The only concern here is the workers. Not so friendly and no help. One time I asked where I could find this particular item and I got ignored. I went to ask another person and he pointed me to someone else. So I gave up looking for the person to help me. But still, I gave 4 stars since I love this Korean supermarket.

I can't with the streets being janky and the insane amount of traffic on Spring Mountain. But I do on occasion battle the crazy to take care of business. Before H Mart opened I would go to the Asian Market at Spring Mountain and hate life. IYKYK, right? Spacious yes, but be ready to wait an eternity to check out. After the H Marts grand opening I took a walk on the wild side and entered with my own personal shopping cart. Simply put my review is this: it's way too small for everything they sell. Crowded aisles. Stock on the floor. Serious fire hazard. They need to address this safety hazard and act accordingly with their wares. While almost everything is korean they do carry items from other asian countries. The problem is if you don't have a translation app or read characters you have no idea what anything is. I had a hell of a time finding dark and light soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster & fish sauce. I finally found my 3 Crabs oyster sauce but the soy sauce...I gave up. Going back with pictures next time... Employees on the floor were not willing or able to help find items or answer questions. They DO have an amazing selection of ramyun & ramen. Their housewares are solid & inexpensive. I highly recommend the pink kitchen gloves and disposable korean washcloths!!! They have limited k-beauty items but an insane amount of ginseng products. The parking lot is a madhouse. If you have your own personal shopping cart like I do...use it! It's a shame their app doesn't allow for ordering with store pickup.

Walking in the market is huge and inviting. There are other small businesses located here as well as a couple of Asian dining options. Greenland is moderately sized but is overall not kept up very well. It just generally looks kind of dirty and dated inside. It's also extremely cramped with products and boxes in the aisles which makes it hard to get around with your cart. Having said that, they do have a very large selection of Korean products and some Japanese products as well. They have a meat area where you can get some pretty good marinated bulgogi and kalbi to grill at home. They also have a significant selection of fresh Korean side dishes as well. They have a section of small applies as well such as rice cookers. Just before you enter the supermarket area itself there is a small Korean food court. Staff are overall pretty variable from friendly and helpful to rather cold and stoic. Overall, this is a decent place for your Korean groceries. I just wish they would maintain the place better.

I didn't find it here, but I did find $150 worth of everything else. I know what you're thinking. They must be expensive. They're not. In fact, there were so many great deals, I just loaded up my cart. Did you see the big pretty box of teabags in the pics? $10. Wouldn't that make a great gift!? I gifted it to me with many more goodies. Gooseberry jam? Yep! Bulgarian noughats? Yep! Remember those Brach's white square candies with the multicolored jellies in them? They taste like that. $4 for a gift box. I got fresh made Baklava and met the chef- and it turns out we've met before. He makes his Baklava with creamy filling instead of honey. He said his wife prefers that because it's better for you. My husband likes it better because it's not as sweet. I got sausage, kabob meat, crepes, red cabbage, sauerkraut, spatzle, pickles, and so much more. I'm geeked! The store is small but mighty and the staff is warm and kind. For an Asian supermarket, I was surprised by the limited selection of fresh fruits and vegetables…read more The produce also appeared to be of questionable quality, so we decided not to purchase any. The dairy selection was equally disappointing. I specifically went in looking for an unsweetened milk option, but none of the major brands they carried had one available. Pricing was another letdown. A 24-pack of Nestlé water was priced at $8.99, while we purchased a 28-pack at Smith's for $4.99. There also doesn't appear to be a rewards or loyalty program, making the higher prices even harder to justify. The store layout was confusing and disorganized. It felt more like a swap meet than a grocery store, with missing or limited aisle signage that made it difficult to find what we were looking for. Finally, there was a small shop near the front of the store where an older employee was loudly talking with another employee, repeatedly using profanity throughout the conversation. I understood what they were saying, and part of the conversation involved making negative remarks about "foreigners". Whether it was intended as a joke or not, it was uncomfortable to hear while shopping and came across as very unprofessional, making the store feel far less welcoming. Will not be going back.

Some of the selections are quite authentic ... like chicken feet and deep fried little smelt fish or one dim selection that looked like white jello something. There other "normal" looking stuff too, like all the noodles and stir fries as well as I love the BBQ meats, like duck and BBQ pork and the deals they have on fried chicken! I got a bunch of food to go, and what we don't eat, I'm sure the guys on the crew will finish! I got some BBQ pork buns, BBQ pork spare ribs and fried chicken. I skipped the duck this time. All the food tasted wonderful as expected. The buns could have been warmer, but that's what a zap in the microwave is for at the hotel. We enjoyed the food and it was no hassle to get. Basically point and they get it for you, unless you speak Chinese!
