These toxic chemicals that are being used as "air fresheners" in this bathroom are absolutely noxious not to mention toxic endocrine disrupting fumes. Not only are they bad for every single person that inhales them, but they are extremely bothersome for someone who is super sensitive to these smells and chemicals. COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. Some of the staff also wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was here doing some shopping in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: In this shopping center, there are plenty of parking spots, so you don't have to worry about parking at all. Prepandemic parking was a breeze. I never really worried about parking except during the holiday season. Black Friday parking can be a pain. But during the pandemic, there are a lot of spots available. The spots are pretty big and wide. You don't have to worry about people dinging your car. Store: The store here is well organized, tidy, clean, and neat. The aisles are a bit wide. Everything is placed in a manner that makes sense. Staff: The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Today, not one but several employees came offering us bags to hold our items. I noticed this also being done to other customers who were holding their items only. Which I was very happy about. We came here back during memorial weekend and there were no bags being offered, several people holding haul of items struggling. I went back to my car to get my child's stroller so we could hold the items. I talked to the young lady who initially approached us and asked her if she was new, she said no, and told me she usually Carrie's bags to hand out, especially to people with kids as they need help. Dear Store Manager, Please teach your cashiers that stuffing items of clothing your customers have purchased into a bag isn't good customer service! Who wants to have a bag of wrinkled clothes when they get home? Granted, some of us will wash our items before wearing them but that isn't the point. If I have gone through the trouble of leaving the hangers with the staff in the changing room and folded the items in half and a second or 3rd half, then nicely stack them when I arrive to check out - the least your cashier could do is to do the same when they put them in to the bag! It wasn't necessary to unfold every item to find the price tag and the security tag but if it's policy, then at least they can be refolded! It doesn't take long to fold something in half and then a second half for good measure! After all, some of it is on display this way and brought to the register folded in half! This Old Navy is by far the most cleanest and organize Old Navy I ever been to. My fiancée and I was going to eat dinner in the area so I took her here to shop for some sandals. Finding parking was easy since it's in a big plaza and I don't think mask is required but I wore mine. When we walk in, we were so surprise by how organize this location was and how many stuff they had compared to other Old Navy location we have been to. The customer service here is also top notch, someone greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. She was able to help my fiancée get her sandals, clothing off a mannequin that was the last one and just overall wonderful to talk to. We had a great time shopping here and my girlfriend wants to go back since we couldn't stay long. read more

My husband bought some clothes yesterday and didn't use the coupon code I had. I called and spoke to one of the managers (Juselle- I'm not sure how to spell her name) and she was so kind and said I could come in with just my receipt to adjust the price using my coupon. When I came into the store, the woman helping me (I didn't get her name) was very kind and helped me. Because I didn't bring all the items back in to be returned and then RE purchased using the coupon code I had, she had to do it all manually but didn't mind because it was easier for me (as the customer) to just bring my receipt. I went in to buy something I saw online. At the store, it was $15 more. In order to get the discount, I would have to buy it online and pick it up two hours later when ready. Being an educator who doesn't receive a paycheck between June and September, A couple of pairs of Old Navy shorts go a long way towards the end of July to get me through the rest of summer. I hadn't been here since last summer, and apparently they've had some kind of construction. The store is half the size it used to be... And their inventory matches their new square footage. There is a Tilly's next-door where the western wing of Old Navy used to live; alas, since it had been many years since I've attempted to Skate or Die, I just stick to ON rags. I arrived at 9:30 right as the store opened. Look, what do you want from a place that has perpetual sales prices from their already low "regular" prices? I had a tough time finding my size-- I'm 6'3" 230# so squeezing into their ample supply of 28 inch waist shorts on the men's rack isn't really an option. I managed to find two pairs of shorts in the same color, but really-- I don't go shopping, I go buying... And if I cared about the color, I'd hassle the Westfield mall and its many horrors to visit their unholy Old Navy. $16 sale price is a little more than I like to spend on crappy shorts, but who cares... It's only $16!!! Despite my early arrival and no line, I still managed to get behind a woman and her daughter presumably school shopping, who abandoned the register mid-transaction to return to the racks for a different size. The kid stood there looking sheepish. I just winked and smiled knowingly... Hey kid, I have a mom too. Granted she doesn't buy my underwear for me anymore, but when she did years ago, it was always in front of the pretty girls. Oh well. Overall, it's half the store it used to be, but still a utilitarian experience. I went in last night to do 3 separate returns, 2 items per return. I ordered 26 pieces of clothing online and was hoping that everything fit correctly but unfortunately had a few returns. It was a bit confusing to do as I received about 10 different packages, all