Club Sandwich
Irma C.

It's a spacious location. Parking was easy. I was seated right away. Waitress was very polite and attentive. I was seated on a the booth. You can eat in or order to go from the food bar ready to go. The sangria was good. I ordered the Churrasco, medium. The food came out pretty fast and cooked as ordered. The portion was generous, enough to have left overs for dinner. It was after my food came out that I noticed they have a fly issue on the booths closer to the restrooms. I hope that's addressed soon. The food is good but be sure to ask for a table and not a booth to avoid that issue. The food gets 4 stars. The overall experience (with flies) is 3.

The food! The food is great, my dad and I travel alot together for work and stumbling across Abdele at this restaurant was great. Her hospitality and imagine the rest of the staff being the same. This a good stop! Must eat here if you're in orlando.

Cuban sandwich topped with ham croquetas and sweet plantains on the side

Not very busy, quick service, authentic cuban food and one of the best sandwiches I've had. Mojito was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The guayaba (guava) pastry was warm, crispy, and delicious. Highly recommend and will be coming back. Decorations and wood furniture created nice vibes

Had a late brunch with my adult kid here and they never disappoint. The place is a vibe of old ranching life with lots of Cuban decor. Service was pleasant. Food was hot and delicious! My kid enjoyed his sandwich and I loved my breakfast the Cuban bread dipped in the cafe con leche.... Chefs kiss!

Love the food, the service is good and the ambiance is good. The beef patties are amazing and the cheese pastry is amazing and the coffee is the best! Cuban coffee with steamed milk.

Roasted Pork Shoulder Plate

Food - authentic Cuban cooking. Excellent flavors. Great selections including pork, steak and chicken meals and of course Cuban sandwiches. Large portions, traditional Latin drinks. The food was amazing. We tried the ham croquettes, chicharrones, and sliced pork with rice and beans and yuca. Everything was delicious Service- polite, friendly, professional. Helpful in recommending customer favorites Ambience -family style, tables and booths, bar service and entertainment area. This is a great spot for dates, business meetings and family dinners.

Our team eats here each time we travel into Orlando. The food is consistently very good, there are a lot of options, pricing is reasonable, and the staff are outstanding. This is an excellent place for lunch as a group as everyone can find something that fits their palette.

I had hopes that I finally found an authentic cuban cafe in Orlando but was sadly disappointed! I ordered a classic Cuban sandwich and it was mediocre. The bread was a little stale and lacked a good ratio of pickles/mustard/meat. The coffee was okay- again for a cuban restaurant you expect them to have the best cafe con leche but that was not the case here.

First time trying this restaurant I ordered via phone from the menu online. The menu and pricing online differs from the menu in person. When I came to pick up, I was greeted immediately from the restaurant side. Love that. She told me pickup orders are in the bakery area. Cool. I walk over and the clerk is checking out an order. After she is done, I am apparently invisible. Another lady behind the counter keeps looking back at me, no verbal acknowledgment but she is handling orders. A guy comes in after me and the clerk sees him, picks up his order checks out and leaves. I walk up closer to the clerk. I'm still invisible to the clerk. She takes a phone call. I'm about to roast this clerk out & the other lady behind the counter finally asks me how she can help me. Whatever I ordered from the online Yelp menu didn't translate to the order they put in. Also, they got my name wrong for the order. I won't patronize this business. Not that they care. *Kanye Shrug* 2 stars because the food was flavorful. Bakery/pickup service 0 stars.

It was more than some others I've had, but still not enough. Is there ever enough filling though? It's not convenient for me, so I doubt I'll be back to give it another try. I was expecting some toasty and roasty coffee. Plenty of other coffee places popping up.

They host monthly Christian music showcases featuring local artists, worship nights, bridal and baby showers -- all centered around community and glorifying the Lord. They have 3 sections to sit: social meetups, working on a project or need peace and quiet- i ended up sitting in the middle section so I could work- and it was so perfect. Sure, the people are nice enough, but I am quite literally ALWAYS waiting 15 minutes for a single coffee. Often times its more, like 20-25 minutes. Like literally every time I patiently wait and it hits me - "hey, I've been waiting a while, wheres my drink?" The food comes out quicker than the coffee usually! I ordered food from a place across the street, walked over to Craft, order a coffee, it took 18 minutes, and then by the time I picked up the food and got back - my food was cold. Crazy work. All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long! EDIT: I forgot I wrote a review in 2023 being more forgiving but still complaining about wait times. Well, clearly that has not been fixed!

I really love the decor and space, it's definitely a spot I could see myself eating and working from. The service was also great, though there was a bit of a confusion with my Strawberry Matcha drink. Instead of getting Strawberry Matcha, I ended up with Lavender Matcha. I had thought they were saying it was a Lavender foam that goes on top (I've never had the drinks here before, so I thought this was part of the drink as I had said I wanted the drink as is). I'm also soft spoken, so they might have not heard that part. After I noticed the drink was just green I asked about it, and while they wanted to correct it to Strawberry Matcha, the drink was already made and I really felt bad having them make another drink (plus I love matcha, I'll have it any way!). I did get a strawberry syrup, so I ended up with a Lavender and Strawberry Matcha, which I now call the Hanny Special. :D I will go back again to just try the Strawberry Matcha drink though! Anyways, I did end up getting the egg avocado toast. Looking at the menu, I thought the sandwiches and toast were a bit pricey. I don't think I've ever had avocado toast that was about $11, but after it came out I understood the pricing...the egg avocado toast was big with generous toppings! And it was sooooo good!

I can't speak to the food because I didn't eat anything during my visit so this review is based off of the coffee and the ambiance as well as the service. The whole coffee flight concept is an awesome idea! Especially to coffee lovers who want to try more than one thing. A really, really solid idea that more places should pick up on. This is honestly what impressed me the most. Also, they're really creative about their coffee options. I love that there is a coquito latte, and initially that was what I was going to order but then I saw an iced nutella foam latte on there and that won my vote. I'm not really sure what i was expecting. It was beautifully presented and I love that it was not sweet, it was just right. The consistency however was more like a milkshake rather than an iced coffee and after having half of it I was already over it; its very rich. It's a small place with indoor and outdoor seating. I like that they have that Morro design inside just like in Puerto Rico. Service was friendly and timely. I do plan to come back again and try one of their sandwiches.
