If there was a way to give "ZERO STARS," I would. The manager, (thick accent, not understandable) was a real jack-ass. I mentioned that I had forgotten my $5 off coupon, and could he please honor the discount without the coupon. He said, "No." He was like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. He took off my oil cap, told me the inside was dirty and had "gook" in it. Tried to sell me a new one for $14, then put the dirty cap back on without even wiping the "gook" off. The only bright spot was my service technician, Gary. When I told him what the manager did, he made sure to clean the "gook" off. Unfortunately, I will not be going back, nor will any of my friends or family. Not even a cool guy like Gary can change my mind. In reply to Tony's reply; True, you have tried to contact this "yelper," but you can't do anything to help me. As far as the employee with the thick accent, he was rude, disrespectful and truly did not care about Customer Service; a jackass. I don't care that he came from a different country to better his life. That is irrelevant on how to run a business and how to meet the customer's needs. The coupon is not the issue, it's the way I was treated and the fact he wanted to sell me an oil cap when all that was necessary was to wipe it off, which he didn't do. I just had the oil changed in my fairly old Lexus suv, and have to say that it was actually a pleasant experience! I couldn't have been there for more than 10 minutes and during that time Mark and Gonzalo not only changed my oil but found the air filter for my A/C unit....and boy was it filthy! They found an inexpensive replacement filter - and now I have a filter that actually filters out the junk coming in from outside. Most importantly, these guys are indeed the "real deal"! Friendly, respectful and polite - they know what they are doing and make what is normally a boring "have to" experience much more enjoyable. Highly recommended! read more

Fast and friendly service. They covered everything, showed me my oil stick, gave me the costs immediately and upfront, replaced my filter. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I did get there right when they opened in the morning. It was a great time to be there. No bad things to say. Really happy with their service. I'll definitely be back there again. Mike, Stephon, and Chris just gave my car a quick oil change. The oil change took less then ten minutes and the three were very friendly. Chris was downstairs, Stephon was checking and filling up all the fluids, tire pressure, and lights, while Mike was explaining everything to me. It seemed like I was just pulling in when I was turning my car back on to leave. It really is the best oil change in the area. The price is very competitive and the service is great. read more

Totally thought the two guys were gonna be douches but the guy with the lighter hair turned out to be awesome. The other guy with black hair was whatever. The oil change offers a fluid check/fill up, a basic inspection of lights and whatnot, washing your windows, filling up your tires. The cool guy took over for.the other guy because other cars started lining up. For that lady, he didn't seem to provide any of the service we got. He was even sounding mad that our cool guy was actually doing what he was supposed to be doing. Cool guy also offered to run my car for the check engine light codes or whatever, and after asking if it was free he said he was doing it as a favor. He's the best. Definitely going back, just because we DID get proper service despite the disappointment from the other guy. read more

This is a very convenient location and I've never had to wait longer than 4-5 minutes. Most of the time there is no wait. The whole process from start to finish is probably on average about 10 minutes. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. I like how I can receive an invoice both paper and electronic and pull up an entire service history. No more needing to keep stacks upon stacks of service receipts. They will also top off your windshield fluids, wipe your windows, check your air pressure, and your signal and other lights. Also, in between oil changes you can visit the shop for free fluid and air top offs. I've never had to use this but it's good to know that I can. read more

I tiltle this review "My First and Last time". Overall , it was a ok experience , I always go to the Dealer to get my oil change, I tried to make a appointment and the closest one was in almost two week. I decided to go to this place and give it a try. This Asian guy who go underneath your car a remove the oil filter was complaining and swearing , he had a hard time to remove and put the skip plate back on. He said " this plate must be from another car and blablabla..... I said this is the original one I got this truck since a bran new truck 14 year ago, I step out and asked him, Are going to be able to put it back , if not I'll take care of it. He said very upset "IT IS ALREADY in place" And This guys was very upset and he said YOUR NOT SUPOSE TO BE OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE and said " YOU CAN NOT READ?" Very bad costumer service experience the rest of the staff were very polite. Will be nice pay this guy a ENGER MANAGEMENT CLASS and see if this help. I was in desperate need of an oil change and I just happened to spot this place. I always get nervous when I have to drive into one of those oil change places with the hole in the middle, because of those terrifying YouTube videos where cars fall through, but Sean was so great and kindly guided me safely into the garage. Not only did he change my oil, he also added air to my tires and checked to make sure that all of my lights worked. Some places I go to take quite some time to be helped and to get my car back. Go somewhere else to get your oil change THE SHORT FAT KID He wasn't paying any attention to what he was doing, the oil hose had slipped out of the hole. He was holding the trigger and spraying oil all over my engine. When he realized his mistake several seconds later, he repositioned the hose back in the hole and continued pumping oil. Once it was full, he tightened the cap and tried to spray off the oil with water and wipe some oil off with a rag. he didn't tell me but i saw all. He had gotten oil all over the valve cover, on all the wiring, on the spark-plug wires, on the windshield and on all sorts of things. I have been going there for years for my oil changes not anymore. read more

Just returned from having the oil changed in my Lexus by these guys and I am quite pleased! They were quick, friendly and funny while still being professional and they didn't try to push any added services or products on me. That's a first!!! I've been to tons of oil changing spots and even several different Oil Changers locations, but this is the best. The staff was young and fun and very efficient. The Novato location takes forever to do what the Concord folks did in minutes. They explained the services they offer, but pointed out I didn't need them because my car was fine. The manager that greats you to get your oil changed is shady. He gave me inaccurate information on what oil is best for my car and then tried to up sell me on other services without telling me the price. He just handed my a huge bill without even discussing it with me. Then when I questioned him on the matter, he got defensive. Not going back! Being a female in my mid-20's who drives a corolla, I've gotten used to the mechanics who think I'm just another client that doesn't know anything about cars, and therefore can pressure me in to all these unnecessary services (JiffyLube shoutout). I actually went here cause I drive by it all the time and I wanted to try them out. I love that these guys do what needs to get done. I have a crack on my windshield, my headlights are kinda foggy and I need to replace my wipers. These are some flaws(out of many) that my car has and these were the first guys who didn't try to convince me that I needed to have these tasks done. At the same time, they know what's important and what you can get by with. They even knocked $5 the service today.
