    Teriyaki Chicken
    L.T. W.

I've been to many locations and this one has made the not good list. There was no reason for me to be waiting for 23 mins for my two meals. Even a customer who came in after me who ordered one meal got his in 5 mins. When my food was finally ready I didn't even get a 'sorry for the wait.' this too was the only time they have not cut my chicken, just odd that I get the same thing every time and all other locations cut my chicken but this location did not. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No napkins found in the lobby at all, you have to ask for them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

1:45pm on a Tuesday and no one was covering up front customer walk ins. After standing around waiting for help for 10 minutes I decided to go Next door to eat.

Ordered online 2 meat plate. Barely got any meat. Rude manager insisted I come to the store to get a new one, I asked if she could write my name down because I'm 9 months pregnant she said no. and said she didn't believe me. I showed up and she said she can "fix it this time" but it's doordashs problem. They wouldn't refund me either. She didn't give nice customer service at all. Probably spit in my food for all I know. Took like 20 mins to get one plate remade. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Barely anyone in the store.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Never going to this location again

Seafood mix w/bbq beef always fresh and delicious

This location is very good, Always super fresh and amazing. The cooks really bust a$$ back there and do a great job. Front could be a little more friendly and Ono but otherwise good :) FYI: When someone says no rice just mac that doesn't mean no vegetables.. idk why every time I say no rice all mac they want to not give me my veggies...unless someone says no veggies then they should get veggies lol. (Went to the 99th ave location and the food was terrible) Don't go there.

    Chicken plate

20 min wait and my chicken was undercooked and I was charged more for regular grilled chicken. cashier was also not very friendly.

More drink options: Coke products and Teas. Also noticed the self serve sauce options: Teriyaki Sauce, Siriacha, Soy Sauce etc...

This was my first visit to this location. I arrived in the late evening around 8:15pm. Upon walking in I felt like I entered a beach front space. This location really gave me a Hawaiian experience from the ceiling rope lights to the sandy looking floors and walls down to the vibrant seating and easy music playing in the background. Btw: The noise level is quite nice. Low to no chatter because everyone is enjoying their delicious food. Staff was favorable and helpful with my order and side requests. I ordered the Family Meal priced around $45 (feeds 4) which comes with three main menu entrees of your choice, rice balls, Mac n' cheese and cut veggies. My decision was Chicken Katsu x2 plus Chicken Teriyaki. I was able to substitute the Mac n' cheese for rice. I also ordered a few drinks 2 cans 1 large fountain option ($13). Food came out within 20 minutes and was just how I liked it- Hot! The chicken was moist, rice was sticky (as it should be) and veggies were perfectly steamed. Overall the food was delicious and I would recommend this place hands down. SIDE NOTE: Lemon wedges are available on request. Teriyaki sauce can be omitted and several sauces are available and located next the the fountain drinks; ei: customer friendly. Meaning: You pick the sauces up at your leisure. Siriacha, Soy Sauce, Teriyaki etc... Drink options are canned Hawaiian Sun Flavors: Pineapple orange, Lua Punch, Guava Nectar, Passion Orange, Strawberry Lilikowi, Strawberry Guava, Lilikowi Passion and Mango Orange. Bottled water is also on this list. Mountain Blue Powerade, Sprite, Hi-C and Coke products are also available by fountain as well as a few Gold Peak tea flavors such as Raspberry, Unsweetened, and Sweetened. Oh and let me not forget; this place also offers a coconut water served right out of a fresh coconut that you enjoy on the spot or can take home! Yum! TIPS: order ahead on the go, just scan the photo I took with your phone. Catering is also available for those looking to order for larger parties, gift cards are also an option for that special someone. I decided to snap some photos for anyone looking for a great place to chow down on in hopes that you would appreciate the priced Menu images. Enjoy ya'll and happy eating!

Cane here many times when I'm craving for Hawaiian meat. The location was always clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Service was quick, and the food was always decent quality. It has a nice favour. Everyone always enjoyed their food, and the portions are pretty good. The loo was quite retro and needed some picking up at time of arrival. Average soap, and no paper towels. But they do use that hand dryer device. The throne itself was slightly equal to that of a common house toilet. Overall decent experience and don't see why we wouldn't come back! Come on by for some Hawaiian meeeaatz! The Mac Salad not too shabby, and the Spam Musubi wasn't too bad.

    Spicy chicken

Decided to stop for lunch while running errands. I forgot how much I have missed Hawaiian BBQ. Spicy chicken is tended and delicious. Chicken was smothered in sauce. Cabbage gives everything a pop of freshness. Creamy mac salad helps cool everything down. My son ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Beef. It was just as good. Basically flame grilled teriyaki beef. Along with the cabbage, his had a couple pieces of broccoli. Both plates came with two scoops of white rice. Portions on protien were generous. If in a hurry you may want to order before heading out. It did take 18 minutes for our food to be prepared. There were only two people ahead of us. Food is hot and fresh, and I had time, so I did not mind the wait. If coming while on a break for work, time may not be on your side.

