First time trying out OMG Donuts. The young lady at the counter was nice and explained a few things for us regarding why the boxes on the menu were numbered. The shelves were well stocked for a Sunday afternoon so we were able to try out quite a few different flavors of donuts. We brought our box home and I tried part of the strawberry shortcake donut which was really good as well as a bite of the apple fritter, also yummy. I then went for a taste of the chocolate covered Bavarian cream filled, and well....she didn't fill it. It was just the donut NO FILLING. This should never happen at a donut shop. I mean, isn't that part of the process on a filled donut? While the donut itself was good I cannot comment on the filling. (And this kind is my favorite donut) We did get four of these in total so I hope the others are filled) The storefront is nice. It has a few tables inside to enjoy a donut and coffee if you'd like. It was clean and like I said we had plenty of donuts to choose from but I have heard they sell out from time to time.

Donuts were great! Light, airy and not overly sweet. Employees answered questions when asked and had an efficient method of keeping customer traffic flowing smoothly. I enjoyed all the donut flavors I tried but blueberry was a personal favorite. I also tried the apple fritter which was fried to perfection, however it was a little too sweet for me. I would definitely return.

Heading out of Charlotte and I was looking for a treat to take on the road. Super cute doughnut shop. I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Strawberry Shortcake filled with Vanilla Cream. Both were amazing but the Strawberry Shortcake tasted just like the ice cream from the ice cream truck. And the chai latte with oak milk was great as well! The ladies in there were friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend!

For some reason it has become a family tradition to find a good donuts shop whenever we are traveling. So I scouted this place out. We arrived at about 6:30 AM and we're greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. Then there were the visual of these amazing donuts. We were a group of 5 so we decided on a dozen. Each person selected 2 of the ones that they wanted, then we selected as a group 2 more we could all taste. The donuts were fresh, flavorful and the combinations were great. They helped us start the hours long drive that we had ahead and it was great. I will say the prices were a bit astonishing. The menu has a breakdown that forces you to read. Because there are levels to an assortment based on the kinds of donuts you get. What makes it a bit unfair is once you select the combinations you are at the top tier price, so there is no adjustment made when you throw in plain or basic donuts with it. This dozen donuts was $30.00 which is a bit pricey. But single donuts were as high as $3.00. I will say the work they do to create such art is what you are paying for. So enjoy !

After visiting my cousin and before heading to the beach, we made a visit to this unique donut shop called OMG. It was a clean, colorful, cozy place with friendly and helpful staff. There were so many variety of donuts such as pineapple fritter, apple fritter, maple bacon, red velvet and MTO stuffed filling donuts in which you have 5 flavors to choose from. They have delicious lattes, beverages and surprisingly offer Vietnamese iced coffee too. We will definitely make another visit in the near future. What a great gem and a highlight of our trip.

This place is a hidden gem. Ironically it is hidden in a location that is easy to miss near Concord Mills. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. They have donut selections that are different from the average. You have to try the maple bacon. I didnt think I would like it, but it's now one of my favorites. The apple fritters are huge and a favorite as well. They open early am and close early. They sell out fast. I was informed that they bake fresh daily and once they sell out they don't make more for the day. Great selections and a must try!

Great donuts! I had the maple glazed donut. It was the last one in the case at the time I came around 10 am. I thought to myself this must be really good to be almost gone. It definitely was delicious. I love the look of the donut shop it's cutely decorated, spacious and clean. The lady who assisted me was friendly and the service was pretty fast.

I try to stop by at least twice a month and get a dozen assorted to take to work. Everyone I work with absolutely loves them. One of my coworkers says they are the best donuts he has ever had. I love the fact that you choose which filling you want in all of the filled ones. That way I can order them the way I like them and they are not soggy from the filling sitting in them. My absolute favorite is the strawberry topped with strawberry filling, it is wonderful. We also have tried the apple fritters and they are very good. Not only do they have good food but I also get the iced coffee with extra caramel and it is very good. Lastly they are so much bigger than other donuts. read more

