us Additionally good COVID protocols but the patrons were not careful nor wearing masks and the employees didn't say anything :( they were standing right outside the coffee shop enjoying their drinks and pastries on the surface where you pick up your drinks. read more

Updated Review: The business got back to me and was very professional about the mixup. They did refund my order. Customer service is A1! Thank you! I'm a first customer and made a pickup order today. Unfortunately when I returned home my order was incorrect. My latte was supposed to have oat milk (an extra .75) but it was clearly actually milk after tasting it. I have not had milk in years. Luckily I have a slight intolerance to real milk and not actually allergy! Then my spinach and egg biscuit sandwich I paid a 1.50 to add avocado to didn't have that either. Disappointed with my order and since the sandwich was wrapped I didn't check it or taste the coffee prior to heading back home. Seems like a good place but disappointed in my experience. I can understand one mistake by my entire order was wrong. I tried to call the location and there was no answer. I also emailed so will see if they have good customer service. read more

We enjoy going to Offset when we're in the area! You can't go wrong with any choices you make--drinks, breakfast, pastries, etc.. My husband and I really love their toasts! You have to try all of them. My favorites are the avocado toast and the jam toast. Recently, we tried their ham croissant and omg, it's better than your average donut shop pastry item! It was so hard to share, we should've gotten two. We have yet to try more items but again, everything has been delightful. They won't disappoint. The workers are very professional, yet friendly. Solid coffee shop. Under the COVID protocol, they only allow one party in at a time, so the line forms outside the shop. They're pretty quick to get drink orders out which is awesome, so despite the wait outside you get your drinks after ordering in record time. We ordered a nitro cold brew, lavender latte, and a morning bun. All were tasty. The cold brew was solid, the lavender latte had a nice floral taste, and the morning bun was super flaky and not too sweet. They have a parking lot right outside their shop with plenty of spots for those running in and out. It's a nice small coffee shop right at the corner of an older plaza. The interior had modern coffee house decor with wood finishings throughout. I ordered the hazelnut latte with oat milk. I thought the flavors were a tad too mild even for me and I am a light coffee drinker. Guava croissant with cream cheese. The guava had a nice crisp texture and it was visually appetizing. There was guava jam mixed with cream cheese for the filling. Overall, I thought the croissant was decent and I come to this conclusion after trying two other croissants at other coffee joints thru out LA. read more

I've never been so compelled to write a review so quickly after having tried an establishment for the first time. I am so impressed. Not only do they have great measures in place for covid safety, but they have exceptional customer service. The gentleman that helped me out was so patient and answered all my questions. He gave great suggestions as well. I saw an Instagram ad for their new tiki cold brew which is what led me to check this coffee place out in the first place. It is a delicious cold brew with coconut syrup and cream and pineapple juice. Very refreshing and great for the season. If you are like me, I'm a traditionalist when it comes to my coffee. Black or nada. But I was feeling depressed about the pandemic and decided to treat myself and try something new. Very glad I did. Also, tried their yogurt parfait. It is more like a dessert. Very decadent. Honey, granola, compote. It is beyond delicious. Bought a growler of cold brew to take home. Such a good idea! And how cute.... a growler of cold brew! Might just make the drive here a little more often. I saw they have pastries and breakfast sandwiches so I want to go back with my husband and have a coffee date. I can't believe I haven't written a review for this heavenly realm of inconceivable bean brewing located on Crenshaw and Lomita. Yelp does not allow emojis so I was disappointed in them to say the least. In yelp, not offset. How is one to express his love for this super establishment without emojis? I digress- offset is truly the chillest zone in all the South Bay. Don't come in if you can't handle the ICE bc their shots are always pulled on point! The baristas are all very customer service oriented and flex their smiles and latte art skills harder than Scalabrine could ever carry the Bulls (!!!) "bUt I oNlY dRinK tHiRd wAvE CofFeE" offset has exceeded mortal limits for they are on the plane of dare I say fifth wave aka I wouldn't be surprised if every worker there was a hospitality major wave. From pulling the shots to house made cold brew and delicious toast, they truly put the time and effort into everything they do! The community environment is supreme aha and just as good if not better than seasons 1-4 of community. He was very attentive and friendly and did not rush as I was looking for to order. I ended up ordering the hazelnut latte with almond milk and it was very satisfying. Beautiful latte art! Nothing spectacular on the overall coffee but I would definitely go back because of the ambiance this place offers. Fun/friendly environment perfect for sitting down to do work or read a good book! I guess a couple cons would be that this place is very easy to miss! I just happen to pass by because I saw the word "COFFEE". LOL Also the parking lot is small so large groups not recommended.
