I have eaten with my chihuahua at several restaurants and this is by far the most dog friendly patio The dog bacon we ordered was just 4 pieces of bacon (glad there wasn't veggies or rice added) and Peaches was very happy to eat her own plate and not have to wait for us to maybe share with her. We were immediately seated on the patio under umbrellas on a beautiful day! Morgan our server was friendly and helpful! Meh...beer isn't bad, but not great. Buffalo Cauliflower was great but too small of portion to charge $13. Order Salmon BLT...fries sucked completely. BLT needs something...may be avocado? This is the closest location to us. The food and drinks are good as always but this location has a small patio area. We've brought our dogs a few times and they just relax with us on the picnic tables. Our favorite dessert: Caramel Apple Pie Ala Mode. And I always get their BBQ burger with sweet potato fries. Happy hour = a very happy experience! Came here on a Friday evening to sample some of their beers! We arrived around 5/5:30 and didn't have a wait, though it was definitely a happening place! We opted to sit inside. For those curious about covid precautions, they were seating people at every other table and the waitresses wore masks! There was also no menus and they had to be accessed using your smart phone! Not sure if there are any printed menus available. Our waitress was extremely nice and was able to get all of our questions answered- as well provide a few suggestions! We got two flights of beer, all of which were very tasty! We also got an order of Cheese Curds which tasted amazing! Definitely recommend. Everything came out really quickly, which was nice! We only came for drinks and appetizers, so I can't comment on the menu. However, when looking at nearby tables, the food did look tasty! If ever in the area, I would likely stop again! Took the family here because we were looking for a place that we could all enjoy that was also dog friendly. This place did not disappoint. The dining area and bar is huge with plenty of seating. There's signs that the place is dog friendly everywhere you look. A huge patio with tie down latches at every booth so Fido doesn't wander off. Pictures of dogs adorn every square inch of the walls leading to the bathrooms. And there are free dog treats at the host station. The food is decent. Not mind blowing, but good. It's mostly standard bar fare with some interesting twists and options. I got the steak fries with cheese sauce. The fries were good - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The steak was flavorful, but inconsistent - some bites were delightfully tender, others a little tough. The cheese sauce had a bechemel like consistency and was mild and flavorful. Overall, an enjoyable dish. Both my kids had the chicken and waffles. It's the most I've seen them eat in a while so it must have hit the spot for them. I had a taste - the waffle was nothing special, but the butter was creamy, soft and sweet and really helped the experience. The breading on the chicken was crispy, golden and well seasoned, but the meat itself was a tad in the dry side and lacked seasoning. Smothering it in syrup helped a lot. Overall, another good dish. My wife had the carne asada tacos which she said were flavorful though the meat was a little tough at times - similar issues that I had with the steak fries. My dog had everything. He thought everything was amazing. He'd probably rate this place 5/5 stars. I'll give it a solid 4/5. We'll definitely be back. Especially if my dog has anything to say about it. read more

We had gone in for dinner before going to Christmas at the princess and was blown away again by the amazing food that we ordered/received in such quick time for a Friday night I was blown away. We made it just in time for happy hour and ordered a few things to share amongst my husband and myself. The burger and the jalapeño cheese curds were top notch and would definitely order again in the future. My husband said the brisket Fries were very spicy and had a lot of questionable things added but he has a sensitive tummy so i don't take what he says about spicy stuff too seriously. We have always loved this location. The remodel is amazing. What a great destination. The servers are all great. HOWEVER, the "test kitchen" menu is very disappointing. On my 2nd visit, I tried some more fun items from their extensive menu. I started out with their signature "Oasis Punch" cocktail(Vodka, elderberry, strawberry)which tasted perfect-not too sweet with a nice fruit flavor and relaxing buzz. I added one of their top beers, the Boston Creme Pie, which did taste like drinking a BCP but with the alcohol bonus. My entrees this time were Mac & cheese, Pastrami sandwich w/sweet potato string fries and the Angry bird fried chicken sandwich with regular fries. It tasted