My friend has really been wanting to get pasta and we had been out running errands and saw they were doing never ending pasta bowl specials right now. So we thought why not! Your first pasta dish is larger portion than the next ones I wish however that they were all smaller and in the bowl personally since if I'm doing "never ending" I want to try at least two types of pasta combinations like I'm doing it for a reason and it isn't because I can eat a billion pounds of pasta We had an amazing waitress who eagerly set up our refill dishes and also was very on top of our drink refills. For the first time we decided to have a meal delivered for 15 people. We didn't really have any expectations. Just hoping the food was accurate! To our surprise, not only was the food accurate, the delivery charge was cheaper than we thought, and the food arrived on time. The food was hot and there was more than enough for everyone to enjoy. It was my first time at an Olive Garden and I really liked it. I had the never ending pasta- first the spicy meatball sauce with angel hair! Delish and it does have a kick to it. Second the creamy mushroom sauce with rigatoni- this one not as impressive. The drinks were okay, just very sweet. The waitress was very attentive and very respectful. However, I did have a negative experience as my friends and I walked into the restaurant to be seated. For reference we're a little short but this fact does not warrant what we experienced because we are obviously not children. The host asked us if we need three adult menus and not children menus. Possibly the worst Olive Garden I have ever been to. The service is the speed of a snail. The stuff needs to be reminded over 4 times to bring out refills on drinks and bread sticks. We went on a Saturday the place was not at all busy. Yet, we saw no food coming out for over an hour. The place seems like it's training restaurant. The place seemed clean. We had an okay time. It had been a while since we went to OG and we remember why now. The salad and breadsticks were great. Fresh salad and warm, flavorful breadsticks. However, the pasta was just okay. We got the all you can eat. My first order had the wrong sauce but it was okay. Tried a few more after and the bowls get smaller. Date of visit: December 21, 2022 When we had a need to celebrate two coworkers that were leaving the organization, one of them suggested Olive Garden as their send off meal. It wouldn't have been my choice, but since it wasn't my swan song, I said nothing. I was pleasantly surprised at the entire experience (except their website behaving oddly when I selected delivery) for the pickup order. Everything was ready at the time I selected, the order was accurate and everyone enjoyed the food immensely. I did have to ask for leftover containers but those were provided without complaint. The dedicated spots for pick up made getting the food to my vehicle a breeze, too. If you need to feed a large group, you could certainly do worse than Olive Garden! read more

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. Me and my family, which in total was a party of eight people dined at this restaurant. Not only were the staff unfriendly, but so were the customers dining in the restaurant. We were met with nasty looks like we did not belong there. It took about 30 minutes for us to even put in our drink orders and another 15 to 20 minutes for them to arrive. We were sat at the table around 5:40 PM and we left the restaurant close to 8 PM. After leaving the restaurant every single family member that ate was vomiting and experiencing explosive diarrhea. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Had a great salad and good bread sticks at Olive Garden. It went downhill from there. I know better though, Olive Garden does not make pasta al dente. For this meal it was just mush. I did not eat it. The marinara sauce was watery tasted canned, yuck. Probably just me, I'm Italian. I make pasta and sauce. Learned from my Ma. She learned from my Grandma. Grandma actually made pasta from scratch, even cutting the dough with a knife! Not no fancy pancy pasta maker ;) Once I had Chef Boyardee pasta, out of a can. This is really a shoutout to our waitress, Kayla. It was a busy night, they were short-handed, and my group had about 20 people in it. On top of that, almost of all of us wanted separate checks (yours truly included). Despite all that pressure, Kayla kept her spirits about her. You could see a smile on her face under that mask and a friendliness in her voice. Our food order took a while, but that could be due to a shortened staff. Manager brought out some bread sticks right away to help fight the hunger pains. I ordered the chicken marsala and really enjoyed it. Let me start by stating this was not my first time here. As a young one my family would dine here once in a while. Unfortunately the quality has slipped to new lows. The complete lack of flavor and creativity was lulling me to sleep. The service was just ok. We heard a different server give two very different sob stories looking for a sympathetic tip. The scampi had undercooked asparagus stems, undercooked shrimp, and a flavorless sauce. There were no salt or pepper shakers so I relied on the only reason this isn't a one star review, the garlic breadsticks. They were the only source of flavor brought to our table. We had a party of 6 and a 6 month old celebrating her shots for a lunch time visit. This restaurant looks like every other location I've been to same floor plan nice decorations. The parking lot was full we parked in the back side lot. We were quickly seated and drink orders were taken. Since it was a cold, a 38 degree spring day. It was nice to order the soup, sticks and salad. And it was quickly delivered. The soup an b sticks was very good the salad was average. Service was a little spread out, but they did well covering for each other to take care of the drink refills and food. Total bill was around $54 + 14 tip. My friend Jane and I had a great dining experience at the Brookfield Olive Garden last Saturday night. Our waitress Rachel was friendly and very efficient in getting our food delivered to us while piping hot and fresh, and in making sure we had plenty of the unlimited opening course. Chef Cam prepared our food perfectly do that everything was delicious. