I really like coming to this store. The employees are always friendly and the store is always clean. I'm always finding amazing deals, especially on baby clothes. The manager, Adriana, noticed I had a lot of clothes in my hand and struggling to keep them from falling. I told her it was ok, and I didn't need one. After I walked away, she came back to find me and handed me a shopping bag. I thought that was really kind of her, and amazing that she went out of her way to do that. read more

Very organized! Everything was very neat -- including the clearance section (which is always a giant mess). Their clothes just isn't my style, but they have a lot of cute clothes for babies and kids. Their prices seemed fairly reasonable, but I just didn't see anything that peaked my interest. They also had many signs posted about promotions and deals going on. We happened to shop around and came across the Old Navy in Promenade Mall In Temecula. The interior was clean and the clothing wears were arranged nicely. The sales associates were friendly and accommodating. What we like about this place is that the style and sizes are available for all ages, and the pricing is reasonably affordable. The only downfall was the fitting rooms were disarray with a bunch of clothing, hangers and plastics. It would be nice if the front desk associate for these rooms perform constant upkeep of the changing areas. A 3.5 for sure, but a 4.0 or higher if this section is maintained daily. The wifey ended up taking home a nice knee-length floral dress and came with a qualifying $10 cash back coupon for any $25 or more purchased in the future. read more

Man, normally I get exceptional help at this store. Today I did not. The manager was very helpful. The girls on the floor; and cashiers were bare minimum. Lacking common sense and unable to answer any questions on a simple ring up of an item they didn't have in stock. Also my order rung up for $99 (108 with taxes) and the gal read to me and pointed with her fingernails to me that my coupon would only pull $20 off my order because I didn't break $100... needless to say; I'll walk out and order my items online. Customer service says, "hey if you want to save another $20, we just need you to spend $1 more!" Or just push the discount through. read more

I have to give kudos to the staff here. I had visited another Old Navy out of state and applied for the Old Navy card, as I buy 90% of my son's clothes here. The initial cardholder discount got screwed up, so I went to this Old Navy at the Promenade to see if they could help me fix it. It was hot outside and it was packed in the store. I felt awful bringing up a complicated issue from another store and was fully prepared to just be told "no". However, the sales associate, the supervisor and the manager huddled for a few seconds to figure it out, and didn't think twice about fixing it all. Took daughter to buy white shorts. I politely asked the sales associate and who I believe was the merchandiser manager to point me to the white shorts section. Both told me they had "no white shorts". Being a former retail manager myself at the Beverly Center and Fred Segal I thought impossible. Reminded me of when my employees thought items where out and all they had to do was a little walking around the store or remember their planograms. So I took it upon myself to prove my point. I seen ads for Old Navy jeans which inspired me to visit the near by location. I was surprisingly impressed with the customer service I received from several associate. You have earned a new customer. I've had a hard time finding the right fits and rise, Old Navy you've earned from me. Keep up the great service. We tend to always voice the bad but don't take the time to recognize people for the work they put into creating a special moment.... The employees walking the floor are not always the most helpful or the nicest, but I've never had any issues with the employees at the register. They are always friendly and welcoming and we are greeted when we walk in each time! I came in to return a couple pairs of jeans that my kid didn't fit, but had ripped off the tags. They returned, did an exchange and refunded me the difference with zero hassles. Deals here are a hit or miss. I tend to just shop the clearance racks and can stock up on $12.99 jeans, the rockstars are my favorite! Even the things on sale can be pricey because the MSRP is already high as it is. Baby onesies range from $6-10 so I won't buy unless I'm using my Super Cash or they are on super clearance. I just scored a clearance pair of jeans and a shirt both for less than $20! read more

This is a great small Old Navy located inside the Promenade Mall. This store always has great deals going on as well as clearance sections that are great in number. Many of their products are great quality for an affordable price. Customer service is great and the staff is nice. This place also offers military discount which is a good thing. read more

