What's up: Meeting up with a coworker to catch up and hang out with our doggos. We saw that this place had outdoor seating listed so we decided to meet up here. Parking: Located in the Arcadia Landmark plaza, there is plenty of parking spots available shared among the nearby businesses. Environment: There are two sets of lounge chairs situated outside as their outdoor seating area. Inside, there are several chairs and tables as well as a lounging area in the corner. Order can be placed at the counter or on the self order tablet. Menus are located overhead and the restrooms are down the short hallway on the left, in the back. We placed our order and the drinks came out pretty fast. We asked if we could sit inside with our doggos and were given the ok. They also had a doggie water bowl located near the door. What was ordered: - Taiwan Tie Kuan Yin Milk Tea (regular sweetness. There was more milk than tea flavor but still good) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Staff member was friendly and the environment was pretty comfortable. We did eventually try out the outdoor seating towards the end and the chairs were comfy. Credit cards and Apple Pay accepted.
After getting dinner next door, swinging by next door to get some boba seemed like a good idea for dessert. Luckily enough, there was only one other person in line so ordering drinks went by pretty fast. This location is perfect for visiting since there's plenty of space for parking in this plaza. The store overall is very welcoming and inviting with the decor. I ordered a peach jasmine milk tea with 100% ice and 100% sweetness with boba. The drinks came out fairly quickly and the service was excellent. If I lived in the area, I would definitely want to come back to try the other drinks on the menu like some of the matcha drinks and cheese yogurt. Overall, if you're in the area or visiting this place is great to check out for some quick boba!
Great little place to hang out and get a great tea. The shop is kinda unique with minimum service by provided self service machine. High quality drink, I strongly recommend the real fruit drink. Def high recommended for coffee/refreshing tea in the area
Nice boba shop that has some cash discounts. The interior is very open and clean. They have a large selection of drinks, no snacks though. The drinks were well made and quite satisfying. Fairly priced and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I wanted to try this place given how it's so close to where I live and it's been awhile since I've visited this plaza. It was a Friday night (roughly 7:30pm) and the store wasn't busy, there was one staff member who basically took our order and made everything herself! I wanted something creamy so the recommendations for fruity teas weren't on my mind. We ended up ordering the Taiwan Tiekuan Yin milk tea with boba and the Baked Brûlée milk tea (both half sweet). If you want boba or other toppings, it's extra. While waiting, the seating area and decor was decent and felt like you can relax. There's very low folding chairs outside with little tables, best if you can't get up from low ground to not sit on these. There's other different seating arrangements so it's like a mix of camping and living room style. The staff made our drinks before more customers entered and wow about 10 people started coming in and lined up. We stayed a bit to relax but decided to walk around the plaza with our drinks. The creme brûlée foam was surprising, I didn't see the staff torch anything but there's speckles of burnt parts on top. The cream looked thick and was smeared on the cup making the drink artistic. The drink under the foam was good, it was decently sweet and had a vanilla taste to the milk tea. Unfortunately, we didn't mix the foam with the drink well. Therefore, when we tried the foam on its own, it was salty! It was creamy and thick but had a salty taste which I had to add water to finish it. I think we need to mix it before hand to get a better homogenized flavor? I preferred the Taiwan milk tea with boba more, I'm glad I got half sweet and the boba was decent and chewy. It was refreshing and I enjoyed finishing it. There's also a restroom sign near the back, but we didn't stay long to use it.
Cute shop with adorable cups. Straightforward tea/boba shop with great hours. It's open early and late enough. Great place to study as there are outlets, music is not that loud and there's seating. Parking lot sucks on the weekend but during the week it's chill especially in the morning. I've met friends here before because it's easy enough. Is it the best tea ever? No but overall it's good enough all the way around and would recommend.
Pretty good tea spot in Arcadia. I was eating at a restaurant in the same plaza and decided to stop by here to grab a drink. We got a Aiyu Honey Lemon and upgraded to the jumbo size which came in a funny looking bucket. The drink was good, not that sweet though (we got 25% sweetness) and slightly bitter because of the limes. It tasted healthy and overall we enjoyed it.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon and place was empty. I've been on the hunt for avocado yogurt drink/cheese drink. The official online menu didn't have avocado drink but they had it written in chalk on the in-store menu as "oops avocado." First of all no greeting with a smile. When I asked the barista what is in "oops avocado" she looked at me deadpan and was like "umm..avocado...milk tea" as if I was an idiot for not already knowing. I said ok I'll take that since I wanted to try it. It turns out it is avocado yogurt drink! Anyway the drink was on point but the service was lacking. She went straight back to staring at her phone after she finished the drinks. Decor was cute though.
Oops, I accidentally stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised! All jokes side, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee is a calm and charming boba spot in Arcadia. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a modern and spacious setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a wide selection of different fruit tea, milk tea, and coffee drinks. Wifey and I stopped by after a long day of errands and opted to get the Taiwan Tie Guanyin Milk Tea and the Watermelon Peach Tea. Both drinks were very refreshing and were made in less than 10 minutes! Overall, we enjoyed the calm and welcoming ambiance of the shop. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Put this spot up next for your next boba run in the 626!
Great environment to do work and drink good boba. I tried try the mochi barley tea and adjusted the sweetness level to 25% which was perfect. Curious to try other specialities here as well since everything looked so good
Went with friends to try a new boba tea. Her little wanted a drink from another shop two doors down. When we entered, there was only one person running the shop. That did add to the wait time. Made a request for two drinks to have less sugar but, they seem to have full sugar. That is why it lost one star. It shot my blood sugar level high! We sat down and played a game on my phone while we waited for our little one to get their order from the other shop. This shop had a few spots to sit and chat. It was clean and well organized. We might try this again but, I will see if they will listen to make the drink as requested.
Their drinks are honestly good, but would say the experience is far from 5 stars. They do not provide ANY descriptions for their drinks, so you have no idea what toppings there are unless you ask. For example, their best selling Dirty Strawberry uses jelly and popping boba on top of the fresh strawberries. I personally think the combination goes well because of the combined textures, but if you dislike certain toppings, that can be annoying. For example, I also had their new Barley Mochi Milk Tea, and it contained small barley popping boba which I honestly really did not like, and I was annoyed that the cashier neglected to mention this when I asked her what was inside the drink before I ordered. The mochi was alright, mainly because it didn't have as much texture compared to the one I've had at Motto Tea. Both drinks had really chunky ice, to a point that it made it hard to get the toppings through the straw. The boba is too soft, so I'd rather go with their other toppings. I'd definitely go back because I really liked their Dirty Strawberry. It's not in my boba rotation based on how my first visit went, but that might change after I've tried more things on their menu.
This cute boba shop is located in a popular plaza. The interior has limited seating; as I walked in some girls were doing homework in the seats to my left and a group of senior gentlemen were sitting and sharing embellished stories of their youth to my right. Oh, and then there's "laptop guy" near the register. Only one woman was working and she was washing kitchen items in the sink. She turned to see me at the counter and turned back to continue washing. Fine, I was looking over the menu above the register and needed a moment to decide anyway. After two or three minutes she turned off the water, aggressively removed her rubber gloves and slapped them down into the sink and came to the counter without a word, clearly annoyed a customer had interrupted her chore. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. "Cash or card" were the only words spoken...until a couple minutes later when I heard "here" as my order was placed on the counter and she went back to washing. The drink itself was okay, not sweet at all. The boba was also okay but a little too chewy and several were stuck together so wouldn't come through the straw. While I really liked the ambience and was amused by the behavior of the worker, I wasn't impressed with the drink.