of which had different return barcodes and I had to match each item to their barcode and online receipt. Anyways, Yolanda was EXTREMELY patient with me and did not rush me while matching the return bar code with the item. I was able to have the money returned in a form of a gift card. I walked around the store as I was shopping with my sister. I found the correct size I needed for a sports bra I had returned. I went up front to pay and told Yolanda how I would have done an equal exchange return rather than return and repurchase. The online purchase price I had originally paid for during the sale was much less than the same item was priced in store. Yolanda informed me I could show her the online receipt price I paid and that she would price match it since it would have been an equal exchange (same item & color but one size up). She was amazing! She could have easily rejected it and said "oh well," but she went above and beyond for me which I HIGHLY appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to old navy knowing that should an item not fit as expected, I can exchange it for the correct size with no issues. Absolutely disgusting experience at this store. If the store manager sees this review, train your employee properly or fire him. On Aug 17, 2021, 8:40pm... There were 2 cashiers close to the store closing time. There was a male cashier. (short dude). The other one is a female cashier. So I'm sure you can find out who that is. The cashier dude had the worst attitude. I'm not sure if he was high on something. When I stepped up to pay, he said "are you ok?". I was like "what do you mean?" Then he kept asking same question which I couldn't understand, which was weird. Then I went ahead and was about to pay. He said "put your phone number in". I said "I don't have a phone number with Old Navy and I like to check out without putting my number" He says, "Oh you don't even have a phone. Does your mom have a phone number?" I was like, "...?" So my family which happens to be 2 dad's and a little girl of 2 years old. Were shopping yesterday and the lady at the counter proceeded to ask our daughter then us which one is the mommy. This Old Navy location has been around for a long time and always seems clean, well stocked, and organized. Customer service is always good as well. The location has a large parking lot in front of it for the shopping area and parking is usually easily found but can get congested on weekends. Prices fluctuate depending on quality of clothing with some being cheap and others comparable prices to say Macy's. They have lots of sales and promotions and I usually shop during that time. My one complaint about the location and reason for removing a star is that there is always a long line and few cashiers. I have always waited 10-20 minutes. I am very impressed with the staff here. I came here from another branch to get some jeans that they had in stock (after having called in for an inventory check) only to encounter an awkward situation where they couldn't find it. In the end, the manager helped me search for a good HOUR without any sign of frustration and got the situation resolved! If that isn't excellent customer service, I don't know what is! The only downside I see is that they are sometimes understaffed, which results in a longer line queue and somewhat disorganized shelves. I used to be a fan of Old Navy; but with this experience, I'm am definitely back to being a fan! I generally try to only write positive reviews because I don't like contributing to negativity but I had to write an honest review because this is at least the third time I have had a very negative experience with the same associate at this location. I went in to return a few shirts (3- less than $30 total) without a receipt and (I fully expected and understood I'd be getting a credit for current selling price) and a beanie I purchased a few days ago that cost $10.76 with tax. I had the receipt for that one. When this woman (who I assume is the manager) went to ring it up, she noticed the tag had fallen off. I apologized and shrugged because after working in retail for years, I know that commonly happens. Besides, I clearly found the sku on the inside tag and knew it was on that receipt. This employee immediately started questioning me about my return. Keep in mind this was an item that was less than $11! She then questioned if I returned anything else prior on that receipt. Even if I had, why in the world does that effect this current return. She begrudgingly finished the return and then told me that continued to bark orders at me about how to do returns in the future and information about my credit. I have worked in retail for years and have never treated a client as rudely as this woman has- based on the reviews I read here, I'm not the only one. Old Navy really needs to reevaluate their employees and teach them how to treat customers. I can say I will not be returning to this store from now on. read more

I've always loved Old Navy, well...back when jeans and dresses were under $20. No, I don't mean $19.99. Parking, there is ample parking. They share a lot with ULTA, Famous Footwear, Dick's, etc. They have decent clothes for decent prices. I've purchased some jeans that have lasted more than 5 years. Some items are made with great quality. Every time I don't need help, I get at least 10 employees that say, "Hi. Welcome to Old Navy." The moment I need help because the one shirt I want is 5" out of my reach because of my vertically challenged stature. In fact, you'll usually find me climbing the displays trying reach for something. There are a bunch of shirts on their clearance table, but apparently none of them are the discounted price. My biggest annoyance with Old Navy in general is that customers bring their children. They run around screaming like it's a park, and no one from the store will actually say anything to them. I've reported kids having "snowball fights" using t-shirts and they still refused to do something as to not offend the customers. ...rolling eyes.... I still love Old Navy and continue to shop here, but now I prefer their online store. read more
