    Root beer float
    Seth N.

Loved this place. Very cozy inside, employee was very nice. Had a delicious root beer float. Took home some goodies, marshmallows, pralines, caramels, turtles. All just delicious as hell. Easily best pralines we've ever had. Just a great little spot especially in the summer!

On our way to Oh Sweetie in Williams, AZ

We visited this location after Covid in 2021 and had a wonderful experience. My kids raved about "the best ice cream in the world" to all who would listen. A few months ago, we made the trek again from sunny SC to Williams, AZ with my parents. Of course, we wanted to visit our fave, Oh Sweetie. Sadly, this visit was a fail. The abysmal employee ruined the visit with her negative and almost hateful demeanor. It was the polar opposite of our previous visit. At the insistence of the staff at our hotel, I contacted this business with feedback. The owner (I assume) answered back and apologized and even offered to send some free sweet treats to SC, when the online ordering was available. Fast forward and it's been months and several attempts to reach out about the offer and I've been rebuffed. Oh Sweetie, you broke our hearts! Do better!!

Great ice cream! So fresh and flavorful. Love that you can sample the variety of flavors. Settled in the banana cream pie and brown sugar Oreo. We did the nachos! Broken cones pieces, 2 scoops and topping. Nice option for sharing. Might be some of the best ice cream I've had in awhile!

I'm visiting the Grand Canyon and staying nearby Williams. I wanted to stop by the town and explore and came across Oh Sweetie. I came later in the evening and there was one worker in the whole store. She was so kind, helpful, and patient. I ordered the single scoop of pistachio ice cream. The serving size is very generous, I had a hard time finishing because there was so much! You can definitely split a single with a friend(: There is one large table for seating inside, it wasn't too busy so I was able to stay and eat my ice cream indoors. Overall, a great place cute shop to stop by if you're in the area.

Not exaggerating but this might be the best ice cream we've ever had. We stopped in for some ice cream after dinner and it was absolutely delicious! Mike was so friendly and helpful, great service. We had the Moose Fart and Banana Cream Pie -- both were incredible. Easily the best banana ice cream I've had. We also tasted the Brown Sugar Oreo and Nutter Butter which were so hard to choose between. Quaint little shop! Will be back again (probably tomorrow).

Y'all, if you so one thing in Williams, make sure it's a small trip to Oh Sweetie! You won't regret it. Best I've cream I've ever had. My family had the same reaction. It's a small little dessert shop in downtown, and you see everyone walking around with their cone. They have the most unique flavors, and not one disappointed. I ordered a scoop of Moose Fart (coconut, choc chips and graham cracker) and it was out of this world good. My mom ordered a scoop of carrot cake and you can literally see the chunks of carrot cake mixed into the ice cream. My sister ordered a scoop of brown sugar oreo and she was absolutely thrilled. My brother raved about the peanut nutter butter scoop he ordered. It's about $6 a scoop, but it's also a nice size scoop! I'm telling you, GO!

It was a cute little place to enjoy some ice cream time. It wasn't extravagant or flashy but enough to satisfy (from R, or Satiate) the sweet tooth. We got ice cream and the coffee and cookie special. We enjoyed how one of them was called Moose Farts!

Cute little shop. Loved the old pictures on the tables. The young lady working was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her while we ordered. Our ice cream was amazing. The brown butter Oreo is perfection.

5 out of 5 for the service, personality and welcome. We walked in to grab a scoop of ice cream and were met with the nicest gentleman offering us plenty of suggestions. He was so accommodating and good natured. You can really tell he loves what he does and is proud of his product. My son enjoyed his chocolate chips cookies and we enjoyed our scoops. Wish I had taken more pictures.

I asked for coffee and she handed me a menu and she asked if I knew what I wanted to eat. I said I needed some time to look at the menu and she frowned and walked away without saying a word. It was obvious she thought I was going to be there a while and didn't want me sitting at the table long. She returned with the coffee and said "You know if it gets busy...." leaving the sentence hanging. I replied I would leave if it did (the restaurant only had maybe 3 tables full at that point, by the time I left at 640 there were two tables empty). After eating the food, which was quite good, I promptly packed up and left as soon as I could 25 minutes after being seated. I walked down to Brewed Awakenings, got a coffee there and sat down at my computer to do some work. In a small restaurant I totally understand that you need to keep tables moving so there is not a wait, but there is a polite and subtle way to message to a patron that they need to move along so other folks can sit down. You can deliver the check early, ask if you are finished, ask if there is anything else you need. Ways to communicate to a patron that they need the table. This was certainly not it. I eat out often, I tip very well, but I have to say this is the first time I felt unwelcome and rushed at a place in a very, very long time. While the food was good, this was not the way to start off day 2 of my roadtrip. In today's economy, making your customers feel like they need to eat and run, and doing so in a rude way, is a master class in how to make your restaurant fail. I do not recommend this place.

The space still has that nice rustic charm with plenty of seating inside and outside on their nice patio. Ordering, however, has changed. Beers, cocktails, nonalcoholic beverages, cans to-go, and food is all ordered up at the bar. There was 1 lone employee working the bar; taking orders, pouring beers, mixing cocktails, and closing people out at the register. This was so incredibly inefficient, particularly on such a busy day. I stood in line 3 separate times (once to initially order two pints, a second time to order a flight of other beers we wanted to taste, and a final time to purchase two cans to-go and close out my tab); each time in line took between 15-25 minutes. The girl behind the bar was very friendly and she was working as quickly as possible while maintaining a relatively happy attitude, but boy did I feel bad for her. Management really messed this up; someone needed to step in and help. With such a big celebration in town that day, there needed to be a minimum of 3 employees manning the bar to take orders and get drinks. As for the beer itself, as usual it's just average. Great if you're looking for something cold to enjoy, but not memorable if you're a craft beer nerd. We went in knowing what the quality would be, but still wanted to try all the new beers since we hadn't been in a couple of years. We didn't eat while there, but in the past when we have, the food is good. The knock of two stars was simply for the horrible management of orders. I don't know when they decided to get rid of waiters and put all the pressure onto the bartender, but geez what an awful decision that was.

The big fireplace and water stream make it feel so cozy. As we usually do, we saddled up at the bar. Service was okay; bartender seemed tired and wasn't overly friendly. He was fairly attentive though which was nice. We each ordered 2 pints of beer; Sacred Saguaro Mexican Lager, Haute Lager, Beach Camp Honey Kolsch, and the Prickly Pear IPA. If you're a craft beer enthusiast like my husband and I, you'll find their beers to be about average quality, but still hits the spot after a long day outside. For dinner, I ordered the Caprese Chicken Sandwich ($15) which was quite good with a large piece of grilled chicken and a soft bun; I'd order this again! My husband had the Beast Brat ($15) and thoroughly enjoyed it. We then ordered a basket of tater tots to share ($5) and it was a huge portion; we almost needed a 3rd person to help haha. We then ordered dessert to go - Sweet Fry Bread ($10) which curbed our sweet craving when we got back to the hotel. Overall, everything we ate was honestly very good; however, I will say for the price, the sandwiches and brats should automatically come with a side of fries or tots. For a la carte handhelds, I feel the price should have been $12 each. The sweet fry bread was also a very small portion for the price which also left us feeling a price point of $6 would've been more appropriate. Despite our small issue with the price point and so-so service, we'll be back. Can't go to Grand Canyon NP without stopping into Grand Canyon Brewing for an ice cold beer and maybe some food too.

Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist.