I have alot to say about this place but starting it off on a good note--ambience. It was super cute, menu was those chalk written ones but small. Their menu was a struggle to understand since they cramped it and so it had like some squished texts. Not only that, there wasn't any descriptions and when we showed our confusion, the woman working wasn't helpful at all. In fact, on the first day we came in on the 8th at night time, she was literally on her phone the whole time. Then after we ordered and everything, she told us they were out of boba. So we tried a nearby store In the same plaza, Bengong. and I am so grateful I did because it was literally the best drink I had. But I have to is store a second shot 2 days later on the 10th since I was in the area. Again, at night time was the same woman working. She was onc e again on her phone, and literally glued on it while we were ordering. Once again we ordered boba but she was like she had to check if there was any. I recall looking at my boyfriend dead in the eye, is she's serious right now. It is just her, how could she not know. Then when we got it, the boba was hard. You can clearly telll it was old. LOVED the ambiance in this place! The decor was cute and very welcoming! The girls at the register were also very nice. The iced matcha latte with rose is sooo delicious! 10/10 recommend! I didn't even notice the loose "flowers" in my drink until we'll after stirring it and finishing about 1/3 of it. But it was a lovely surprise! The store just recently opened during the pandemic. They currently still have their promotion buy one get one 50% off. The drinks are pretty good altho slightly on the pricier side. I've gotten their papaya milk multiple times. It's really good and there aren't any stores nearby that sell papaya milk so I come here. I've also tried the messy strawberry and then realized it's just milk with strawberries but at least they make with real strawberries. I've also gotten the matcha creme brulee but I couldn't tell the creme brulee part except for the drink looking partly yellow. Their iced matcha tea latte was good. Well considering I've come multiple times now guess you can say I'm a fan. They do have a stamp card rewards program. For those of you who also started coming when they first opened just a heads up they have since changed their stamp card. I collected 6 stamps but did not receive a free drink. They did honor the 6th drink part of their previous cards but they just took $4 off the drink I ordered and taxed me. A little disappointed about that but guess it's hard times. Opening a store in the midst of a pandemic must be hard so I'll give them that. Just warning ya'll if you hold one of their previous stamp cards. read more
This is probably the cleanest and most aesthetically decorated boba shop I have ever been to. It helps that the shop offers many innovated boba drinks to differentiate itself from other boba places. It's no wonder that this boba shop always has long lines. Besides the nice vibe and excellent service, Oops does provide very good boba drinks. First of all, their bobas pop in your mouth with different flavor jelly fillings. That's something new and attractive. The different flavors also garnered a lot of rave reviews. The mango and lychee fruit drink tasted fantastic. For people like me don't want to have too much sugar in my drinks, it seemed like this drink had just the right amount of sweetness. The strawberry and matcha boba drinks were equally good. The popping bobas made the drinks tasted extra delicious. During Christmas time, the shop put in some good efforts to decorate the shop to make it festive. I love the vibes here. Will be back for more drinks. read more

