Pretty standard Olive Garden. Went the night before Mother's Day and they were slammed. The waitress was still very attentive and helpful. We got the shrimp and chicken carbonara and it had amazing flavor. I always get the chicken gnocchi soup and that is the best but at this location it didn't seem as creamy as usual. This is the worst Olive Garden I've been to! Server was unprofessional from the get go! We were a party of 3 adults with 1 kid, we were placed by the window and we asked for a bench seating, he told us this should go through the ladies at front and left , the ladies told us we could choose another table! We ordered 3 entrees ( should come with either soup or salad) plus a kid item from the kids menu- he brought salad and only one plate to the person who requested salad, two soups for the rest. When he placed the soup, it was about to spill as he dumped it on the table so fast, no apology or replacement and I had to eat from a dirty plate- when we asked for a refill, he said this will be an extra charge since we shared amongst ourselves!! Mind you, we all paid for a full meal, we all been to other olive garden restaurants before where we do share what we order, and obviously, he was observing us enough to know that we shared!! We declined to pay the extra charge, and we did not get any refills, not even for the breadsticks! It is too disappointing that a restaurant we love treats you like this! What is not to love about Olive Garden? This was your standard Olive Garden but the staff was very friendly and attentive. I was here by myself on a work trip and ordered the chicken alfredo with crispy chicken and the chicken and gnocchi soup. We haven't been to Olive Garden in quite a while. They still have a very limited menu. Our waitress was so soft spoken that we had trouble hearing her. Our food was good, pasta, soup & salad, but the service was not good. We had to ask several times for drink refills. When she did finally come back, she did not even remember the refills. She just stood there and asked how we were doing. Well, being we were in the back corner of the restaurant and did not see a waitress for more than 20 min after we asked for refills, we were thirsty! When she brought the food, she balanced the tray on the back of one of the chairs and just handed us our plates of food. After we got our drink refills, she told us we could pay with the unit on the table and never returned. Sorry, normally love going there but this was not great! read more

Look. All the other reviewers can knock this place for being mediocre, but sometimes you just *need* Olive Garden. It's familiar, it's consistent. Much of the menu has been the same since I was in high school 20 years ago. Nothing can top a fresh Olive Garden breadstick and some salad, and you know it. I did not particularly care for this location when I was dining in, but it's been amazing during the pandemic. I order online through the app and pick up curbside. Everything is customizable. Everything comes adorable packaged and well-labeled. There are little cups of their salad dressing and little packets of parm to toss on top. The breadsticks come in a foil wrapper with instructions for how to reheat them in the oven. They even throw in some Andes mints. It's all the best parts of eating at the restaurant, but at home. read more

I've been to Olive Garden a ton of times over the years so I'm not bashing them by any means, but when you experience authentic Italian cuisine, Olive Garden is very average. Service is always quite good and their prices are very reasonable, but a lot of their food is lacking flavor. Throughout the years I would have to say my favorite two entrees on the menu would be The Tour of Italy and Chicken Parmesan. The customer service here was outstanding. I ordered a steak and it was served overcooked and they immediately brought it back to make another one. I've got to confess, we never got as far as ordering any food. We came in about 9 PM on a Saturday night and were "greeted" by the hostess. Actually, she looked angry that she had to deal with another customer, interrupting her conversation with her friend, who brushed her hair at the greeting station. She took us to the back, plopped us down with one napkin and service for three people and disappeared without saying another word. The table we were seated next to made up for it by screaming at each other while we studied the menu. After deciding there was really nothing that looked good, we decided to leave, walking past the hostess who didn't even look up. I'm glad we did. I've seldom gone into a less inviting place. The manager REALLY needs to straighten this place out. Olive Garden's motto is "When you're here, you're family." If that's true, this is a very dysfunctional family in the middle of a blood feud. read more

This place is average at best. I recently came in, on a Tuesday night, and the place was nearly empty. Still though, we waited a near 10 minuets for a server to come over and acknowledge us. We placed our drink orders, and although water was promptly brought over, we waited another 10 minuets for our other drinks. (I must admit though, I had the mango martini and I really liked it. Didn't taste too much alcohol in it, but it still had a nice taste to it.) My friend ordered another mixed drink (I don't remember what exactly, it was berry something) but complained it was watered down. The other person in our party just had wine, so you can't really mess that up. Again though, even after our drinks I felt it took a while for the server to come get our food orders. I won't bore you with the same boring details, but nonetheless, we waited a while for our soups and salads and our entrees ended up taking over 30 minuets to come. When we finally did get our food, it was good, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't nothing spectacular. I feel like you can get the same quality Italian dinners at a diner, for half the price. I will say though, that their portions are nice. I stuffed my face and still had more than half to take home. None of us had dessert, because we were all too full and didn't know if it would take another 10-15 minuets for a simple desert. Overall, I'd probably come back, but I'm not rushing back. Besides being extremely slow, our server was polite and courteous, and the place is kept clean. I know I won't come here if I'm in a hurry or have a time restraint, though. So I came to this location as it was the closest to where I live and as we sat down we noticed a ton of baby cereal on the floor underneath our table..so we sat and waited 10/15 minutes for our waitress to finally come as us what we wanted for drinks and didn't even bother bringing breadsticks when everyone else already had them. Later on when she brought out my dish - fettuccine with 6 oz sirloin - the amount of pasta they but on my plate was about the portion size of a kids meal. We were gifted an on Olive Garden gift card at Christmas. Tonight we decided to try it out. We added ourselves to the wait list online before showing up (with a toddler, waits are no good). It worked great. We arrived and within minutes our table was ready. We go to be seated, and we are taken to a booth. I ask for a high chair. The hostess in a not so nice tone, and rolling her eyes and sighing tells me that they can't put a high chair in this section, and asks if I told the hostess we would one. I wrongly assumed that the hostess would realize we would need a high chair for our one year old. Never had an issue like this before! When I tried to make light of the situation, the hostess just rolled her eyes more. Ok then. So we go back and we get to a new table in a different section (with now a very nice hostess). Our waitress was very friendly. The food was ok. Calamari left a little to be desired but our entrees (sirloin with lobster ravioli) were better. The chatter in the restaurant by some of the servers was a bit obnoxious. I heard one waitress talk negatively about another customer for asking for both lemon and an orange in her water, and there were several conversations by workers that involved language i wouldn't expect to hear while I'm trying to enjoy my meal. We saw Olive Garden commercials on tv and the food looked good; NOT the case! The sauce was plain, almost watery, and did not taste good at all. The salad comes with dressing already on it, so no choice of dressing, and the giant pieces of lettuce were drowning in it! The table they sat us at, right next to the kitchen, even though most of the place was empty, had dirty chairs covered in crumbs. The only good thing was the mozzarella sticks.
