I had a great time at OHSO. I love their veggie burger that comes with guac and their OHSO sauce. I got mine with a gluten free bun and they made my fries in a dedicated gf fryer which is a dream for someone with a gluten allergy. They even have a dedicated gf and vegan menu. I also recommend asking for a side of their OHSO sauce for your fries! I am not a ketchup fan so I'm glad they have sauce options :). We had a wonderful experience eating at OHSO with a large group after a morning of playing baseball. The staff were so accommodating. Lawerence was our server and did a fantastic job of managing service of multiple families and kids without skipping a beat. I changed my order after he sent it to the kitchen and he ran over to ask the cooks to switch it, and they did! The food was excellent and again, the service was even better. OHSO has turned into our weekend go to brunch spot. Brunch menu is top notch and they always have tasty rotating dishes to keep it interesting and new. Great vibes all around and we always have great service, especially from Ryan and Lawerence (so request them if you can and you'll never have a bad experience)! Ambiance and vibe can be great depending on where you're seated. I was bummed as it was a Saturday & College Football games were on, but I couldn't see a single TV from our seated location. I had a great view of the brewing process chalked on the wall :-) Food was a miss for us. It was bland and not served hot. Initially, when my waffle came out, it was cold and served with cold butter packs to spread. I sent back my waffle as it seemed colder than the butter. When it came back, it was served with a different butter & was hot. Cocktails were decent but didn't really get much out of the one I had. Also had the Croissant breakfast sandwich with potatoes. The potatoes weren't hot & they needed to be seasoned. I noticed a few other reviews talking about the various potatoes being underwhelming, stale or kept warm. The beers are the main draw so I would recommend grabbing a few or doing a flight. The food consistency was the challenge on this visit. read more

Wow. Who knew Ohso automatically charges an "online ordering" fee plus a "convenience fee" for you to order online and pickup yourself. Then adds a 20% tip unless you adjust it. So tipping and fees to the restaurant are expected for the services you perform. It's out of control. It's not about the $. It's about blatant arrogance to charge fees for nothing. This was our first time back since the remodeling. Interior is really great. Food was disappointing compared to our other experiences. read more

This is a fun spot when the weather is nice. It's pretty noisy inside but I love the patio, and it's dog friendly as well. We were able to order a pup patty for our little guy and I love that they have clips for the leashes on the benches! The people food is great as well, creative and tasty. While visiting Phoenix a few weeks ago, I was in the mood for a really good Southwest burger. I had visiting Phoenix many years back, and had recalled having the best Southwest burger anywhere, before Southwest burgers became popular. Looking for a unique burger seemed trying, until I scanned the menu and found the AZ burger they offered. It was delicious to say the least. It had jalapeño cream cheese, poblano aioli, and crispy onion strings on top. I know it now seems like a similar type burger you can have almost anywhere, but I felt that this place deserved a nod. The service was okay. My husband and I had been waited on by two or three people, but at least the service was spot on. read more

Pet friendly location with great happy hours weekday deals and comfy outside seating. Had so a great time tasting the delicious blends of traditional foods here. We loved the choices so much we actually split it to have an equal try of sharing out between the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the grilled cheese. Busy plaza with plenty of parking options and great shops nearby to walk around after if you need. Big major win is you are more than welcome to bring your fury baby here too- for Halloween they even had a goodie treat bowl for dogs! Been awhile and had a much better experience today. Tried the candy bar porter and it was very good...I didn't find it that sweet. Love the remodel as the new look/feel is great!!! Arcade was a nice touch too. I also like the test kitchen concept, but hope there is a lot more to test! Salad and fish and chips missed the mark. The fry on the fish was close to perfect , but the fish inside had chicken like consistency. Cole slaw was also way off. Burger was maybe above average, while the "smoked turkey" sandwich was a major disappointment. Glorified deli sandwich, while expecting actual smoked turkey meat. Beers are always good there...recommend the flight/sampler . Good marks on the service, except that our dinner came out about 5 min after we ordered. Will absolutely come back . read more

When he was cut, we were left with a girl who never stopped by, or asked us how our meals were, and left all of our alcoholic beverages as well as our waters empty for the rest of our visit. Each time one of us would ask for a refill, she would only address that one person and leave the others empty. It's so strange.... Now, to my meal, the meat was good, but the potatoes were dry lacking sauce, and the veggies were barely cooked and tough and hard to bite through. Maybe we just hit an off time.... The PRETZELS & DIPS - peanut butter-bacon jam, IPA mustard, green chile cheese dip, corn nuts, cornichons and the TUNA STACK - (Hawaiian Style) poke tuna, pineapple-cucumber salsa, smashed avocado, spicy aioli, sweet soy, sesame, wonton crackers were amazing for starters. We had our team holiday party here on a Friday afternoon and it was perfect! They first brought out a gorgeous charcuterie board, which included berries, brie, mozzarella, blue cheese, and honey goat cheese. I couldn't get enough, especially of the goat cheese! Then they brought out our mains- we had a choice of steak, chicken, veggie, and fish. I got the fish and it was delicious! Dessert was cheesecake for everyone, and I am a cheesecake snob, but this passed my test. It was so rich and creamy, with a wonderful layer of honey on top. Let's be honest, I'm very pro-OHSO and love visiting the different locations. The food and drinks are consistently good. I'm usually there for brunch and my must do is usually the Brisket Mac but on the recent visit I went with the blackened salmon and it did not disappoint. The one thing I think this location needs to do a little better with is the service. I find it a little inconsistent, sometimes it's awesome and other times I feel like a forgotten customer. I wish I could say it was because it's busy but even on the slower days it's still the same. read more

Lunch stop when my husband and I arrived in town. Started vacation with a Chardonnay and amber ale. Decided to try The Pilgrim which consisted of pan roasted Turkey breast, cranberry aioli with bean sprouts on a toasted croissant- absolutely delicious.
