Parking: Kind of hard to turn in if you're coming from the West side. The lot is also small. It's located on the corner of Santa Anita and Garvey. Matcha coffee latte: It's not bad, I'd probably order it again. The drink was perfect without sugar adjustments. At first you taste the slight bitterness of matcha and then it finishes with the coffee. The drink's also pretty heavy. One thing I didn't like about it was the clumps of matcha in there. They probably needed to stir it a bit more before mixing it in. Mango refresher: total pass on this drink. It was super syrupy. Artificial stuff. It was sorta refreshing but it needs like half sugar or less. I'd probably return to try their fresh fruit drinks and milk teas. read more

This place is delish! It's a cute, little spot with a bunch of plants all around. My grandma lives in El Monte, so I make it a point to stop here when I'm in town. I usually order the jasmine milk tea, but today I ordered a non-caffeinated drink, the honeydew yogurt drink, & omg, it was so good! The honeydew milk tea is next on my list. I've been here twice so far and the 1st Time I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with pudding. Brown sugar taste is really strong and nice. Would highly recommend if you like brown sugar. The pudding was a little more firm than I'm used to but it was still good. Today I got a Caramel Sugar Stripe with pudding. It's not my favorite. It basically tastes like iced milk with barely any caramel flavor- not sweet. Maybe that's the point of this drink but I thought it would have a stronger caramel sugar flavor because it's in the name. I won't order it again. Place is very clean looking. My brother and I ordered the honewdew green milk tea and taro green milk tea with boba in regular sizes for their buy one get one 50% off milk tea deal. Interestingly their milk teas are non-dairy with exception of their Thai milk tea. The portion was great for a regular size. Just randomly stopped by to get some food around El Monte and saw this sweet spot. I ordered their fresh tiger milk and it is legit ! Their brown sugar is as expected and consistency was just right . Also, I ordered their fresh milk green tea that was suggested by the cashier. It exceeded my expectations because I can taste the tea leaves. Honeydew green milk tea was watered down and too tannic. Oolong milk tea..again too tannic. Milk tea with caramel...caramel stuck to bottom of cup and thus did not give drink flavor with each sip.
