They have made mistakes and will not correct them. I would not recommend this location or bank if all the managers talk down to their customers. I went into the bank to cash my cashiers check and make some deposits May 28th. Flors Cashier cashed my cashiers check I then deposited the cash that was handed to me in ATM in side their facility into my savings! Come to find out today, They removed the cash my Savings and are claiming it's a hold, because the cashier should have held the cashiers check because it's new account (I opened this account 3 weeks prior) Back to the call...Flor then says That the cashier "messed up" and should have held the check. And I said no one called me you guys just make peoples money vanish then she said that it was Loss prevention that did that! She argued that there was no way to remove the hold and I said I will be closing my account and she said Ok! Her vocabulary is of a 3rd grader if that and she is very condescending when she talks to you! I was so pissed at this point I asked for her manager, she gave me a name Nina and I said ok can I have her number and she said she doesn't have a phone number and only she can email her. I asked again for the email. I got the email and hung up! I called back and spoke with another rep Brenda and she transferred me right over to Nina! Waiting on a call back.

I waisted 2 days with this company. After applying online with a 3rd party source I received a…read morephone call from Esmeralda asking about my inquiry. I told her I needed a loan, but in the last year I haven't been able to really pay my bills due to injury. I explained I am now getting in my feet and trying to fix things and need a loan until my settlement comes in. However; I have really bad credit at the moment. Instead of just letting me go, she proceeded to tell me that was why I had been sent to them and wanted to schedule an appointment. She told me all I needed was proof of income and a valid I.D. So I made an appointment with her and spent over 2 hours only to be told they needed more information to validate my income. I asked her if I had the individual, whom works for the government, write up a receipt/letter if that would work and she said it would. I went back the next day with the requested documents and spent another 2-3 hours only to be told they couldn't give me a loan because of my bad credit. Then as if to add insult to injury I found out a bit later that they did a hard inquiry on me. WTF!!! This obviously affected my credit and will for the next couple of years. What a huge waste of my time and left me in a worse spot then when I answered that phone call.
