Friendly customer service, neat, clean and organized shopping. One of my shopping trips to Old Navy was during the holiday rush! The line reached all the way to the very back of the store and only took 15 minutes to check out! I was greeted promptly and thanked at the end of my transaction. The store is looked after very well and the tables and displays are clean, clear and price marked. 5 Stars! read more

I've visited this store many times since it opened. It is always clean and cool. I am mostly writing this review on my experience today. I had a lot - A LOT - of items to return from an online order. I was in a panic because I thought my window for returning was past, but the sales associate was very kind and told me that it wouldn't be a problem and I could still return all of my items to the store. Some associates are rude when you come in with a huge bag of clothes to be returned but she was very very nice, quick, and helpful Thanks again to her... I appreciated your great attitude! read more

If they let me use 0 stars I would, very poor customer service this is just the Glendora location, I was trying to exchange an item and she wasn't even the lady doing my exchange! Lol! She was sitting in the back counter drinking a coke and a bag of chips!!!!! And she was laughing about how old navy would only refund me 1.47 when I paid 35.00. This store has seriously gone downhill in the past year, underutilized staff or lack thereof brings me to wonder how they bring in business. Walking into tables being spread out, messy, and product organized incorrectly is not something that makes me want to spend the time to take a look or make a purchase for that matter. Back to the staff, there's no one to be found anytime I come in the afternoon, no one to assist in the fitting rooms while children run through claiming this store their playground ruining any hopes of trying on clothes in private. read more

She was professional and helpful. She went above and beyond what I have experienced an I commend her for this. Once I have one bad customer service experience at any store, I won't go back. Sorry to say, Old Navy, but your time has come. Limited and poorly trained cashiers, and then that caca-face girl in a black security shirt hovering over the cashiers. There wasn't one transaction that she wasn't sticking her nose in, which not only made the cashiers uncomfortable but also us customers. read more

When I come to this location it is always clean. One thing I liked seeing today is the sizes organized in the sale racks and not all over the place. The line to pay wasn't long but I have come before with long lines and less cashiers, as usual in most stores when there's a sale. Bathroom was also clean. read more

Store is clean, clearance section is just that. Sometimes there are awesome deals, sometimes not. Coupons are the way to go here. Limited jean selection at times for boys, everything is skinny. My son is very thin, but needs pants with a bigger seat, husky just falls off. It would be cool if they carried more loose fit. Sometimes not enough cashiers. Turn down the music, and maybe every once in a while try music in another language other than Spanish. read more

There was a sale for Buy one get one free womens jeans Rockstar Jeans There was a sign next to the name of the jeans buy one get one. with it very well stocked. Sale was not going through so we told the casheir where the sign was. We both walked over and said the signs at the wrong place. How can you miss place multiple signs not near the jeans that were actually on sale. Doesn't honor it. So we ask to look in the back for the ones that are on sale she rudely said no and over the walkie accociates say "Get the customers out already" Are you kidding me ?! Besides not honoring their mistake, while my wife is looking for the jeans on sale, We were going to pay half cash and card then messed up the whole transaction when she puts full cash and being lazy already asks for the rest of the cash luckily I had some.... Since there were no jeans in my wifes size because they did not want to look in the back we wanted to get our money back. Rudely does the transaction and throws our receipt in the bag. To top it all off, the alarm sounds as we are walking out so we slowly get turned around and the manager rudely screams "Its me! Its me! You're Fine!" At least she held the door open... An older lady at the register was very rude to a customer checking out.... I was standing in line waiting to cop my hot new performance fleece when I noticed an argument at one of the registers. It seemed to me that the older worker lady had a terrible attitude and was putting down a female customer because she spoke poor english. killed my whole vibe. 2 thumbs down. read more

