Price per nigiri starting at $1.65 each. Rolls and sushi and other appetizers are also available at similar starting price. You order through the tablet so there is minimal interaction and service, in fact there was no one managing the floor when we went. I thought the seared salmon nigiri and smoked salmon nigiri were pretty good for the price. But could they improve the rice? Because it was mushy and tasted like Chinese rice, not Japanese rice. As you can see from my photo, we ordered an assortment of nigiri, a few rolls not pictured, hamachi Kama not pictured. Total was $80 including tax. This was enough to feed a party of four. There were some anime arts decorated on the wall - I believe this place got its name from the anime One Piece.

this is my ride or die sushi spot!! i literally have come here so many times loool the price is just unbeatable. sushi has become so expensive but i never have to worry about the price here. it's $1.95/nigiri and they're BIG. the seared salmon here is my absolute fav. my bf and i like to try something new every time we come and nothing has disappointed (given the price). i've introduced my friends, bf, and family to this place and everyone has loved it. note: depending on how busy it is, it can take awhile because this place is only run by 2 people (1 in the back and 1 lady serving). the lady is always very sweet :) also you order from an ipad which i think makes it more convenient

One Piece is such a hidden gem in the South Bay! We came on a Saturday afternoon and were seated right away. Ordering everything on an iPad was super convenient and made the experience seamless. We ordered a sashimi platter with everything from fatty tuna to fresh Santa Barbara uni, and every bite was delicious. My absolute favorite was the charcoal-grilled unagi, it was seriously incredible. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, and each piece melted in your mouth. The quality was amazing for the price, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our meal. Oh! If you're One Piece fans, there's decorations on the wall :D There are still so many dishes on the menu that I want to try, so we'll definitely be back!

Good sushi for the price and honestly a better way to eat a casual meal of sushi. I like the fact that you order from a touchscreen and that you don't have to order a full roll if you like rolls. The star of the show is the salmon. In my opinion, the chef cuts it thicker or wider than most sushi restaurants I've been to. Great variety and selection of items, and the waitress was very kind!

It's been so long since I've come back here and WOW...I don't think I'd go anywhere else anymore to get my sushi fix. Their concept is obviously "one piece" of nigiri at a time (or sashimi), but this is the perfect place to get a variety of bites! I love how reasonable their prices are, especially considering the high quality of their fish. Looks and tastes super fresh! They even open super late (3am!!!) so if you're ever craving sushi and sake, this is the place to go!

Food is ordered through individual tablets at each table instead of through the server. It's a bit frustrating because this means only one person can look at the menu at a time and you have to wait. The menu is a bit cluttered and disorganized, with some items hidden in folders with ambiguous name. This could be sorted if they had someone tech savvy to fix it. Something they can improve is wiping down the tablets between lunch and dinner. It was really grimey. The servings are not very large and the price reflects that. What's good is there is a unique variety of food not often seen at other Japanese restaurants, like the Okonomiyaki. We ordered a couple of items and they came out in waves. The wait wasn't long but it wasn't fast. The server is attentive despite relying on the tablet for orders and there are special menu deals for certain times. All in all, I would come here if you want a no frills, low interaction eating out experience.

$18 Unagi Rice Bowl it is HUGE. Two people can share, just order a few more sushi on the side, lunch for two can be less than $30 out the door! The lunch only Udon with all toppings added was also $18. You get so much more food than those "brand name" Udon places for the price. All items in this restaurant is value priced without cutting food quality, it is a bargain. This is my family's go-to sushi place.

Solid, cheap sushi place when you're just looking for a super casual night out. Parking is on the street and can get a little tough during peak times, but we found a spot easily on El Camino at 6:40PM. There a around 12-16 tables that can seat 4 people, and the dining environment reflects its pricing. You order on an iPad, and their menu is pretty big compared to the staff and kitchen size. The prices appear cheap, around $3-$5 for 4 rolls of sushi, but can add up quick (like kura sushi). I like how they give smaller sushi quantities so you can taste the entire menu and not get stuck with 1 or 2 rolls the entire night at other restaurants. The sushi rolls are on the smaller side so it's not really bang for your buck, just different tastes for your buds. All the rolls I ordered were solid, but there weren't any that made me go wow. Then again, none of the rolls made me go ew, so I stand by the fact that this is a solid sushi place when you don't want all the formalities or wait times that comes with others.

Visited around 5 PM and it was pretty empty. Ordering is done through a tablet with plenty of options -- nigiri, sashimi, rolls, and udon. We ordered about 35 items for roughly $50, which is a great deal for the amount of food, though the quality was hit or miss. The rice was very soft and mushy, lacking the usual sushi rice flavor, and some of the fish -- especially the squid -- tasted quite fishy. The cucumber maki was the highlight: simple and refreshing. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking for quantity on a budget, but I'd probably skip it next time.

