    Dry Teriyaki Bulgogi Burger (Combo)
    shari h.

Location is a cute little burger spot with seats along the window and a few tables for dining in. The cashier was pleasant and the place was clean. They have a nice menu and We were excited to try the teriyaki bulgogi burger and welcomed the crinkle cut fries as add on with the combo selection. Took a chance on wings in Koreatown hoping they would fit the desire for Korean wings. Well, needless to say... burger and topped bulgogi were both very dry the added thousand island dressing was watery. The wings were nice sized crispy wings, however had no flavor what so ever.‍ I must say the saving grace of this combo were the crinkle cut fries.

Amazing food and service. 10/10! Not to mention the portion sizes, I come here weekly.

    Fries, pastrami, shrimp

honestly don't understand how this place has such high ratings. I ordered a pastrami sandwich combo, a cheeseburger combo, and fried shrimp, and every item was disappointing. The pastrami sandwich had only a single thin layer of meat, it was cold, and it had almost no flavor. The fries were burnt and bland. The cheeseburger was also flavorless, and the fried shrimp wasn't any better. Overall, the food tasted like it had been thrown together with very little care. Unfortunately, this was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't order from here again.

Second time here! Ordered a single bulgogi burger & combination burrito! Food: First time trying the combination burrito and it was thicckk! It had a sweet & spicy flavor- they didnt skimp on the fixings! Intended to save half for later and realized I was already down to the last bite. Oops! The bulgogi burger is just as good as the first time I tried it! For a single burger, I felt like the portions were perfect, the flavor of bulgogi leaves a smokey sweet taste! Ambiance: no frills. A couple bar style seating and a few tables. Service: The service is quick & straightforward. The lady (may be the owner?) also suggested some rice bowls to try for next time. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

When hot food is packed into a sealed to-go box, it tends to get soggy over time, which really affects the flavor and texture of the rice. Using vented containers could help keep the food fresher. The Teriyaki Shrimp would be even better if it had more of the distinct teriyaki flavor that matches the name, and the Chili Burger would taste great with more chili sauce on top. Our group of about ten people had a hard time enjoying the meal this time, but with fresher ingredients and a few small changes, the food could be much more enjoyable.

Tried this place for the 1st time today and man it exceeded my expectations! I ordered the boneless rib bowl (comes with rice) The lady at the register was so kind to us as well. Definitely will be coming back!

    Chicken Bowl

I usually get the chicken bowl from time to time and the portion is pretty filling. Lots of chicken too, gochujang sauce is delicious as well.

Great food here and speedy service. The chicken teriyaki plate is a must have for meat lovers. A nice place to dine in or do takeout if you're on the go. Cool environment in the heart of K-town.

Food was good. Prices are exceptional. Service was good. Cashier was nice. The vibe is cool. Clean and organized dining space. No complaints. Tight parking lot tho.

I have been here so many times throughout the years but most recently found myself here during a busy World Cup match! Regardless, the service and quality of food was not sacrificed! I was greeted as soon as I got there and the bartenders were overwhelmed but still friendly and helpful. I was so tempted to get a margarita, since theirs are amazing, but decided to keep it dry and just get their vegan nachos. I was able to score a table outside on their lovely patio, which felt secluded enough from the main street. My food was brought out quicker than I thought and I was delighted, as I was famished! The vegan nachos here are fantastic and the happy price is only $10, which is a steal for what you get! They are costed in the most magical concoction of a bean puree, cashew cheese sauce, and guacamole which all have the most creamy, luscious and savory flavors. It's so hearty and well seasoned and not only filling, but you feel great after. Parking is pretty easy, as there are usually ample meters available nearby. I cannot wait to return again soon the next time I'm in Downtown LA! I am hoping to try more of their vegan options and next time I will for sure get a drink to go along with their delicious food!

I ended up paying it(because they leave you no choice), but my biggest issue isn't the amount itself. It's that there was no clear notice beforehand. If a restaurant automatically adds gratuity or service charge, especially for a single diner, that should be clearly disclosed before you order or at least be prominently stated in the beginning. A 20% tip should reflect exceptional service. That wasn't the experience I had. The lack of transparency left a bad impression and felt dishonest. With so many great restaurants in Los Angeles that offer better food, better service, and straightforward billing, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Now, I'll probably be a regular. Parking is going to be challenging. There's street parking and something that resembles a parking lot around back but I'll just say - if you know the area, have fun and good luck. Sat at the bar so service was excellent. Friendly. Attentive but not in a hovering sort of way. There's only so far to walk behind the bar so looking at the levels of drinks isn't really a stretch. There's other seating too - tables and booths. Several customers seemed surprised and disappointed because we were there specifically to watch and listen to the game. It was very difficult to follow the game with music playing over the broadcast, including the commentary and sound effects. I completely understand having a DJ and music once the game is over, or perhaps during breaks when the game is not being played. However, starting music while an important game is still underway--especially immediately after halftime--was disappointing and took away from the experience for those of us who came specifically to watch the game. Hopefully, in the future, the game audio can remain on while the game is being played, with the DJ beginning the music once the game has ended. It would make for a much better experience for customers who come in specifically to watch sporting events.