Among the many, many, many boba tea shops around, I would put this on my list to come back. There is some seatinf inside to hang out a bit. I wanted something refreshing and ended up choosing the orange grapefruit tea, regular sweet. I think it was just the right amount of sweetness for me, especially since I usually get thing less sweet. read more
A cute little boba shop that offers unique drink flavors and a good ambiance. The service was great and they do have non-dairy milk options for people who are lactose-- almond, oat, and rice. I ordered the tie guanyin milk tea with almond milk and it was very refreshing and delicious. My friend said her dirty strawberry was also up to par. I have heard from another friend that their coffee is not the best but id say they specialize more in the tea and boba area. Would come back when I'm in the mood for some boba and in the area. read more

Our Favorite : Oreo Brûlée Chocolate My boyfriend and I are stationed at Fort Irwin, CA which is about 2 hours and 30 minutes drive. And when we crave it we would literally drive all the way to Arcadia just to satisfy our cravings! I swear it's that good! read more
Cozy place, with indoor and outdoor seating as the sun sets. Very clean inside and staff prepared drinks with proper hygiene standards. Cashier help prepare my drink and washed her hands before going back to touch the computer. Highly recommend you stop by and grab a drink or two $0.50 to add boba to your coffee. The taste was a bit bland. They also took 20+ mins to make the drink. And to top it off.. we asked did no ice but they said they ran out of tea so they added ice... what the heck! We didn't went our tea to be watered down... and you could tell. They added water for sure cause it was too watery. The boba was so so... There are better options in the same plaza. Not really recomended But their seating is better. Music not too loud with plenty of seating (main reason why I have them 3 stars). read more

Delicious! I got an earl grey milk tea and my husband got taro, both with boba. The store itself is super cute with lots of seating options. There are two boba shops very close to each other in this strip mall but our group of 6 chose Oops based on the seating options! They have tons of flavors and I was really happy with my choice. I knocked off a star bc the wait was pretty long and the boba was a little too chewy in my opinion. read more

I came here about 35 minutes before closing time and no one is there. I got the strawberry yakult green tea and I usually get boba on my drink, but they ran out of it sadly. The drink itself was really good, but it is so sweet for me. I got 50% less sugar and it is still too sweet. Overall a decent boba place and next time they have boba when I come back. I have yet to try their milk tea drinks. read more

