I usually don't choose Olive Garden, but my friends wanted to eat here, so I decided to give it a shot. I ended up ordering the unlimited Chicken & Gnocchi Soup, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was served nice and hot, had plenty of cheese, and was honestly really good. The highlight of the experience was our server. I wish I could remember his name because he was fantastic. He was friendly, personable, and talked with us like he was part of our friend group, which made the whole meal feel more enjoyable. Absolute shit show of an establishment, ordered online for my food to be for a later time, website changes it back to ASAP, so I called the store... placed on hold for 10+ minutes when I finally speak with someone they say oh that's unfortunate let me talk to my manager, they come back and say they will need to double charge me if I wanted to get my food at the proper desired time... like nah you purposely kept me on hold and made that food just so you didn't have to correct the issue and wanted to double charge. We went to this Olive Garden because it was close to our vet's office. We have not been to an Olive Garden in awhile and we had a gift card so we thought we would have lunch. Our server was London. What a very nice and pleasant young man. We had a wonderful experience because of him. He was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, diligent and took excellent care of us. He made sure our food came out exactly as we had ordered it, made sure our drinks and breadsticks were always full and made sure we did not need anything else. I watched as he took care of the rest of the bar area which is where we sat. He did an outstanding job of taking care of everyone that was there, covering the entire bar area. The food was also excellent, from the salad to bread sticks and entre we ordered. I would highly recommend this Olive Garden primarily because of the service we received from London. I have never witnessed something so unprofessional in a restaurant before. While dining at Olive Garden, the manager actually terminated an employee right in front of our table- and in full view of other guests. To make matters worse, they told her to finish her shift after being fired. Completely humiliating for the employee and extremely uncomfortable for everyone present. This is not only bad management but terrible business practice. That employee should absolutely consider contacting legal. We will not be returning to this location again. This one is right down the middle for me. First of all... our server, Erika, was WONDERFUL. She took such good care of us and was so detail-oriented! I loved having her for our server. My partner and I both ordered the all-you-can-eat soup, salad, and breadsticks with a side of alfredo sauce and calamari for the appetizer! Tbh, I won't be ordering the calamari again. I was totally hoping for a fresh battered and crispy calamari. This was definitely a quick fry job on some frozen and mass produced calamari. Which is fine for such a huge restaurant chain, but I felt disappointed. For the soup, I initially went for the minestrone and then took a few bites to exchange it out. Listen, we all have different tastebuds and this could be the dream soup for someone, but for me I couldn't handle the taste closely resembling words I don't want to necessarily type for a food review. But, I did get the zuppa tocana soup to replace and it was absolutely lovely! The flavor was bursting with creamy bits and Italian sausage. I loved the color of the fresh kale and the potatoes may have been my most favorite part of the soup! I would absolutely recommend this soup to anyone ordering the endless soup, salad, and breadsticks. Moving onto the rest... I LOVE Olive Garden's alfredo sauce. This never disappoints and our breadsticks were fresh out of the oven and baked to perfection. It made me so happy and tasted of childhood nostalgia all over! The salad is always crispy and fresh, so I loved it. The black olives are my favorite part paired with the dressing! I rate right down the middle, but all-in-all I'd totally go back now that I have an idea of what I enjoyed ordering and the service was impeccable. Plus, who doesn't love the music and ambiance? I are dinner here on a Sunday night a few weeks ago. This location isn't too far from the highway. Visiting here was also nostalgic as I didn't live too far from here in a past life. They were very busy for a Sunday night. I got on the wait list and it took nearly thirty minutes to be seated. I recommend online reservations before your visit. Our waiter's name is Darius. He was very professional, pleasant and kind. He made the experience all the more pleasant. I feel fortunate to have Darius wait on us. I hope he becomes Restaurant Manager someday. I can tell service (being of service to others) is a calling to him. Keep shining, Darius! For my entree I ordered the Chicken Marsala Fettuccine. Of course, the meal comes with their delicious salad and bread sticks. I love this about Olive Garden. I don't believe I've ever had the Chicken Marsala here before. I very much enjoyed it. Olive Garden isn't one of my go to Italian restaurants. However, the food is decent and the prices are very reasonable. I like how you can pay your bill at the table and don't have to wait for the waiter or waitress to bring the bill. The ambiance was pleasant when I visited. Restaurant was clean as well. I wasn't seated at a dirty table as well. I recommend this Olive Garden location if you're looking for a quality one. Ask for Darius too! I would visit here again. I have been to Olive Garden