I bought some clothes and socks here today. When I got home, I checked on the old navy website and realized I paid almost double the price for the same jeans online - $45 in store and $25 online. That's a big difference in price especially if you are purchasing multiple pairs. I even complained about the high price when I purchased the jeans in store and the clerk just raved about the jeans instead of offering the online price. Susan, was the name I got from the manager. I overheard being rude and passive aggressively discriminating her employees. I've shopped in here a couple of times on the weekdays and every time I go I see this manager, Susan, being negative towards her employees. I even overheard a conversation between associates about how mean she can be to them. I use to work in retail, never witnessed or had a manager that brought negativity in a work environment. I walked in the store and felt comfortable talking to a manager instead of an employee for help, I found Celia and from the very beginning of the experience she came off disrespectful , & rude. She had stopped talking mid conversation to talk to her associates (which I totally understand) but how she was talking to them was even more outrageous. I feel bad for any person working here. She almost seems as if she gossips with the general manager Susan. Which in complete honesty, is unprofessional for people with their titles. Love this store. Just got remodeled and it looks amazing. I can not help but spend money in here.i love their shirts and swimsuits. And recently I have been drawn to the baby section with all of the children in my family. Honestly great prices. Especially if you are a cardholder. They have an old navy card that is a visa also so you can use it wherever like for gas and earn rewards that you can combine to get $$ off of your purchases. So awesome. The employes oh my! Some of the nicest most helpful people I've ever met. Everyone there seems to love their job. I realize this is Old Navy... They have great tank tops...and for some, I imagine this is just the "cats meow" I've been shopping in this store for decades... But I'm getting to where the constant mess of this store has lost its appeal for me. What happened to seeing the occasional employees with folding tables to at least try and make some sense of how to find the size needed!?! Speaking of sizes... Hasn't the buyer yet figured out, not everyone is a size Small ? Which is why, Small size is the most prominent size in stock, because the non Barbie girls have bought out the actual wearable sizes?!? I haven't been a patron of Old Navy for a long while, but some recent sales and the holidays brought me back! This particular store is a total mess. It's way understaffed so there is always a huge line, and nothing is in its rightful place. If you're looking for a sports bra, check the kid's outerwear section--who knows, you might get lucky! If you need a men's tank top, there's probably one crumpled up and thrown onto the makeup display, so be sure to check it out. Its saving grace is that it's super cheap, but then again, all Old Navy stores are, and after getting over my mistrust of online shopping, I hope that I never have to step foot in here again. read more

Purely for customer service. I get it your busy, but my cashier did not even say hi to me, didn't tell me my total, and then just sent me off. I walked out and my sensor went off so this nice gentleman checked and found I still had a sensor on my pants then my friend was getting rung out, and her cashier was equally as rude. Didn't say anything to her, but at least gave her the "cash back". When I said oh wow mine didn't even give me that, she just smirked and looked away. Then as the receipt was printing for my friend just screamed out "NEXT". And handed the receipt to my friend. I understand you're busy. Maintain a level of customer service though. This store is never stocked, the shelves are always empty, they never have the nicer things that you can buy from old navy on-line. I liked the Menifee store better but they closed it. I thought this would be a good place to get cheap back-to-school clothes. The sales were not great. The promotion at the time was that they would give you a $10 certificate for every $20 you spend. You could come back later in the month and spend the certificates. This would be an ok deal IF they had remembered to give them to me. When I called the store, the person I talked to said "Just come back in and we'll give them to you." Yeah, only I HATE going to the mall! Went into this location to find a last minute birthday gift for a niece. The selection of items is somewhat better than my local old navy so that was nice. I was able to find some items I had seen online too which I was really happy about because I'd rather try something on in store than order online and receive something I have to return in person. I got my things and stood in line to pay. When I got to the register I believe the man who attended me was the manager, he asked the normal questions which prompt customers to sign up for rewards and things like that. After saying "no" and "no thank you" at least 3-4 times I finally said "I'm already signed up". He was noticeably annoyed or upset, maybe even both. Whatever it was, I could tell. I handed him my cards and he didn't say anything else. He didn't tell me to insert my email or number for the rewards points so I just paid and left. I spent a good amount of money so I'm a little disappointed I won't be getting any points for that. I've been into this location before just never been attended by him. As someone who also works in retail, it is extremely frustrating to see employees in the same field behave this way because it makes customers feel unwelcome which is honestly what I felt. I visited Old Navy in the Temecula Promenade in Southern California on this New Years Day at about 1:30pm. I was looking to get some new jeans. As I went into the fitting room, there was an employee in there, a young girl with red/orange hair. She didn't say hi to me, greet me, say anything to me but her facial expression spoke for her. I could see that I was irritating her just because I was there. She looked at me and said, "Nine, please." I assumed she was referring me to dressing room nine, so I went in. As I exited with the jeans that were too big, she did not ask me how they fit, if she could get another size for me-nothing. I was so angered at the horrid customer service (no one greeted me when I initially entered the store, nor did anyone acknowledge me while I was browsing the entire time before entering the fitting room) that I just put the jeans back and left without purchasing anything. It's a shame because I love the Rockstar jeans. But I refuse to support stores with such horrible customer service. read more

I don't normally shop at Old Navy but a friend says they have great prices for back to school. I purchased 3 pairs of the Rock Star jeans in size 10. I instructed my daughter to wash one pair that same night to see if it shrinks since I couldn't find the cotton blend label. Sure enough it shrunk to about size 8. The receipt says it has to be "unwashed" to return it. I'm going to attempt because this is a $35 pants that';s practically trash. So beware when you buy jeans at Old Navy. read more