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce plus added Italian sausage as my entree and I highly recommend it as a delicious choice. The hostess said our 3 person party would be a 35-45 minute wait. there were multiple parties main thing in the entry. We were told we cannot go by the bar tables to eat. If we wanted we could sit at the bar top and eat. The restaurant did not have many people sitting at tables. Only a handful of tables were occupied. The entire east side of the restaurant was empty. We have been coming to this location Olive Garden for over 15years and have never experienced the service that I received tonight. The assistant manager by the name of "Sue" was very rude and was unwelcoming to our 6 year old daughter who has autism. She said we should keep her home next time as if my daughter didn't deserve to eat at a restaurant because she had trouble sitting still. I am appalled that they would hire someone like this and I will be taking it up with guest relations in the morning. This is not a reflection of the restaurant as a whole as the general manager is a very nice person. And so are the staff for the most part. Worst experience with curbside pick up I arrived at scheduled time checked in and waited 20 minutes called to see what the hold up was then put on hold for 5 more minutes. Man was rude just shoved bag thru the window with no apology or acknowledgement. Arrive home no utensils as requested no mints and one salad was brown with 3 little ends of tomato with the core it was inedible. The alfredo dish was good but very small portion. We called ahead... wouldn't take our name... got there... no one in the waiting area and was quoted 45 minutes... high school friends of the front hosts were granted seats right away. We waited 45 min (not two hours) while at least 20 people left after hearing how long the wait was... I walked through the restaurant and found over 18 tables open on one side alone... a waiter walked up to the hosts and asked for a table bc he didn't have anyone to wait on... finally a lovely waitress saw our kids were starving and no one else was waiting, so she asked for the front to give us a table... they are probably losing 40% of potential business bc of the front hosts... my opinion. I don't think I've ever experienced worse customer service than I did here. No exaggeration. A group I am in has an annual tradition of doing a "girls night" dinner at this Olive Garden, and I was in charge of organizing the event. For context, our group was around 20 people. This restaurant does not take reservations. However, in the past, our group has called the restaurant to ensure they could take us, and they told us when we could come that night. Each previous year I've done this event, we've only had to wait around 15 minutes to be seated. I did the same exact thing this year. I called in the morning, and the employee told me he could take my group at 6:00 that night, no problem. Then, at 5:45, when my entire group was waiting at my house, ready to get into cars and go, I called the restaurant again to confirm that everything was still good with taking us at 6:00. The employee on the phone was rude and bluntly said "we might be able to take you at 8:15". I explained multiple times that we had called earlier and they said they'd have a table ready for us at 6, and all the employee said was "you can come at 8:15." They offered no apologies and no attempt to make the situation right. We were unable to wait until 8:15, so this made the evening a nightmare, calling six different restaurants until there was finally one who could take us. Why make a promise to customers and not follow through? I would bet what went wrong was miscommunication on part of the first employee. Even so, the employee and manager later did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation for me, nor did they offer any apology for their mistake. It's been 6 months since this experience. A once a month dinner at Olive Garden used to be a family tradition for me, but I haven't been back since this happened. read more

Is there a more guilty pleasure than Olive Garden? Someone recently gave us a gift card to the OG so we headed in for the first time in many years. It's oddly comforting that nothing much has changed over the years. You know what you're in for - a slightly overdressed salad that is mostly iceberg lettuce. Those addictive breadsticks that I shouldn't be eating but I can't help myself....why yes, I would like a refill, thank you very much. The menu is pretty much unchanging - sure, they add "specials" from time to time (right now it's some "giant stuffed pasta" nonsense) but your chicken parm & alfredo will always be there, waiting for you. The wine list will always be a compilation of the Best Grocery Store selections. Most of the time, you'll have to wait 20 minutes regardless of how busy they are or aren't. Olive Garden claims that "when you're here, you're family" and in a way that's true. Assuming of course, by "family" you mean that you don't call all as often as you should, but when you do stop by nothing has changed since the Reagan years. I actually enjoyed it. Had the salad with some chicken thing that was sort of like a cross between a panini and a stromboli. Meal also came with bread sticks that were very salty. The odd thing was when we got there we had to wait about 5 min. Not a big deal but when they did seat us we noticed the resturant was only about half full. So I normally have liked Olive Garden but I won't go back. Ate out and my father ordered soup, salad and bread sticks. Once he asked for his second batch the soup came out and in his first bite 2"x2" piece of plastic was in the soup. This plastic was from the soup bag. Gross!!!! What made it worse was the waiter didn't acknowledge the horrific find and how gross it was but ended up giving g excuses of why that happens and that it happens... ok buddy. He wasn't new either he had worked there for 3 years. My father changed his mind of type of soup and got a different flavor, that came and first bite there was a big piece of hair. C'mon man! We let the waiter know and he said he'd get manager to bring a new bowl out. The manager brought out a new bowl (after a long wait which we had been waiting a long time for everything). The man agate gave excuses even and offered a gift card or percentage off. Didn't charge my father for his meal but no remorse or acknowledgement of how bad this experience was.