I wanted a milk tea with a brûlée drink so I went here. The crème brûlée milk tea was very tasty (I got 50% sweet like how I normally get my drinks). It's also made with nondairy creamer. The only critique I have is the boba was a bit on the harder side. The drink came out to be around $7.30. Thought that is on the higher side but I guess since it has the brûlée, boba, and is a large size (not sure if they had small sizes). Still, not something I'd pay for regularly. Overall would recommend. They seem to use quality ingredients. read more
My BFF found this spot on Yelp. We wanted to work at a place with seating, good drinks, and outlets. We came here on a Saturday morning right when it opened. I ordered a hot matcha latte with oat milk with an extra scoop of matcha and no sweetener. My BFF ordered the regular iced matcha. The cashier was a little rude, but the barista made my drink pretty good. He didn't say if the oat milk or extra scoop of matcha costed more or not. He was always mumbling so I couldn't hear him at all. I loved that my drink was strong. The wifi kept kicking me off, but it signed me back in automatically. Cute little place. I will be back here again when I want to catch up on some work. Large parking lot, but it was almost full when I got there. It's in the same plaza with various restaurants and stores. Spots are compact but I have a compact car so it didn't matter to me. read more

Taro Smash with Boba FTW!!! Post Lan Noodle dinner with Yelp Bestie Tora M., we headed a couple doors down to Oops Boba Tea & Coffee for dessert drinks. It's been a while since I've had a Boba drink and of course, the opportunity to write another review, I'm not gonna say no to either, lol! Parking: Plentiful parking in the plaza. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee is located in the same plaza and across from Tokyo Wako and a couple doors up from Lan Noodle, Thai Basil Cooking and Pho Ha restaurants. The shop itself is clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. They previously replaced Journey Coffee & Tea (and so, you'll still see some remnants of Journey Coffee & Tea here). The major difference here - only drinks are sold, but no food (maybe later on???). In between checking out their menu displayed on the window, Tora and I were also wondering the name of Oops and whether the girl mascots were Witches or wearing Sombreros, lol! To quote Yelp Buddy Albert H.: "It's definitely unique. It's Chinese name is actually "Witch" so some may imagine a witch brewing her drinks and "oops, comes up with magical brew." Aww, what a cute theory! Hoping, they'll concoct some fun and interesting drinks for Halloween??? Here's what we got: $5.75 Taro Smash with Boba ($0.50 extra) with 50% sugar sweetness. One size cup only, but it's pretty big with the adorable Oops Witch Girls on it and can be reusable too. I didn't keep mines, but I'll take it home with me next time when I come back to tryout their other drinks. The Taro Smash is aesthetically pleasing (love the purple color with white creamy swirls) and delicious tasting too! The Taro fragrance that the drink emitted smelled divine. Smooth, sweet and creamy with bits of Taro pieces as described by other Yelpers, who had also gotten this drink. The Boba was plentiful, soft and great for nibbling on (not gonna lie, I was kinda bummed that they didn't have a Yelp Check-in for a free topping or % off drinks). Nonetheless, I enjoyed my drink and highly recommend getting this one. Tora got a Tiramisu Ceylon Milk Tea with Boba that looked aesthetically pleasing too. She enjoyed her drink and you can read more about it when she posts hers. COVID-19 Safety Procedures: Both the female Staffers wore face masks and gloves. Hand sanitizers are available and six feet social distancing practiced. You can either drink inside, outside or take it to go. Service: Both the female Staffers were friendly and efficient. Once we ordered and paid for our drinks, it was quickly made and ready to drink within less than 10mins. In between, we took pics of the place and our drinks afterwards. We talked and hung out inside for the last hour and left about 10mins before their closing time at 8 p.m. (the ladies were cleaning up in between, but didn't rush us). Baked brûlée milk tea is one of the tastiest milk teas in existence. I would come here everyday just for this specific drink. Perfect amount of sweetness and it doesn't taste like a chunk of butter like other brûlée drinks I've tried before. My sister also loves their taro smash! I tried it and it had a delightful taste of taro but with a fun yet consistent texture. Recently, I've tried their peach passion fruit tea (I tried 50% sugar and it was still quite sweet!) and as tasty and refreshing as it was, it didn't steal my heart as much as the brûlée. read more

