This place is my usual go-to shop to get my safety checks done. I also came here when they were used to be known as Fastlube (Aiea). Anyways, getting a safety check done here is pretty fast and easy. The good thing about it is that you can just do walk-in without any appointment. Sometimes there may be a wait depending on how busy it is but it is usually a smooth process. Other than having a safety check done and just getting gas here, I haven't done any other business with them yet. They are conveniently located right next to the Aiea Shopping Center complex, across from Wendy's and near St. Elizabeth church and school. You cannot really miss it if you are on the main Moanalua Road, from either direction. The staff and customer service is good and their prices for everything is pretty reasonable. If you get gas here, they also take the Kamaaina rewards card. read more

First time here so I wasn't sure what to expect. Yelp reviews sounded like it gets busy so wait time might be long, especially since it's first come first serve. When I arrived there was only one other car so didn't have to wait long to get serviced. Service time was about 20-30mins which isn't too bad compared to taking it to the car dealership. Best thing about it is that I didn't have to get out of the car. Definitely will come back for my next oil change. read more

I understand that it may take a little while more for vehicle inspections, but why do repairs on something that's a fail right then and there. I can see why this location has a long line. I mean if its small why not but if u have no experience with the vehicle u shouldn't be touching it. I watched 2 technicians take almost 45 mins to replace 1 license plate bulb on the rear. It was painful to watch cause they were doing all kinds of stuff like removing the interior panel, even that they had a hard time taking off. read more

Decided to change my own oil. I have been a customer of the Kunia Oilchangers and figured I'd do it on my own this time. As I went under my vehicle I noticed that my oil plug was stripped and took it to the Aiea Oilchangers to get it off and possibly replaced. It was 5:20 and I walked into the office and let the girl know of my dilemma. She went to the shop and explained the situation to an employee (didn't get his name) Local guy tatted up in his 40's. He looked over towards me, appearing irritated. The girl came back and told me to pull around. I pulled up and was ignored, so I figured I just wait. I was instructed to pull into the bay, and a young guy tried to help. He couldn't get the plug off either. The older guy went down and then came up and said he got it loose and put it back on to spec. I asked if they could replace it and was told that they didn't have any Dodge oil plugs and to go to Auto Zone to get another one. I thought, how dumb? You loosened it up and put it back. This morning I attempted to change my oil again at home. The bolt was so stripped that there was no way I could get it off. The guy at Aiea Oilchangers had such a sh*tty attitude I decided to take my car to Kunia Oilchangers. I explained the situation to Chelsea and showed her the new olug that I bought, and she went down to investigate. Shr asked if I had the oil and filter with me her I told her I did. She offered to change the bolt and oil. She showed Aloha and I was so greatful. Mahalo Chelsea and crew for epic customer service!! I won't be changing my own oil again and only taking my vehicle to Kunia Oilchangers. They treat their customers with respect and Aloha. read more

So much better than Jiffy Lube!! I had been going to JL for years and had a really bad experience last time. I went to the Waipio location of OC and the service was excellent and the price not too bad. Oil change was done in less than 30 minutes. read more

Its the worst place for a safety check and I waited in line for nearly 2 hours! If you have friends who work there, it seems like you receive preferential treatment. There were two cars that went directly to the front and got their safety check within 10 minutes or less and without getting out from their cars! Great service and friendly staff. I just signed up for their Service Card. One time cost is $129 but you will save about $50 each oil change for life for everyone in your household. They tell you to call at 8am to schedule a safety and no one answered until 815am. I made an appointment for 1020am and they wouldn't take me even when I checked into the front desk and wasted three minutes there. This is a horrible place to get a safety check or try to even schedule a appointment. read more

Needed an oil change and stopped at Oil Changers. The staff was friendly and quick. As my car was being serviced an elderly man drove up to check the air in his tires. Kaylha was so awesome, she helped him with a friendly smile and you could see how appreciative he was. He offered her a tip and she declined telling him to take care and drive safe. Since Wally's closed down, I needed to find a location that accepted walk ins for safety inspection. I ended up finding out about oil changers. I called in December to see if they accepted walk ins, I was told yes and first come first serve but they didn't have an inspector today call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and was told that they don't come back until Monday. Fast forward to following Monday, I called back that morning to double check and was told yes we have an inspector. So I went in and was told no we don't have an inspector until Jan 3. The guy apologized and said sorry the girl no come work that's why. I was really upset so I ended up calling again and double checking if I called the right location. I did call the right location and the girl on the phone apologized she wasn't sure but told me anyway yes come in. I went back in January and waited 1 hour 1/2 to get it done. I got there 8:25AM and didn't leave until 10 AM. I was the third vehicle. I needed to get my other car inspected too so I asked if they were doing inspections tomorrow. She said yes, I'll be here tomorrow. I went back the next day because as I was leaving they stopped accepting inspections for the day. I get there the next day, they weren't doing inspections for the day. I ended up going to the PC location and was 2nd in line at about 8:30AM. I was done in 30 mins! I wouldn't go back to this location. read more

Got there 15 minutes before opening on Sat morning. Once open had to wait 20 minutes in line for safety check. I was 3rd in line so not bad! They do two cars at a time. Signage was clear to indicate customers needed to drive toward the rear of building. When it was my turn, drove into the garage as they waved me in and got out of my car so they could do their thing. Friendly female employee greeted me by name. I was caught off guard and realized she must've had my car license and name in their system from last year's safety check appointment. They were well organized and done with my car in 20 minutes. This is my go to place every year for my safety check! read more

I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes and never left my car! So stoked on the ease and speed. Needed a Full Service on my 2013 Ford Escape, I was coming here when they were Flagship FastLube because the service was great then and still is now with the new business. They were detailed and explained everything they were doing before they did it. You sit in the car while they do it all and you can hear and see them work on your vehicle. They answered questions and let me choose what I needed without trying to upsell anything. Efficient service, quality customer care. I will continue to come to this locstion. read more
