I have been twice since they recently opened. Both times my food was amazing. My husband has now had their fillet mignon and a specialty mac'n'cheese. His fillet was amazing (I stole a few bites) and the mac was a gigantic portion and seasoned well. I had an asian seabass picatta which was TO DIE FOR and my second visit I had the roasted chicken and veggies and mashed potatoes. I have nothing bad to say about either visit. The chef Vilay is wonderful and I am so glad she is back in that building creating great food. I had the mango beer once by itself and the second time tried with the tajin salt and both were great. My favorite appetizer here are the corn bites served with jalapeño ranch. I could eat two baskets of those myself. They serve Montemar wines which are my favorite local wine, the Syrah being my absolute fav. I love this place and will be making it a routine place to have dinner. I love the friendly faces, owner interaction, and great atmosphere. Food great. Service is worst I've ever had. This place used to have amazing food. The last few times we have gone have been mediocre at best. Prepare yourself for overcook and underseasoned steaks. For starters I don't appreciate being told to cut my food while you watch over me. I am not a toddler and I will tell you if I have an issue. Strike 2, don't touch my kid without asking. I don't appreciate it. It takes 2 seconds to ask. Don't blame me because you forgot something. Putting the blame on the customer because you forgot how to do your job is just rude. After telling our waitress we would let her know is something was wrong she disappeared. It seemed like either she was hovering at our table or not paying attention at all. All I ask is give me a min to get things in order. Especially if I am trying to wrangle a toddler. We had to get up to ask for simple pepper. The food quality has severely dimenished. A medium rare ribeye was medium/medium well in varying parts of the steak. A medium filet was almost well done. With grainy mashed potatoes that had little seasoning. Friendly, however service could have been better considering we were charged a Service fee of $30.10 for a party of 5 adults and 2 children. We were unaware of that and after ordering dessert we tipped 20%. Called and spoke with owner and he was unapologetic stating it was on the menu. Food was OK. Portions small. No refills on ice tea because they ran out. Had to ask for a fork when served a salad. One waitress for whole restaurant. Oh and if you ask for Ranch for your fries you will be charged. I attended the pre opening of this new restaurant and everyone was impressed with the food and service. There were over 40 of us and they got the food out in an orderly manner and it was very tasty. I will be back often. Beer and wine selection was very local and well priced. Lots of variety of the normal menu. I imagine this place will become popular. read more

I would have preferred more variety on the menu but also felt they tried to create a menu with a little something for everyone. Husband and I went for lunch last Saturday. There was one table with 3 individuals who were just getting their bill, otherwise the place was empty. We got our drinks and ordered hamburgers. Another couple came in a few minutes later, they ordered an appetizer. They received their appetizer in about 10 minutes. In the meantime one more couple came and sat outside. After about 15 minutes the second couple that had arrived received their lunch. One had a salad and the other had a hamburger. We continued waiting. Then the couple outside received their lunch, both had salads. We continued waiting. Our lunch came about 10 minutes after. Again, we were the first couple there, and there were two waitstaff. We were looking forward to a good meal because my cousin said it was sooo good. First server forgot an order it had to be for the one person at our table who was starving. I order the tri tip sandwich it felt more like a pastrami! Sliced and super salty like pastrami. Second the bbq sauce tasted like ketchup we were at the table arguing the difference till our server confirmed it was bbq sauce. He said it probably cuz we make our own. My husband order the poor boy sandwich it he was so mad it lacked flavor and it was not breaded like a normal poor boy. Tasted like they boiled it threw some seasoning placed it I. The grill. Came in for dinner and drinks with a friend. This is a great new place. So nice and clean. Place is on the smaller side, holds about 66 people. Walk in to the bar area then turn left to seating area. As you walk to the restroom, the back areas are clean as well. Floors do not have any dirty items on them. Restroom wss clean as well and had a plug in so smelled fruity. The drinks are great and the food is spectacular! We ordered the mac and cheese with added bacon and chicken with the basil cream sauce. It was light and did not sit heavy on my tummy so I was able to eat a few bites. The noodles were just a bit al dente and again, the sauce was light and creamy! We also ordered the basket of garlic parmesan fries. Crispy and light! I then ordered the steak bites which comes with a side salad. Salad was very fresh and crisp! Steak bites were cooked medium but need just a bit more flavor! All and all a great first time experience! We will return. read more

Went there last minute for a birthday dinner. Six adults and 4 kids. Was slapped with a $70 service fee on top of all the meals. Nothing was said about a service fee. Was a $300+ meal. Not sure if the service fee was on the menu or missed somehow but please remind the guests next time of the fee because that was a large surprise at the end. read more

They were relatively busy, so we had to wait a few extra minutes to have our order taken and receive silverware, but the staff was very pleasant. The food was great, the burger and fries were top notch. The macaroni and cheese was good too, I would have preferred a thicker rue, personally. It was a little watery almost.
