This is great pizza! They use high quality ingredients cooked at the right temperature in an authentic wood fire oven. The dough is made fresh and had a nice crispy crust. The rest of the dough was chewy and soft. It's the best I've had in the IE by a long shot. The owner was friendly and provided great service. The restaurant was clean and organized. The crust is absolutely spectacular, and the wood fired oven influence really shines here. We came here because we were craving a good margherita pizza, and in the IE there aren't many places that can serve good pizza or offer margherita pizza, yet this place served really great margherita pizza. One of us doesn't like tomatoes as much so we opted out of the cherry tomatoes on top, but it was still really good. The undercarriage was really well cooked, the sauce was well seasoned and wasn't at all salty or overly cooked. The cheese was satisfying and we couldn't keep ourselves from eating the whole pizza in one go. We definitely plan on coming back to try out the other food they have here. We enjoyed this small place, with great customer service. Dough was great in all pizzas. The supreme, Margherita, and BBQ chicken. I would like it in oven a little longer for a crispier crust. I bet they would do it without batting an eye if I ask next time. Supreme toppings were ok. Tasty but the toppings weren't special or plentiful. Margherita pizza was pretty good too. I would prefer the basil go on after cooking. Basil loses fragrance and flavor in oven. Whole Milk Cheese was fresh and delicious, but would also like a little more. I also didn't care for the tomato slices. I think the sauce was enough tomato. BBQ chick surprised me. It was great. Maybe a little more chicken. We also had wings. My son ordered BBQ instead Buffalo, so not my favorite, but the meat was juicy and cooked well. I would like to try the chicken sandwich. Next time. Coca Cola soda fountain is a plus. The garlic bread looked amazing after we saw it being made. Will definitely be getting that next time.