a handful of times and throughout the years I have had mixed experiences. I feel like the staff is always nice but the food is, or at least can be, bland at times. I think that truthfully the worst times that I have at Olive Garden are when I go WANTING actual Italian food. Yes this is an Italian restaurant but good local Italian can be found in most towns and for sure where I live. So why come here? Also, how am I saying all this and giving a four star review? Well the most recent time I went was with my wife and it was because after months of wanting those freaking Olive Garden breadsticks we finally bit the bullet and just went for lunch. Lunch is the secret to a good time at Olive Garden I think. I wasn't really hungry for a full meal and I knew that my past experiences were usually met with a lackluster portion of pasta so I went with their never-ending soup, salad, and breadsticks lunch. My wife did the same. We are for sure the type of couple that will unabashedly just order the same thing. Is this weird for wait staff when couples do this? Who am I kidding? They are just getting through the day and not making judgements about people. The soup, salad, and breadsticks meal is my next recommendation for having a good time at Olive Garden. The price is truly on-point for the amount of food that you get and because we went at lunch and our server was actually very attentive (without using the weird table side tablet where you can flag down the server). So we got plenty of breadsticks and soup refills. Didn't get a salad refill but that bowl is freaking huge. Does anyone get the salad refilled? The Zuppa Tuscana soup (not checking to see if that was the correct name) was very good. Also, getting fresh grated cheese on that doesn't hurt. Also, the salad is very salty but I love it. I think it is the GOAT of chain restaurant salads. Breadsticks were of course great and when they are warm, they sing. This four star review is just for my experience of eating the never ending soup, salad, and breadsticks and that the wait person was great at making sure we had what we needed. Been awhile since I've been to Olive Garden but wanted to try their gluten free pasta and it did not disappoint I ordered the Rotini with meat sauce which was a large portion and definitely worth the cost and I was very impressed with the texture of GF pasta as it tastes just like regular pasta The customer service was excellent as I ordered the meal to go and the lady who assisted me (tall/slender with Auburn hair) was very attentive and had my order ready when I walked in... Unfortunately the computer froze but she was kind enough to offer me a free beverage while I waited and it's these small kind gestures that makes all the difference read more

The chicken Marsala is my husband's meal every time. Loves it. My meal is the egg plant Parmesan Always yummy. I was feeling uncomfortable when we were greeted at the entry by two boys with very unmanageable hair- not combed and not clean looking. Glad they were not serving us. From drinks to appetizer to entrées - our server, Sam, nailed it. What's more, he was earnest and enjoyable to speak with, while also giving us time at the table to take in one other's company and reminisce. When we were seated we waited about 30 mins for our food which most people would be pissed about, however we were offered free desert by the asst. manager and had a server named Tao? Tay? something like that. The menu states you may get a endless salad, breadstick and soup with an entre. The waitress lied to not only me but to EVERY table "No- you only get 1 of the 3" When I explained to her how punctuation works she gave me all 3. I ordered endless pasta with meat. Opened my laptop & notebook to write a piece. The food was great. Then the pasta came out. Not even three minutes later the waiter came back "How is it" "I have the check when your ready" Wth? Looked down at a barely touched eaten plate ... and thought maybe they needed the table? But the place was dead. A few minutes later the waiter came back "Are you ready for the check" No Looked at my phone. EVERY FOUR MINUTES This waiter came round to ask me to pay!!! Why?! Jesus. It's Olive Garden. You go there knowing what to expect and you get exactly that. Non-traditional, carb heavy, greasy Italian food that would make any self respecting grandmother cry. But it's pretty dang good. Excellent bang for your buck, large portions, endless breadsticks, great non-traditional Caesar salad (not stabbed 26 times), and a crap ton of food to either leave you unable to move or on the toilet from the carbs. This was our 2nd Olive Garden of the evening. We walked out of the 1st one due to an exceptionally long wait (45+ minutes) for a table in a restaurant that was less than half full. Our decision to walk out of the first one was rewarded with our service at the 2nd Olive Garden. We were celebrating my son's birthday and Olive Garden was his choice of restaurants for the evening. Our waitress, Cheyenne, was exceptional and our overall service (starting at the host stand) was exceptional. There were 4 adults and an 11-month old infant in our party (the infant being the main reason we couldn't wait 45 minutes at the 1st Olive Garden). Cheyenne was prompt to take our beverage and food orders and all of our food came out very quickly. All of our entrees were up to the usual Olive Garden standards and were quite good. We all had the unlimited soup option with our meals and Cheyenne was quick to offer refills on the soup while we were waiting on the main course. Excellent service; good food and good value. read more
