They are very transparent with the work they do and they don't push for more than what you came in for, but they will always recommend services and products for your car and they have a list of when those things were serviced which is pretty awesome bcos if you are unsure they'll tell you what you need if you want to do research on your own. Over the years, I've had various people change my oil, and they've always been very friendly. I can't really complain about that, but lately, I've noticed a change. It feels like everyone is a bit lazier, more distracted, or mentally elsewhere. I'm not quite sure what to call it, and I hate to sound negative, but that's just what I've observed. Usually, during my oil change, they check my cabin or air filter, but this time, they skipped that step. Before I knew it, they asked me to pull forward, and then directed the car behind me to do the same, even though I hadn't even left the service bay yet. When I brought it up, they looked confused by my question. It seemed like too many people were working on my car at once, and none of them knew what had already been done. There definitely needs to be a better system when so many people are working on one vehicle and don't have a clear picture of what's going on. Came in for an oil change on my 2023 Prius after ignoring the 10,000-mile warning for about another 1,000 miles. What really impressed me was that they actually checked the oil level and color first, then told me it was still plenty and clear--and asked if I still wanted to change it. I really appreciated that honesty instead of just pushing the service automatically. I went ahead with the oil change anyway (I hadn't even checked it myself, even though I know how). The price was a bit over $100, which seems pretty typical for full synthetic around here. Sure, my nearby Toyota dealer keeps mailing me $65 promo coupons, but using those basically means giving up half a day with the van shuttle service. This place was a bit crowded, so I still waited about 30 minutes--but that's much better than killing most of the day. Been going to Oil Changers for years. Fast service with military like coordination. Can be a bit intimidating for new customers. Can get very busy so plan accordingly. I called ahead and they said the wait was short. Arrived and no line. Drove directly into the service bay. They already looked up my car and knew I am overdue for oil change. One of the benefits of going to same place is they know you and your car. They come to your car window (you stay in the car while they service) and go thru the info and quote the price. Look for online coupons before going. I saved $15 with coupon. Once you approve they go to work. 2 technicians work on your car. One above in the engine bay and one below in the pit (under your car). You here them yelling out loud confirmations and instructions to each other to coordinate the work. Kinda nerdy but cool too. They check other car vitals, air up tires and top up some fluids. They checked my cabin filter which looked like a birds nest HA! So got a new one installed. Then they reset the warning message on the dashboard. In and out in less than 30 mins. Maybe 20?? As with everything else prices have gone up. Used to cost less than $50 to change oil. Nowadays cost right around $95 (includes synthetic motor oil and filter). Cabin filter was about $25 extra. Customer Service in terms of how the staff speaks to the clients is fine, but I had to go to the VW dealership for my Atlas a month after I paid for an oil change here - and the dealership said whoever did my oil change last month - there's now a leak from the filter which blew out the oil all over - which caused me to smell burned fumes which smelled like burned tires every-time I would drive after I got the oil changed here. I will try to add the video the dealership showed me. I had to pay $150 to the VW dealership to get the job done right. read more

I've been coming here for years, but recently the quality of service has gone way down to unacceptable. First they broke off a bolt on my Tundra skid plate and did not disclose it. When I inquired afterwards, I was told that the manager would be in touch but they never followed up. Next time, they drained the oil all over the inside of the skid plate and did not clean it up. My truck dripped oil for the next few days. I inquired, was told a manager would follow up and again never heard back. People make mistakes but the lack of follow up is unacceptable. read more

I appreciated how they showed me the dipstick to see how much oil and dirty it was prior to the oil change. Also, there's a tv available so you can watch them during the process. When the oil change was done, they showed me the clarity and how full the oil was. Everyone was super nice and friendly. From start to finish, the oil change took less than 15 mins! Like my other Yelpers have indicated, you do have to wait here unless you are the first one here when they open. Oil Changers was available and I had to wait about an hour until I got my car serviced. This is my favorite Oil Changers location. My 2001 Mustang with over 180,000 miles was overdue for an oil change. I had hoped that on a Friday after work and with it raining that the wait would be short. Not to be. This location has two lanes. As I sit writing my review I have been in line for almost an hour. The guy in the Honda Civic directly in front of me fell asleep. The young attendant that checks people in while inside their cars told me so. I saw him go back to the Civic and knock on the guy's window. The pace started to pick up as my car was on the threshold of the bay. By then it was pouring and nearing 7:25 p.m. I decided to purchase a package oil change. For $164 you get four oil changes and one is free. It includes up to five quarts of oil which is precisely what my car uses. Yesterday's change was my free change. I would consider that a good value/savings. What I find impressive and I don't know if it's true for all locations... this shop closes at 7:00 pm Friday evening. Although I was in line since before 6:00 pm, service on my car did not begin until close to 7:30 pm. After me there were two other vehicles so I can foresee employees staying another hour. This is a Friday night, raining, cold and the start of a weekend. Despite this you have four or five Oil Changers employees working late to service customers. Went in for a transmission fluid change. Oil changers has a drill-team like precision service style to get their car client in and out within the shortest amount of time while providing exactly what is needed that day. They communicated well as a team, and with me, plus they show on CCTV, what the person in the pit is busy working on and checking. The price is much more reasonable compared to dealership rates and the time in and out, way beats dealership time hands down. Leaving your car at the dealer for simple oil change and tire rotation is at minimum 1.5 hours despite reserving a time. Here, 15 min max. In addition they ask you return for a leak check and fluid top up if needed. My dealership did not offer and I had to drive 100+ min after a routine oil change, as they did not torque the oil plug bolt sufficiently and I discovered a more than minimal drip oil leak. This is a quick review for oil changer by Pacifica. I drive by this place all the time and decided to take a shot since my car is overdue for oil change. Quick services, good value and most importantly great customer service. Not to mention Yelp discount $10 for check-in. I went to oil changer at around 830 am in the morning and thinking it would be empty since it's Wednesday morning. Oh boy was I wrong. They are busy. There were 4 cars ahead of me and 6 cars behind. The entire service from start to finished around 50 mins. No appointment. You also don't need to get out of your car. I had oil change done and also engine filter replaced. I want to thank CJ for recommendation on the type of oil to use, looking into the engine filter as well as the cabin filter. One was dirty and needed replacement while the other was clean. They check the tire pressure, transmission rev, turn signals and all the full 360 inspection while a person below the deck is draining the oil. Overall positive experience and would recommend it. They also have a car wash station but it wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing since I was planning on getting my car wash after the service. I hope next time I visit, the car wash would work. read more