I came to this Old Navy for the first time. It is nowhere near where I live, but due to a special deal yesterday I had to stop to the nearest Old Navy. I am very glad I did. It was so organized and customer service was the best that I have ever experienced! I cant stress how this particular day was the best day of my entire shopping experience all because of Cindy. She was so helpful, patient with all of our purchases(which was a lot) while a couple of people waited in line, but she assured them that they would be helped and was very polite and social to us as well. I am fond of people like Cindy and wish there could be a bunch of Cindy's in every restaurant, store, etc. that I go to. I highly recommend this store. read more

It takes a lot for me to even want to post a bad review. And a whole lot more for me to actually post it. Customer service here is horrible. Be sure to check the shoes you buy here even though most pairs are tied together that means nothing. I had a size 6 shoe size tied to size 7 shoe size. No biggie right? Just go back to the store and return or exchange, right? Not at this store. They will send you to another store either in Chino or City of Industry. Wth? I don't have time to drive all over the place. Plus I can live without the attitude. If you don't like your job then quit. read more

On 2/27/2018 I purchased BOHO Swag blouse for $29.99. When I got home I didn't like it with the rest of my outfit, I had removed the tags & wasn't thinking. Wore a different blouse. When I got around to taken it back on 3/29/2018 (within the 45 day return policy) I realized I didn't have the tags but I did have the receipt. Cashier #2186373 Reg: 001 Store: 06021advised me that I could not return the blouse because I had washed it. I assured her I had NOT washed the blouse. If you look at the blouse, you can see from the tassels and inside tags that it has not been washed. She said it smelled of detergent & that the inside skull number didn't match their store. I assured her again I had not washed it to look at the blouse and that I didn't change the inside tags which brand the Old Navy tag. She called over the so called Manager and whispered into her ear (in front of me) that I had washed the blouse. Hello I can hear you! I said again I didn't wash it, you can see I haven't. She did the exchange for a different size which I was okay with. I get home and decide I still don't like the blouse nor the taste of the whole experience. I pulled the receipt and notice the so called Manager returned the blouse for the $29.99 and rung it up for the sale price of $23.99 pocketing the $6.00 (am assuming). That refund should had been given to me! Both cashier and Manager were very rude. To bad I can't upload the pictures of the blouse and receipts. Bought other stuff that same day that still have the tags that will all go back....no more shopping at Old Navy! I will also be contacting the corporate office. Glendora Old Navy is by far my favorite Old Navy. It's a spacious location and it doesn't make me feel cramped while shopping. I've been to other Old Navy's in the area and I hate shopping in clutter. The workers are very nice and helpful. I especially love the surveys you get attached to your receipt. I always do them so i can save 10% on my next purchase. read more

long over due review this review isnt for the store its for an employee. the store definitely needs more registers and also need to use the mobiles to ring up people threw out the store ive been to many locations and they all use the mobiles to ring up guest that are paying with card. any who this comment is for monica she was so sweet aswered all of my questions about the old navy card and had great customer service. working in customer service myself i no how hard it is to be nice to every single person. after waiting in line a while i notice she was pleasant to everyone and thankfully she was the one who was taking care of us. will definatly be back hopefully they get a couple more cashier and maybe have monica train them. read more

One of my favorite Old Navy stores to shop at. The store is clean and organized...even the clearance section is kept tidy (unlike other locations)...I've found many great clearance deals here. There is an older Asian lady who works here and she is very quick and helpful to look up prices and locate proper sizes. read more

Why have 7 checkout stands and only have 2 open on a Saturday afternoon when they have sales on everything?! The line was long already but to make things worse, the store manager sat and chatted with a customer (who was fortunate to be checking out) rather than open another check stand. Other customers were complaining in line as well and we were never addressed. A simple sorry for the wait, or we will be right with you, something! I will not go back. I don't care how good their sales are. Not worth the time standing in line. read more

