Our server, Keeley, welcomed us warmly and took our drink orders for fresh squeezed orange juice that was delicious. Our juice arrived with 3 yummy, mini cornbread muffins drizzled with honey I got biscuits and gravy with 2 scrambled eggs and a side of hash browns. Everything was super yummy Eggs were made perfectly. Gravy was creamy and savory. My friend got the breakfast quesadilla with ham and really enjoyed it. Large portions so we both left with doggy bags. Before the check arrived we received some delicious orange cranberry cookies. Over all it was a super tasty experience and I will definitely go back.

The restaurant is located in the beautiful Rancho Equestrian neighborhood of Burbank. There is not that much parking in the lot; however, there is plenty of free neighborhood parking nearby. This is a cute cafe with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. You order at the counter and then they will bring the food to you. The line was pretty constant the entire 2+ hours of our visit; however, they seem to have a steady flow in and out. The person at the counter who took our order was very friendly and she made appropriate recommendations when asked questions. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, which came with two eggs and a side. I ordered country potatoes as my side. Since I do not eat eggs, she was kind enough to replace my eggs with a side of fruit, which I enjoyed very much. To drink, I had the Peach Arnold Palmer. Everything was very good, and I had an excellent time. This is the definition of a great neighborhood restaurant, and I was very pleased -- until next time!
