We were pleasantly surprised - even better than we expected! Fun atmosphere. Had to wait a bit-it's a popular place! Our server was great. Enjoyed the coffee to start. My husband a steak and eggs and he loved it! I had an omelette with bacon and cheese. Oh my husband had sourdough toast and I had an English muffin. Our friends loved their meal too-they had really good salads. Will be back!

The location is conveniently located off Filmore and the building has a nice relaxed vibe. Wait staff were attentive but not intrusive. I ordered a cadet omelette and found it a little bland. I ordered yoghurt instead of breakfast potatoes and there was a generous size portion delivered with the omelette. The meal also included a whole wheat muffin which was delivered pre-buttered with about the right amount of butter in my opinion! Overall good value for money and I may try again in future, perhaps I just tried the wrong omelette.

Dude. You have to go to OP. The omelettes are so good! The potatoes are so yum, I'd go just for those! And very plentiful. They have a ton of options besides omelettes. It gets busy so go early. I highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

Absolutely the best breakfast in the Springs. The food is great and the staff is amazing.

A great place for breakfast at a reasonable price. Especially if you come before 7 AM when omelettes are half price! The restaurant is an old house repurposed into a restaurant and bar. It is full of cool, historical memorabilia - pictures of 18 to 1900 Colorado Springs. The servers are friendly, and there are many regulars, like us.

One of the best local breakfast and brunch places in Colorado Springs. So many options and everything is made from scratch. Personal favorites are the French toast and Ruben sandwiches.

Huge portions and delicious food! It was quick, inexpensive and better than any other breakfast place we've tried in the springs!

I been meaning to try this place for a while, every time I drive home from work I see that the place is packed. A friend came to visit a couple of weeks ago and we decided to go there for breakfast. The place is very cute and old school looking, my favorite part was and area with a bunch of potted plants under a skylight. We got a very pleasant lady for our server (can't remember her name as I'm terrible with names) she was very nice and efficient at her job. As far as the food goes, it was a very American breakfast kind of place. They serve a lot of food (I couldn't even finish it, which is rare). I had the garden omelet, I believe it was called. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best I've had. I did enjoy the potato's that come with the omelet.

If I could give more stars I would. From the service to the food - everything about this place was top notch! Our hostess greeted us upon entering with warmth and not only offered us a booster seat for our baby, but if we wanted one with straps - it's usually a crapshoot with baby seating so this was such a wonderful surprise. The place has such a comfy old atmosphere - like you're at your grandparent's. Next, our server Rachelle was phenomenal, never made us wait, great conversation, such a nice person. She took such good care of us. Now the food - holy moley. We got three CC's combos, one with a Belgian waffle, one with the banana bread French toast, and one with a pancake - just to sample everything. The bacon and sausage are thick cuts, the eggs were done to our liking. Those carbs - couldn't finish. Everything tasted wonderful and filled us to the brim. This was our last stop for our stay in Colorado Springs, but this experience will make this a permanent stop every time we come into town.

What a cute place this is! I came here for brunch with some friends after hiking at the Garden of the Gods. The interior design of the place is a mix of a diner-feel with cozy home vibes. The servers here are in a good mood and answer any questions that you need! The taste of the food is nothing extraordinary, but sometimes you just want something that reminds you of a home-cooked meal. The home fries were also pretty different than what I've eaten before! I would say that there will probably be a wait if you come for brunch on the weekend (I think we waited 15-20 minutes) but there is a good amount of parking outside!

Absolutely adore having breakfast here. It's cute, quaint and tasty! While this place is busy, it moves quickly and is worth the little bit of wait you'll have to wait. The food is fantastic and the portions are big! I can't ever finish my food when I come. I'll let you decide if giant portions are a good thing lol. My only complaint is the odd choice of cup they serve their tea in.

We sat down and waited at least 15 mins before a server acknowledged our presence. Then another few mins until he took our mimosa orders, then another 10 or more until they arrived. Waaaayyy too long for initial drinks at ANY restaurant! We ordered food as soon as our drinks hit the table (~30 mins after being seated), and enjoyed out drinks for quite some time until realizing it was AFTER 12pm and no sight of our food or waiter and the place was about half empty at that point. A manager finally came by to apologize for the delay, but didn't offer to comp our drinks or food or anything! Another 10mins or so later and we finally got our food. The Smoked Salmon Benedict was very very smoky flavored and I even ordered the salmon separate by from the actual benedict part of the dish as a precaution, but the smoke flavor overtook the entire dish. For $19, it had no hash browns included, and I wasn't paying $6 more for fried potato strings. My daughter had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and both were absolutely phenomenal! The pumpkin bread French toast was just pumpkin bread with whipped cream and caramel drizzle, not real French toast with pumpkin spun into it. Not impressive. Overall, the staff was very nice and the dining areas super cute, but the prices and wait time and lack of management correction make this a place I likely won't be trying again anytime soon.

I also added chicken and mushrooms to my bowl and I literally received about 5-6 mushrooms, which equals more than a dollar a mushroom.