The place is easy to find off of El Camino. The place is a great size for the space. The ordering system was easy and user friendly we just used the IPad at our table. As soon as we ordered the food came out shortly after to follow. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and how everything came out reasonably after each other. It seemed like there was only one person running the place and she did a great job! The udon was quite delicious with lots of flavor and the gyoza was pan fried to perfection. The rolls were pretty good nothing too exciting but for the price point it is pretty reasonable!

Great cute little restaurant! My friend introduced this place to us, we sat down and ordered all of our food through the ipad and came out in a timely manner. We ordered a bunch of different nigiris and enjoyed all of them - price is fairly cheap and worth it. Parking is on the street and there is a public parking lot as well.

Sashimi plate arrived with all the sashimi with selected.

First off, they are not open till 3AM. The owner said she's tried to fix it on Yelp but it still shows 3AM. Great little sushi restaurant. Friendly service. You order from the iPad connected to the wall. I love that you can order 1 piece of sushi and basically create your own "omakase." Aside from nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, you can also order donburi and udon dishes. Service was fast. We got our food timely. The pricing is great. I love the small portions. You can pretty much try everything you want because you're in control of what you order. We ordered a variety of sashimi, a beef udon and a beef over rice. Decent and tasty. No complaints. I'd love to come back again. The restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean.

    Natalie L.

Sushi quality here is surprisingly pretty good, and I love the concept of being able to order by the piece! It lets you try more options than if you were to just get one roll, though I do worry how much waste this produces lol. Service can be kind of spotty sometimes considering they're making all kinds of rolls one at a time in the back, but honestly, I don't mind because it helps me pace myself. This is definitely one of my go-to sushi spots in the Peninsula!

Ask the Community - One Piece Sushi

Are they really open that late on weekends? Is it the full menu or just limited items?

Limited items. Late night menu is only noodles and appetizers and some desserts.

    Does the restaurant take reservations?

    Do they have outdoor dining?

No, but they re-opened indoor dining. They have 5 tables inside for seating.

Is this place open for dine-in now?

They have re-opened for indoor dining for dinner time as of 02/22

    Are they open during lockdown?

    Yes for takeout.

    Is there food without fish?

They mainly serve sushi but they also have different types of udon, salads, different type of donburi and tofu dishes

Is there an AYcE option? And if so, what's the price?

As far as I know there is no AYCE option here. Since their sushi comes in smaller portions for a more affordable price, you can still eat lots of sushi for not a bad cost!

Words to my heart, you know. Despite being sold out on some of the items we wanted to try, we still really enjoyed what we did order. Portions were generous and not too pricy. That alone is a huge plus because we don't have a lot of places in the peninsula to pick up these items, especially compared to the city. The fish porridge was complete comfort. Texture was good and there was plenty of fish to go around. The pork noodles were deeply savory but the pops of pickled vegetables against the silky rice noodles also really hit the spot. The only dish that was a bit meh to me were the potstickers. The filling was a bit mushy and I'm not the biggest fan if the deep fried style. Pan fried is the king for me. Their hot and sour soup had way too much vinegar, and I couldn't finish it. No one was really impressed by any of their dishes, and no one wants to come back.

We ordered the tofu soup and oxtail soup. I honestly didn't enjoy the tofu soup much, it was heavily flavored with msg and it overpowered the gochugaru and lacking traditional flavor. It wasn't for me. On the opposite, the oxtail soup was pretty solid and we would order it again. The other letdown was the banchan, it was unfortunately very bland, especially the kimchi which was very under seasoned. Overall, not a bad spot to have a comforting meal but note the flavors might not be consistent with traditional flavors.

We stopped by K-Noodle on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to be seated right away…read more The space has a clean, modern Korean vibe -- bright lighting, cozy booths, and a welcoming atmosphere. Service was impressively fast without feeling rushed however the food took awhile to come out which was a bit too long. Here's what we tried: Beef Rib Noodle Soup - The standout dish of the meal. It came with two huge, tender ribs, and the meat literally slid off the bone. The broth was clear yet rich, full of flavor, and perfect for a comforting meal. Seaweed Rice with Spam - A simple but hearty side. The portion was big, with a thick slice of Spam on top of seasoned seaweed and fluffy rice. Great for sharing or for someone who wants a filling add-on. Jajangmyeon - Very generous serving size, and the noodles were nicely chewy. The sauce was on the lighter side -- still tasty, but I personally prefer a deeper, bolder black bean flavor. Overall, K-Noodle is a solid choice in Burlingame if you're craving a satisfying Korean noodle meal that is if you can wait. Affordable, fast, and that rib soup alone is worth coming back for! We'll definitely be returning to try more of the menu.
