They charge an additional $15 bucks for the additive, otherwise it would be around $40 for an oil change including tax & fees. They check your fluids, tire pressure, and lights. So, when was the last time did he have a patient under his care? And please tell me why are you changing oils and not saving lives in the hospital? Been coming here with all of our cars here on a regular basis for the past 10 years. Always do a great job at reasonable price. Change my oil with a synthetic blend, top off all my fluids, check my tires and make sure all of my driving lights are working. No complaints. Easy, fast drive thru. Not sure why all of the reviews are so positive, but I just left this place and paid $65 for a simple oil change. The "mechanic" tried to tell me that I needed a transmission fluid flush, power steering fluid, and of course the dirty air filter trick. Also, tried to sell $30 worth of products to go into the car to clean it out or some vague, unclear benefit. I would not suggest going to this place unless you know a lot about cars and can decline all of the in unnecessary work/products they try to push. Never going back again. read more

If I could get a zero star rating to this establishment I would. I went to this location to get an oil change in my Volvo and the technicians could not get the drain plug off. I went on a road trip in about 3 miles down I five my plastic cover underneath the car came off and made a horrible noise in the middle of nowhere. I was stranded for about an hour and have a several hundred dollar repair thanks to these fine folks. They simply forgot to put back four of the five screws which hold the plastic cover underneath the car on. I'm happy to spend money at the dealership next time and may forward the bill to them. read more

Let me start by saying: Why in the world I didn't know about this place sooner and wasted so many years going to Firestone!?!? Went there for the first time and I'm so happy with the service, and the level of customer service you provided is exceptional. I'm for sure coming back, I hope I'm not wrong with the gentleman's name but I believe is Mark, super nice and told me my car was in good shape and I love the fact that he didn't try to sell me extra stuff. The lead guy was really rude to me. I pulled up, the employees didn't greet me, they just told me to open my hood and then they started doing things. I asked a simple question, "how much is an oil change" the guy scoffed at me and said "you come here and don't even know what the price is?". Well, it's not posted online. It wasn't posted outside (at least not that I saw), and it's a completely normal question! Before I buy anything, I need to know the price, but he laughed at and openly made fun of me! It was hard to hear their instructions. During the oil change, the same guy who made fun of me earlier walked by my door, didn't even look at me, and said "thirty eight seventy four". He didn't look at me, he didn't say "that will be 38.74", just stood there. I didn't know he was talking to me. After 15 seconds, he again snottily said "well, just pay whenever you're ready". I had no idea he was talking to me. Also, my dad was the last person to take it in there, so he asked "who is ___", I said "that's my dad", and another worked said "yeah, I thought you looked young. Shouldn't you be in school?". I'm 23 next month! I have a beard. That was kind of mean too. The guy made fun of me for a perfectly natural question. He was mean later about not being heard, when he made no effort to communicate well. Horrible customer service. Edit, Tony contacted me and has been a huge help. I got in and out in 15 minutes! Everyone was professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't get everyone's name, but Lynn was especially pleasant and helpful. She didn't try to push things on me that I didn't need, but she did convince me to change the cabin air filter after taking it out and showing me what it looked like. It was bad! Have had my 3 cars serviced at this place for nearly 2 years. Oil change is fine, everything else is questionable. I used to replace my own air/cabin filters, but decided to let them do it. While installing the engine air filter, they broke one of the clips that hold down the filter cover. What's worse is they neglected to tell me and I found out on the way back home as I could hear a buzzing sound. When they installed the cabin filter, they could not find the size for my vehicle but insisted that it would work. I checked on the work they did later that week and found the filter crunched up and not creating a seal. There was dirt that had already worked it's way up to the air duct in the instrument panel. To give you and idea on how off the filter size was, the original shape is square and the one they installed is a rectangle. Again, oil changes have been fine. The additional services are nice. The price is alright. Just don't let them do anything else. read more

Came in around 10;30am on Tuesday and was out in about 20-25 minutes! Took care of my 2006 F-250 diesel trucks oil change after it being long over due for an oil change. The guys working are very nice and all in sync on there operation they got going there. Even did a Yelp check-in which saved me $5 dollars on the oil change. They charge accordingly by how many quarts of oil your vehicle uses. My diesel truck uses 15 quarts! Still the price was around $100 much lower then Big O or the Ford Dealer charges with a fraction of the wait time. read more

I have been going to this oil changers for many years, today I went there and waited my turn to have the oil changed. I pulled in the stall and I was told you need to back out because someone else was here first. The technician came up with some bull shit about first come first serve story because tech in the other stall was taking too long to get the car out. So I got tired of waiting and left and told them I was going to take my business elsewhere from now on. i am sure someone else is very happy to take my money for a convenient service. If you make your service inconvenient, there is no point in using Oil changers and pay the premium price for changing oil. read more

I start to laugh thinking that's code for "We got 2 suckers and let's sell them all kinds of crap the car doesn't need" However the service team was nice, quick and did minimal other service reselling. This place makes a chore (an oil change) into something fun! I bring my dog with me (usually) and the guys working give him a dog bone. They offer water while I wait. The guys that do the work are super friendly and they always remember me. It is such a quick process an they even clean the windows and check the tire pressure during the oil change. I once brought in my friends car and the manager gave me a free oil change because I am a loyal customer! The customer service here is so awesome and I highly recommend going. They are fast, and I don't mind paying for fast. The issue I have is when I tried going to another place they rejected my car saying the oil filter was torqued to much and they couldn't service me. I came back to oil changers to ensure there was no damage. The tech was cool but when I got to speak to the manager he cut me off mid sentence saying "just get to the point" as I was trying to speak. He didn't seem concerned about the fact that I value my time ( the only reason I am willing to pay double the going rate else where). I asked for a discount for wasting a lot of my time because at that point I had spent 2:45 of my only day off trying to get a oil change done. For this inconvenience I was offered $5 off. This amount was insulting to me, and not being listened to without being interjected upon just added to my aggravations. place is great if you don't have a problem, then you are treated like a person who's value is no more than $2.50 an hour. Went at 11am on a Friday and had no wait. 4 guys attended to my car and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes with clean windows, new fluids and an oil change. $43 seems expensive for an oil change, but they didn't try to sell me anything else like wiper blades, air filters, etc. Friendly, fast, efficient.
