Staff was very nice and the pasta was so good! I got the all you can eat pasta with the four cheese sauce

Taken before, you can tell how excited he was and how much he loves Olive Garden and yall couldn't even do anything special for his birthday

Our waiter was awesome he made up for a lot of the other issues we faced, my boyfriends favorite restaurant is Olive Garden I would totally take him to a fancier place but this is literally his favorite, I called and made a reservation stating it was for his birthday, when we arrived the two hosts didn't even greet us, super rude from the beginning I told them we had a reservation, she said happy birthday and didn't mention that detail to our waiter so he didn't know it was his birthday at all, once we were getting the check I mentioned the birthday cake and he didn't even know so he said we can take it to go, not really the best but it was fine, on top of that I'm vegan and adding vegetable option is so overpriced you pay 3$ per veggie that is honestly the price for a whole bundle of broccoli, meat and cheese options are so much more expensive yet they are charging the most for the cheapest options in the store, regardless we were full. I just hate spending money with rude hosts and no regard for someone's special day, I could have spent my money elsewhere and we chose to spend a birthday at Olive Garden. Won't be spending a birthday there again.

Craving pasta it's been a while since I've been to olive garden. Our service was great. The breadsticks were cold.. my shrimp carbonara was extremely tasty full of flavor but what scared me was thinking if the restaurant was this dirty.... what does the kitchen look like ??? Not pictured is the filthy walls

Anthony was so great! Very attentive and friendly. Best service we've had at any Olive Garden ever. He needs a raise! Food was delicious as always also.

That said, the food has some catching up to do. The complimentary bruschetta is a nice touch in concept but the execution falls flat. The bread is a basic sourdough with a thin, uneven drizzle of olive oil and herbs. Some pieces arrived nearly bare. A little more care and consistency here would go a long way. For my entrée I tried a salmon pasta special. The salmon itself had a lovely texture, which gave me hope but the sauce threw everything off. It was oddly sweet which clashed with what should have been a savory balanced dish. It's not bad enough to send back but it's not something I'd order again. Overall, this spot has a solid foundation with its friendly and efficient service. It was a pleasant enough experience but don't come with sky-high expectations for the plate.

It came out fast, but I believe all items that our table ordered were not freshly prepared or at least the ingredients were not fresh or stored at proper temperatures to prevent food borne illness. The lasagna my nephew ordered came out with about a cm of grease on the top and was barely edible. The Caesar salad was literally a plate with some lettuce and dressing with mounds of Parmesan all over - no presentation, worse than cafeteria food. I was really excited for this meal and was disappointed and then violently ill. Never going back.

Even going on a Monday night, it was packed with people, however, we were able to snag a table for two without a reservation right away. The service was attentive and helpful. I got the full portion of the smoked mushroom ravioli and I absolutely loved it. I appreciated that the portion was quite large because too often ordering ravioli means you barely get any pasta. The sauce was decadent, savory, smokey, and had a hint of sweetness, which pulled everything together.

Our server was friendly and quick. She answered questions and described the specials. They have gluten free focaccia!!!! It was super yummy, but it was also served kinda cold. Worth it. We ordered the fresh catch, which was halibut with some potatoes and grilled asparagus. The accompanying sauces were delicious. The asparagus was good. The white potatoes though had been cooked previously and weren't reheated enough. They were described as new potatoes but were definitely large chunks of russets. They were hard to eat. So we didn't. We also had the Punta di Fesa which is a braised beef dish with mushrooms on polenta. The balsamic mushrooms and polenta were so flavorful and delicious. It was a good thing that my husband started with this dish (we traded halfway through and had plenty to eat!) because I would have eaten his share of the polenta too. The beef however was dry and not what I would have expected from a braised beef. When we were given a knife, we were told we probably wouldn't need it. We did. The service here was friendly and helpful. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten free needs and recommended a great bottle of wine that went well with our fish AND the beef (which is tricky...yummy Chianti AND half price!). It was pretty busy for a Tuesday night at 7. There were people that ended up waiting but not too long. There are shelves of Italian goods all around you. My husband said he felt like he was eating in a store. You kind of are, but it was still cozy. I plan to come back to try the gluten free pasta and maybe a lunch sandwich if they have solid gf options there. Also, the dessert menu looked great. We were just full.

We started by splitting a mixed lettuce salad and the burrata. The salad was fresh and had a great dressing. The burrata with the strawberries was mouth-watering. We also had some fresh focaccia bread, and it was so good. Then came the goat-cheese pappardelle and the fettuccine with clams. Both pastas were fabulous. If I had to choose one, the goat cheese was my favorite. My parents and I don't drink alcohol, so we got ginger, soda, and mocktails, which were very refreshing. The service was really good. The place was busy, but the servers seemed very relaxed and proficient. They weren't pushy, but they were there when we needed them and were all very polite. I love the ambiance. It is a large, light, and bright space. There is seating inside and out, and it has very high ceilings. I love the massive bar where you can watch the bartenders make drinks and the wood-fired pizza oven--also a nice touch. Restaurant is cute for a dinner date, girls night, celebration, etc. and I believe they have their bar connected next door too. Note that the menu changes every day (yes every single day) so some of the items you see on yelp might not be available when you go. The day I went was "fish Friday" so the menu featured seafood in more dishes. The day before was "gnocchi Thursday" I believe, which I'm glad I didn't go that day because I wanted to eat actual pasta not gnocchi We started with the insalata nostrana and arancini. Pretty small portions imo, especially for the arancini. They only give two and they are definitely not the best arancini I've had. Tasted kinda lemony?? Salad was fine but nothing special too. For mains, we got the reginette pasta featuring gulf shrimp in a lemony white wine sauce and the diavola pizza. The pasta was good, well cooked and the shrimp was not overcooked. The sauce was almost too decadent but at the same time, the taste of lemon was pretty overpowering. I wanted to try a red sauce pasta but they didn't have great options bc of fish Friday and I felt like I should try something with seafood. For the pizza, they give you scissors to cut it yourself which is fun. It was a standard Neapolitan style pizza. Thin crust and light, it was pretty good. For the most part, I could taste the quality in the ingredients but the flavors in the pasta didn't blow me away. The starters were also average, especially for the price. It's still worth checking out, especially if there's something on the daily menu that you particularly want to try!