    Cabbage that rotten

I've order the short rib dinner.. since when didn't it cost 17.Bucks for just 3 pieces of short rib cabbage and rice... My pieces or meat were burnt and nasty.. and the services me some cabbage was and dark mark on it idm what the was could have been old I recommend not coming. Here

    Enchiladas not Hawaiian food

I'm extremely disappointed in the service, got a catered order and received it incomplete and I also got someone's lunch with it. Like as in an employees lunch they decided to heat up where other peoples food is prepared so I received some green sauce enchiladas. One no tried to reach out to to me and even if they would of I can't answer during a wedding ceremony, management has yet to contact me. Hopefully corporate does a better job to assist me with this matter

Aloha Plate (2) teriyaki chicken and bbq beef. Very delicious as usual.

We decided to try it today for Mother's Day and it was the worst decision ever. I placed my order on the app on Saturday afternoon, for pick up on Sunday at 4:15 PM. I got to the restaurant at exactly pick up time and there was almost a dozen people standing in the waiting area. I finally got up to the counter and gave the girl my name, and she turned around and looked at the table and then said we're working on that. I was very aware that it's a holiday and it was going to be very busy, so I walked in with patience because I knew that I would probably have to wait a little bit. The same couple of people stayed in the waiting area, but there were several that were coming in and out and picking up food as well. It was very confusing. One gal finally walked up and asked for an update on her order, and the girl behind the counter said that they had to fulfill all of their dine in orders first, and they were just now getting started on all of the go orders. I cut in and said, how is that fair to everybody who placed pick up orders for an exact time? Some of us have been waiting here for almost an hour. The girl looked at me and said that they were doing the best that they could, and it's like this every year. If it's like this every year, why aren't you changing and adapting to better suit the needs of the customers who are coming to provide business to you? If it's the same every year, clearly something is not working and there needs to be changed. The girl did not apologize, there was no manager out there to help her at the counter, or reassure the customers that their food was coming. There was zero communication. I finally got my food after about an hour of being there waiting. I was very close to canceling, but it ended up coming out. Mind you, I had a homemade cake in my trunk that was melting. When I finally got to my destination where my family was, we didn't have barbecue sauce, and all of the food was room temperature at best. What a terrible experience and a waste of $100.

This meal was a satisfying all-you-can-eat feast that balances quality meats, traditional Korean side dishes, and crowd-pleasing appetizers, topped by superior service from Jimmy. From the moment the food arrived, the presentation set the tone. The table was quickly filled with colorful banchan (Korean side dishes), including kimchi, cucumber salad, bean sprouts, pickled radish, fish cake, and potato salad. While these sides may seem simple, they play an important role in Korean BBQ, providing contrast to the rich grilled meats. The kimchi was fresh and vibrant, with a bright red color with plenty of spice and fermentation. The appetizers looked like a strong start to the meal. The japchae (glass noodles) were well-seasoned, offering a slightly sweet and savory flavor profile. The gyoza had a crisp golden exterior, suggesting a satisfying crunch before giving way to a savory filling. One standout appetizer was the corn cheese--a bubbling skillet of sweet corn and melted cheese that looked indulgent, comforting, and impossible to resist. The fried chicken also deserves mention; the crispy coating was perfectly golden and paired with a vibrant dipping sauce that added a sweet-spicy kick. The real star, however, was the barbecue itself. The platters of raw meat has excellent variety, with beautifully marbled cuts that promised flavor before they even hit the grill. Steak, in particular, was thick-cut and rich, tender and well-marbled. Once grilled, the meat developed an appealing caramelized exterior with just the right amount of char. There is something uniquely enjoyable about cooking your own food, sharing dishes, and pacing the meal at your own speed. The tabletop grill becomes the center of the dining experience, encouraging conversation and making the meal feel more like an event than simply dinner. The restaurant's atmosphere appears casual, clean, and focused on the food. The grill setup was well-integrated into the tables, and the overall dining area looked comfortable without unnecessary distractions. The emphasis remained where it should be: on the endless flow of food. For the price point shown on the menu, the value appears excellent. The combination of unlimited appetizers, numerous beef and pork options, seafood selections, and traditional Korean side dishes offers plenty of variety. Diners can sample multiple proteins and flavors without feeling restricted to a single entrée. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned Korean BBQ enthusiast, this is a meal worth gathering friends and family around the grill for.