great like my last visit. Service by Tristan and Manager Eric was on point and friendly. It was getting late but my order was hot and ready in under 15 minutes. OHSO is known for the variety of its beers, and it lives up to the hype. This place has a great drink selection and ambiance. If you are looking to grab a drink after work or hang out on the weekend, this is might be what you are looking for. However, if you are looking to eat here, that is a completely different story. I have been going to OHSO since 2017 but it was not what it once was. I ordered the Steak Fries Smothered and the Brisket Mac. The Steak on the fries is terrible. It is low quality and has no flavor. The fries are hot for about 5 minutes when they get to your table and then are soggy and cold after. The Brisket Mac has the potential to be great, but it was extremely underwhelming. The scallions in the bowl give it a good, unexpected crunch. The Mac n Cheese is very creamy & cheesy that it absolutely dominates the meal. The brisket is good but it is few and far in between. The BBQ sauce that is sprinkled on the Brisket Mac is the best part and I recommend asking for a side of the sauce. The atmosphere and drinks are the reason why you should go to OHSO. The food is below average but that's what you should expect from bar food. Don't have high expectations for the food but the brunch menu is a lot better than the lunch/dinner menu options. I don't know when the next time I'll be back, and I do not recommend this place unless you are looking for an upbeat brewhouse known for its adult beverages. read more

Me and two friends came for brunch. Someone must of forgot about us because we waited 20 mins for a server to come greet us so I went up to the host stand to see where are server was. 10 mins later a server came to greet us and 10 mins after that we finally had drinks and water, very cool very nice. The server we had made us a bit uncomfortable. Everyone at the table works in a restaurant so we know how to talk to guests and this guy talked at us way too long and totally over shared about the "long night" he had yesterday and called my girlfriend "buddy". I know it's a new location and they need to work out some bugs but 35-40 mins to get ~water~ is ~wildly~ lame. The restaurant itself is very cool, I've only eaten an okay quesadilla and okay biscuits and gravy so I don't want to talk too much about the food. Also me and my friends food hit the table first then it took 15 mins for my girlfriend's food to come out after ours. We stopped by here for dinner while we were in town for a wedding and we were blown away by the food and service! The place is huge and we heard it just recently reopened. We grabbed a beer at the bar while we waited for a table and the bartenders were very attentive even though it was crowded for the baseball and basketball games. Our server was Paige and she was so cool, super helpful and her recommendations were spot on. We had the gyoza, salmon bowl, turkey avocado sandwich and the apple pie. It was all sooo good. Food and drinks were all amazing. We started with cheese curds and I had a patty melt as my meal. My husband had the brisket mac and cheese. We enjoyed every single bite and three cocktails each, using their in-house alcohol. The whole meal was a great experience that you don't get often. They did everything right!! This was our second visit to this Ohso location after we enjoyed the first one so much with friends not too long ago. This trip left much to be desired. We came in on a Monday night and the place had a steady flow of people but nothing crazy. We were seated right away. Everything went downhill from here. Our service was very slow and we pretty much had to flag down our server any time we needed something. Several of our orders were incorrect and it felt like we would never get it right anyway so we only asked to correct a couple things which they were happy to do. The food was good, we enjoyed the pretzel with dips and the veggie burger. Mac and cheese is very bland and worth skipping. My margarita seemed watered down. The worst part was how terribly warm it was inside. There was no air flow and we were all sweating just sitting there. It may have been better to sit outside with the fans and misters. We did bring this up to our server who nonchalantly said the AC was on and nothing more. Pretty disappointed in our overall experience. In about 10 minutes our sever brings out water and we ask about the pitcher he says it will be right out we also put in apps. Great place for a burger and beer. Happened to hit here at happy hour and it was great prices. Tristan the barkeep was excellent at helping me figure out a brew to try. Had a burger and pretzel. Beer cheese for pretzel was excellent. Lots of seating inside and out. Outside was shaded and has misters to keep you cool.
