Decided to try this place this morning and I don't even trust eating these things, 1) the place has an odor...not a smell but an odor 2) picked my dozen and didn't know that there was a $2 extra charge for the very old looking bacon donut and strawberry filled...total was $22 for a dozen. The best part of Ontario Donuts is their very friendly staff when you are there you feel welcomed and never rushed. They have a variety of donuts and baked goods and from my experience they all taste amazing. Now the only reason I didn't give them a five star is because there is one location in the area that does have them beat in the donuts and coffee department but as an isolated location without any comparisons they are some of the best. read more

Flies in their donut cases! I was excited about trying their fresh strawberry filled donuts but when I got there there were fruit flies in their cases landing from donut to donut. If you see in the picture there was one that was stuck in the creme. So gross! I walked right out. The atmosphere wasn't the best either. Go to miss donuts down the street instead. This business has great reviews for a reason. This was my first time trying this spot and I made such a remarkable choice. The workers are very friendly and greeted my daughter and I as we walked in. Right as we walked up to the donut case I noticed that there was such a wide variety of choices. Everything looked so yummy and they even gave my daughter a courtesy donut hole. I ended up ordering two chocolate glaze, one chocolate sprinkle, thai tea, and a orange juice and all of it was delicious! They also included a free donut and some free donut holes in my bag. Can't believe I drove by this place for the past three years without knowing it. The strawberry cream donut was delicious! I haven't tried other donuts yet since I had that and an apple fritter which was also very good. The line was long and it was packed. But they were very efficient. Have been going here for years - over 15 years. Recently there seems to have been a big jump in the price for a dozen mixed donuts - from 4.99 to 6.50. Quite a jump, and not sure quite worth it since there is a Yum Yum to the west and Krispy Kreme to the east at Ontario Mills. Good, but quite expensive. I will need to check around the area for a price comparison. read more