Growing up in fountain valley CA , with my local donut shop that's been around before I was born (I'm a oldie but goodie) these donuts felt like home! My brother and I went here on national donut day and we were disappointed. There were two people in front of us standing in line and we waited for 10 minutes to just place our order. My brother asked for the s'mores donut that we saw online and on the menu inside of the place and a lady working there said that they don't make it anymore. They had 3 kinds of donuts on the rack. You could get a plain one and fill it with cream. We both filled our donuts and the cream was so warm. Cream shouldn't be warm!! You could tell that the staff there was not having a good day and some got irritated when we asked for other donuts there were on the menu but not in the case. read more

I LOVE this place! You cannot go wrong with any donut that you get. I have tried plain glazed, strawberry shortcake, and maple. You really cannot go wrong with any one you choose. I have not tried the jelly filled ones yet but I want to. I will say you have to get there early in the day because they tend to sell out of the best or the faves pretty early. They do have a wide selection and lots of the ones they do offer. They are reasonably priced and the coffee drinkers can get a cup to go along with that delicious donut. This is my go to place for donuts next to Duck Donuts. read more

First came across OMG when I ate at the nextdoor Mexican restaurant (great as well). The bakery was closed because they had sold out early! Immediately, I knew I had to come back and try it out. Today was the day. From the moment I walked in, the smell of fresh donuts was intoxicating. The selection was robust, but it wasn't until I selected a few cream filled donuts did I find something truly unique and remarkable. The jelly/cream filled donuts are empty! Keep reading... Empty, because you get to pick the filling they put inside!!! I ordered 2 chocolate covered with Bavarian cream, 1 strawberry shortcake with strawberry jelly, and an oreo with chocolate filling. There were others to choose from, but I needed a reason to convince the family that we missed a few and needed to go back really soon. I guess I should tell you about the taste... maybe the lightest and fluffiest donut I've ever eaten. Easily the best donut in Cabarrus County, if not all of North Carolina. read more

I'm a big donut fan and try new places pretty much any chance I get. I was in the area for work and bought some for the company I was visiting and got 4 for myself. As many have said, there is a big variety, but all donuts are raised style, no cake donuts. I generally prefer cake so I was a bit worried, but the ones I've tried are all really good. Apple fritters are one of my favorites and for me, they have one of the best I've ever tried. Crispy outside, soft inside with some bits of apple. Also tried the Boston creme filled, peanut butter cup, and salted caramel. I liked them all, but I probably wouldn't get the peanut butter cup again, only because it wasn't a combo I loved. I'll have to try more on my next trip to the area because there had to be at least 15 others I didn't have. read more

Best yeast donuts ive had in a looong time. The service was helpful and great. I love the fact that you can choose what filling you want and they fill it when you order. Went there right after they opened. Not impressed with the donuts. Very basic and nothing to go out of my way for. However, in all fairness I try not to judge based on one visit unless I'm very disappointed (or disgusted). I will try them again at some point. read more

The Dunkin Donuts line was really long at Great Wolf Lodge, so I looked for a donut shop that was close. This place had good reviews and it did not disappoint! You can add filling to any donut you want, or have them regular. The entire family really enjoyed every donut we got! Will be back on our next Great Wolf trip. read more

The menu is on the wall and they have the seasonal menu there as well. I got the brown sugar cinnamon latte, warmed. It was good but not super strong in flavor. A hint but not milky if that makes sense. I'd order jt again. And it's reasonably priced. A little over $6 for a 16. oz. THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR MILK SUBSTITUTES!!!! I love that concept and wish all places did the same.

If you're going to talk about customers, at least wait until they've left and do your job first. We walked away feeling unwelcome and won't be returning.

Loved it, my mind was set on a super sweet drink BUT this was not at all, was a perfect blend and balance. We got a side of crispy potatoes, weren't a fan of these, no flavor and not really that crispy. But by time we ate everything else the potatoes were an after thought. That be the only thing I wouldn't order again.

On the opposite wall of the counter, they have freezers with take-and-bake dinners in oven-safe containers. I think I even saw containers of clam sauce that you can add to your pasta dishes. There was a lot in there, and I wish I had spent more time looking through it, but I didn't want to keep the freezers open for too long. It would probably help to have them listed somewhere where we could read through it. I'm glad I found Leo's. Those cheese steak eggrolls were AMAZING!
