Server She did not say her name. Ambiance It's an American diner. Food It's okay... The grilled chicken and eggs were okay.. the grilled chicken was kinda dry. The eggs look like they're from a box rather than fresh. The chicken fried chicken n eggs was ... well a mistake. She ordered chicken fried steak but got chicken. It was good but very very salty. The eggs were prepared wrong but corrected. Overall It was good. Service was slow, but the food was good. Military Yes. 5%

Breakfast, lunch and dinner: eggs, waffles, burgers, chicken fried everything, salads, etc. etc. Add bargain $7.99 dinner meal specials after 3 pm and you have Oneta Station Diner. Clean, plenty of parking, fast friendly small-town service. Cheese Burgers for my wife and I, with a big pile of crispy coated fries. The burgers are flame broiled beef patties, stacked with the necessary L,T,P,O & M, snuggled between fresh burger buns. Possibly the best burger on Highway 51, between BA and Coweta. A solid little diner. For a real bargain try $7.99 dinner specials.

Had to go back for lunch. I got the roast beef with gravy and the wife got a burger. All of it was as good as can be, as we the service. The fried mushrooms were on point!

Went for a quick "breakfast for dinner" at 7:45 pm Tuesday evening after a long day but was told at the door by a rather rude girl who was mopping that they "were closed" even though the front sign said they stay open until 8 pm. Doors WERE unlocked and all signs indicated they were open so why not allow someone in to order? Why be cleaning up to the extent of mopping at 15 minutes prior to the time you close unless you actually don't want business? Or maybe you just don't want to work? It wasn't like there was a sign on the door explaining anything had come up? The sad thing is, we eat at this place all the time and even introduce friends to it and usually enjoy the food but guess they don't appreciate their paying customers? #disappointed

Service was excellent, food was delicious, atmosphere is welcoming and chill. We will be back! Chicken fried steak and eggs was so good and perfectly seasoned! My family enjoyed our time here. Huge thank you to Emily for being a great waitress and extremely sweet. She is knowledgeable, provided quick service and is someone we will request in the future!

I was greeted and seated quickly. My drink order came right away and my order was taken. It didn't take long for my food to come up. The breakfast, pork chop and eggs, was good and hot. I would rate the food 4/5. BUT, my server was TERRIBLE. After she brought the food, she NEVER, not once, checked on me. After I finished eating, it was over 15 minutes before I got my ticket. RIDICULOUS! This is not the first time I've had bad service. I am done.

Best diner in the Coweta/Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. I ordered an omelette with hashbrowns. Absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend!

I tried the cinnamon roll and have mixed feelings. It tasted great, but the texture was a bit…read morechewy. It was served steaming with a steak knife on the side, which told me it had been microwaved to heat it up. A warm cinnamon roll is hard to beat, but one that has been overheated is a challenge to cut and chew (remember the steak knife?). I'd prefer to have it cold rather than too hot. Otherwise the service was good considering the restaurant was packed with a Sunday morning breakfast crowd.

I've lived 60 years less than 2 miles from 61st & Memorial. How I missed the Silver Skillet until…read morenow, I can't answer, but I'm sad that I've missed this place for so long. We went on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00, so we didn't expect it to be busy. There were a few people there but not a bunch. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and shown to a booth. Our waitress brought our menus and silverware right behind the hostess. She asked if we knew what we wanted to drink and I ordered Decaf Coffee. My wife deferred to later once she knew what she was going to eat. The coffee arrived a few minutes later and I placed my order for the Belgian Waffle, 2 eggs scrambled, Hash Browns, and 2 Sausage Links. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict and a side of biscuits and gravy and regular coffee. First before I forget, I am somewhat of a portly fellow. I carry about 70 pounds more than my doctor likes, and it's all right above my belt. Remember that the hostess put us in a booth, which usually is a challenge for me, because of my extra tire that I carry. But I was pleasantly surprised that this booth was spacious. It had plenty of room for us extra large folks without trying to move the table. The coffee, was good. Remember that I drink decaf coffee, so when I say it was good, thats saying a lot. I even asked the waitress if she had forgotten and brought me regular coffee and she assured me it was decaf. When the food arrived, I was so impressed by how good it looked, I forgot to take a photo, so the attached photo shows what was left when I was full. The waffle was the main thing I was after. I love waffles, and it's hard to find a good waffle. The menu claims they are Belgian Waffles, and I cannot disagree. They tasted like the Belgian Waffles I had in Paris, so I believe they are. The has browns normally don't rate a mention, but these hash browns were soft and not crunchy, and tasted like I expected hash browns to taste, from the first bite to the last. The eggs were scrambled well, which I would have preferred loose, but that's my fault for not specifying. I also ordered link sausage which was cooked as it should be. Next time I'll order bacon. The reason I avoided the bacon is that most places either burn it or leave it partially raw. Based on how the rest of my meal was cooked, I expect the bacon will be cooked right. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

We going every week for family dinner and have always had great experience. Tonight left me speechless and shocked. At the end of dinner we were just sitting and talking as usual and one of the waitresses motioned me over to where she and another were standing and proceeded to tell how much they enjoy me and one of the other people with me but the other person doesn't ever tip when he pays and if that continues none of the waitresses is gonna want to wait on our table. I was just dumbfounded that they had the audacity to tell me this to my face about my family. Who does that. I was so pissed off and couldn't even say anything. Right or wrong about tipping, it is not a requirement and threatening someone with service orcnot if don't tip can not be good for buisness. We have been coming to Apple barrel every week for 6 months since the day my mom passed away and it alway been comfort too us , but now i am just sad. I do not know these 2 grown women other than them waiting on us so I am not sure why they thought they could tell me this like we are friends and think they're would not be consequences. I have a feeling we are not the first people this has happened to. This is not ok and they picked the wrong person to feel comfortable enough to say this too. I hope the owner and manger reconsider who they hire to represent the restaurant the own/run. With the days of social media this could really hurt their business. Just because you bring my food to the table does not entitle you to a tip!!!
