This used to be my go to spot for Thai food but my last 3 visits have been very disappointing. I usually get the pad see ew, and my last visit it had zero flavor, it was like they completely forgot to add any sause. The time before that it was way over cooked, my chicken was very HARD. And the time before that the ingredients tasted "old". And my daughters favorite yellow curry is hit or miss sometimes too. I hope they can get their food back on a consistent good track. This place is a good spot for travelers who stays at airport hotel or nearby, they offer delivery thru postmate and few other apps. They are prompt with the orders and food is well cooked. Just the wait and service was slow. Now I just call in my order, arrive, pay and enjoy my Pad See Ew back at work. The foods fresh and tastes amazing, a little on the sweeter side but I prefer it! Plain and simple, this is the best Thai food in the Inland Empire. My family and I are here regularly. We eat in or take out. My in laws love it too. This is the next best thing compared to the Thai places 50 miles away in LA, including Thai Town with the Thai Elvis's. My favorites here are the usual dishes: red, green and yellow curry; pad see ew; tom yum soup; and so much more. I don't have anything more to say at this point. If you like Thai, and you're stuck in the IE just north of the cows, this is unusually good Thai food. read more

New Thai restaurant that cropped up in the same location as the old Hawaiian BBQ -- right next to the Thai Massage and in the same lot as Burger Town. We really liked their Tom Kuh Kai, fresh mushrooms, not canned, and kind of a spicy taste to it. We had their pad thai and a spicy basil chicken like the kind you would use for lettuce wraps. Both were great. The ambiance is somewhat poor, but it's a quiet place and just getting started, so no biggie. We actually like quiet places where there isn't a ton of action for our thai food. I was excited to try this place after reading Yelp reviews so I picked up the phone and placed a to-go order. When I arrived the restaurant was nearly full and my food was on the counter waiting for me. I was acknowledged briefly by a younger man and told if I was picking up an order I would have to wait for the other woman taking orders. After waiting quite a bit of time for her to take orders from half of the dining room, set up tables for new customers and deliver food she finally came to help me. When I added an ice tea to my order she asked the young man to help get it, apparently he was too busy putting napkins on an empty table to help. So instead the woman continued to multitask delivering orders, printing my receipt, and mixing my tea. When we finally tried the food at home we were more than a little disappointed. As previous reviewers said, the beef jerky is probably the best thing on the menu. It had good flavor but was a little tough, my problem not theirs as "jerky" is in the title. The pineapple fried rice and the chicken Thai satae were decent but we've definitely had better. The grilled beef with Thai hot sauce was sooo not worth the money. The beef was tough, dry, very veiny and mixed with the "hot sauce" not good at all. We are still on our search for a decent Thai joint in Rancho but will not be coming back to this one again. read more

First off, I love the chicken Larb here! Amazing, probably the best I've ever had...it pairs well with anything too. The place is small but close to where I live, work and go to school and food is typically quick. Now if you're expecting service with a smile...don't go here. You can sit wherever you like but with only 1 person as the greeter, the server, cashier and phone receptionist, you can't get a smile. Took her 10 mins to get our drink order (and there were only 4 people eating in the entire place). During a previous occasion I decided I no longer wanted to dine in therefore, I typically call and place a to go order - well that was a flop because she placed me on hold for 30 mins (I stayed on hold until I arrived there) just to find the phone on the counter face up and her chatting with another customer from there massage studio next door. When I told her she forgot about me, she said "oh see that's why I don't like to answer the phone!" No apology, no discount, no free dessert, nothing! Again, I love the Larb and typically the food is quick but, if you're hungry, this is not the place, portions are small and typically 1 person must order 2 plates (serving plates are tiny too btw). They should thank there customers and stars that they are the only Thai place near by cause there customer service or service in general is below par! The star is for the Larb. read more

This place has some of the best tasting Thai food I have eaten. The food is always fresh. The people are always very kind. Their prices are not the lowest but the quality is the best. The portions are also really good and they have excellent healthy options. I saw something very kind and it warmed my heart. Not only are they kind to their customers there was an act of kindness I witnessed that I cannot share because it might not be good for them if people were to know. I was not disappointed with my choice of the Yellow Curry w/chicken. Several other patrons of the restaurant were also making similar comments about how much they enjoyed this Thai restaurant. My server was very good and helped me make my decision quickly. She was also very attentive during my time there. I will definitely be back the next time I'm staying in the area. We ordered spicy for the soup and drunken noodles. They came out at the perfect heat. Full of flavor. The pad thai was delicious and tasted just like Thailand. I ordered take-out here a little while ago. The food was alright, but not really standout. My girlfriend and I had the fried rice with seafood, panang curry, and chicken satay skewers along with a Thai iced tea. The skewers and tea were excellent, but the rice and curry were only okay. The meats were a little overcooked and not very tender, though the curry itself was pretty good. This certainly isn't bad Thai food, and the prices are excellent but the food is only about average. I've certainly had better Thai food for around the same price. I would recommend trying Thai Family in Upland, they have significantly better quality food and a better variety in their menu choices. Also of note is that this restaurant advertises free delivery, but when I called requesting delivery they informed me that they could not deliver at all and I had to pick up the food. read more

This is the best Thai food I've ever had! It is very authentic. My boyfriend and I got the fried tofu, pad thai, and chow mein. All of it was delicious. We ate until we were stuffed and still had enough leftovers for two meals. Each dish is enough to feed two people. It was all very flavorful. It was 8:20pm when we got there, and even though they close at 9pm, they kept telling us that we could take our time and stay until we were finished. Love this place! Great service, free wifi, and mouth-watering food at fraction of the price!. I love how the big the portions are. The staff is really friendly, helpful, and attentive. They also provide free wifi for their customers. My favorite dishes are the fried wontons, pad see ew, and pad thai. Every time I go pick-up my order they provide refreshments, free of charge, whenever I have to wait for their chefs to finish my order(s). A few occasions they have messed up on my orders but that's fine because they always remake it fresh and correct when I let them know about their mistake. I ordered pad noodle with chicken to go and i found a green plastic thing in the noodle, chicken is very hard. Noodle looks like left overs from other customers then they combine noodle and stir fried it. I am not satisfy with my order. I would go back to complain, but i have a seminar to attend so no time. Yum Yum Yum - after three days of eating at mediocre Viet places (Pho this, Pho that) I switched to Thai and was not disappointed here. At first I saw the 'counter' and pictures of the food and feared another food court experience yet was pleasantly surprised. I had the beef salad and a fried rice/chicken/pepper dish and both were great. Asked for 8 stars and it was just enough to make your lips tingle, and not enough to make you sweat. Wish I would have gone here the last 3 days.... I've been back here 3 times since the first review and I'm still happy. Maybe not the most down home Thai, yet consistently good food and I've never had the same thing twice, good job ! read more

Cheap Thai at this center of nowhere place. I think the food is pretty good, especial for its price. I ordered on the phone,and it was ready in 15 min. I had the pad see ew and pad thai. flat noodle dish was pretty good and flavorful, but pad thai is still too dry for me. The tofu is really bad here, some deep fried frozen tofu, doesn't have much flavor and I did not even want to finish (normally I like tofu). So, avoid their tofu, and stick to the noodles read more