We asked an employee just standing around doing nothing during the last day of some sale they just had this weekend if by chance they had any maternity clothes like they do online and she scoffed said no and recommended checking the clearance section in the most uppity tone ever. I don't really shop at old navy and I figured once I did a lap around the tiny store it wouldn't kill to just ask an employee but she was so useless I almost just left the store right then and there. Still they carry up to size 18 or larger possibly in shorts and pants so finding stuff that fit loose was beyond easy, still I plan on going to another location maybe Puente Hills to see if the normal sized stores carry maternity leggings/jeggings/shorts&pants. read more

We went into the store today to return 1 piece of clothing. We didn't have the receipt so, I understand that we could only receive store credit. But the problem is that the leader Judy, was very rude. We asked her if she could look up our card number or anything in the system and she simply said no in a very rude and dismissing tone. So disappointed with this store, only 3 employees working on the 4th of July, very poor planning by whoever manages the store. Only 2 cashiers and the line almost to the back of the store. I asked if there were more cashiers and was told there were only three employees which included the manager. I asked if the manager was available to cashier and was told she was too busy doing other stuff. I don't blame the cashiers, but the manager who couldn't even show her face to help her staff. Wow! Saturday sale 11/25, long, long, line. Understaffed and the cashiers were pushing to get customers to sign up for Old Navy credit cards. All cashiers were talking to one another and taking their time. Waited in line for over an hour. Asked to talk to the manager, Judy. She was on lunch and couldn't be disturbed. During times like these, I would hope the manager would be working the other registers. When I left I saw the line went to the back of the store. At least a two hour wait in line for those people! Never again. Oh, yes.. I did see the manager earlier tell a cashier to go on break.. didn't relieve him, just go on break. Insane! read more

Wow! On my way to Chino Hills to get my $1 flip flops. I understand the 5 max per person but when other customers are clearly purchasing more than 5 it is frustrating. We politely asked for my fiancé and I to go back in line (they were not busy) to get 5 more each. I do not think 10 less flip flops will impact them especially when we were following the rules and asked. The family of 5 checking out next to us had a bag full of flips and the checker was ringing all of them up and they only had one CC!!! We would have purchased a lot more instead of spending our money in Chino. They suggested come back at 7am to get more! Ya right! That is what we have CC to avoid the rush. We are both card holders and spend money at all their brand stores. I am amazed how the manager let us out of the store. I guess Chino will have our business from now on. That is what I get for being polite and considerate to the rules. read more

I'm writing this as I wait in this super long line...my fault last minute shopper. I came in exchanging 2 flannels, found only 1 since the whole store is 50% off today. I had given up and exchanged only one and returned the other. I asked the girl at the register (register 2) (cashier 2645813) wearing a light blue shirt if she can check if they had any XL, she said no. I asked what other stores do and she said none in the area. I went to the fitting room to give it one more try. The girls in the fitting room checked for me and it said they had ONE. She said let me go check in the back, came back no luck. The other girl said let me see if I can find it, I waited 15 minutes and to my very happy surprise she found it! I used to work in retail and I told them I felt their pain of go backs during Xmas season; I believe their names were Stacey and Emily in the fitting room. They deserve to be acknowledged for awesome customer service and taking the time to search for one piece of clothing, which by the way was on a medium hanger....she literally checked one piece at a time. This was the first time I visited this old navy. I went with my sister and we were just looking around trying on some cute booties and then we suddenly see a lady that is the security for the store. She keeps walking back and forth looking at us like we're doing something bad and thinks she's not obvious. Then we go to try on clothes and she FOLLOWS US TO THE FITTING ROOM. Like seriously just ask us straight up if we're doing something. I wanted to ask if she could stop following us because we felt so uncomfortable. We later look at jewelry and go to pay and guess who makes another appearance. The damn security lady. I'm Hispanic and it felt like the was being racist when she was far more Hispanic or you know what I mean and she looked like she hated her job. We go to pay and the prices are all different because signs were in the wrong place. The cashier had a bad attitude and looked like she hated her job too. She didn't even greet us or bother to ask how we found everything. Never going back there again. read more