It was both savory and sweet and filled with so many delightful textures - fresh mango chunks, slushied base, chewy boba, creamy yogurt, and foamy cheese! This was quite a rich treat. I stopped by a few days ago when it was hot outside, the drinks were really refreshing! I'd recommend this place to friends :] Just fyi, this place is located in a very busy plaza (at least when I went) so parking might be a little bit of an issue. Otherwise, this spot is so nice. The interior is really lovely and well decorated. There was a pretty extensive menu and all the options sounded tasty. I got the osmanthus oolong milk tea (50% sweet + boba) for myself and a jumbo fruit tea for my grandpa. The both of us enjoyed the drinks a lot! The adjusted level of sweet was perfect and I'd like to come again to try something else on the menu! read more

A very lowkey place in a generally underrated plaza, i can tell the team here puts a lot of love and work in their drinks The space is super cute and drinks are all very unique. *go to the bottom for the TL;DR* Ordered a dirty strawberry with regular boba subbed for popping boba and my friends got messy milk and a regular dirty strawberry. the specialty menu items have no description, which is kind of annoying. It was on me for not asking what was in the drink. Based on pictures from other Yelpers, I thought the drink was a strawberry slush/frostie (Sunright or Omomo style). Once I saw the drink in person, I thought the drink was a strawberry milk tea with boba. It is actually a strawberry milk with fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, lychee jelly and lychee popping boba. Sounds great right? but not really. I wanted regular boba so I subbed that. The boba was a little too soft for my taste and one of my friends agreed it was overcooked. It is also NOT honey boba and very plain. The strawberries were fresh but sour and way too big to go up the straw (see picture). The syrup did not balance out the sourness of the strawberries. We are in the middle of strawberry season so maybe they need to find a better supplier. The drink is a large at most other boba shops but in my opinion, still not worth the 6$. My friend and I also both got diarrhea after our strawberry drinks and it was the only thing that we both had that day since we met up only for boba. (The friends who ordered the messy milks did not get the runs after their beverages and I ate with them prior to getting boba). This drink with the liquid portion blended might be great if the strawberries are sweet, fresh and clean. side note: The lychee jelly are very cute and star shaped (see the picture). The oops messy milk is basically a brown sugar milk tea. Warning for people who are lactose intolerant since this is made with fresh milk. It was WAYY too sweet for me. The brown sugar was so overpowering and again, since it was the same batch of boba, the boba was overcooked and bland. Again, not worth the 6$. I would rather go to hello boba and get the BOGO 50 brown sugar milk tea and get 2 drinks for 6$. The staff are also way too quiet and I couldn't hear my total when they asked me to pay. Same for the lady who ordered after my party. For a Saturday afternoon, there was plenty of parking but the lot does seem small for the number of eateries in the plaza. There was plenty of outlets so available so I imagine people would come to study or hang out post covid. TL; DR: The dirty strawberry is a strawberry milk drink with fresh strawberries, popping boba and lychee jelly. It gave my friend and I diarrhea. The messy milk tea is a brown sugar boba milk tea that is overly sweet with overcooked boba. Both drinks are very over priced. The staff need to turn their speaking volume up to 100 because they talk at 10. read more

Came here on a rainy day for some hot tea and found out avocado smash was on their menu so naturally, I went with that. I ordered it with 25% sweet and it's still a bit sweeter than what I'm used to but that's probably the brulee part. The decor was nice. There are tables and chairs where nerds can sit and study or do their homework while watching the cool kids hang out with their girlfriends on the couch and dream about the day when they make millions and date chicks 10x hotter. The drink was good. Like better than all the other avocado shakes I've had everywhere else good. I'll try other stuff next time, maybe. read more

I am normally not a boba drinker, but I enjoyed the Dirty Strawberry Milk a lot. They use real strawberries and also a berry jam. The drink has different textures from the popping boba and star jellies. It was overall a good drink, but I wish it had less ice. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I come here to study every week. The wifi, decor, and drinks are all very good for a cafe-study spot. I like that there are charging outlets under the seats. The music is pretty good if you are a Blackpink or K-pop fan. I always get the peach green tea with lychee jelly. Their lychee jelly is top-notch. read more

I don't normally get fruit drinks. I like my teas but the Oops Dirty Strawberry Milk that my husband ordered was SO GOOD. I liked it so much that I didn't even want my own drink anymore after a sip of his. If you love strawberry, you can't miss this drink. It was a party in my mouth with the organic milk, fresh strawberries, lychee jelly and popping boba. I was extremely surprised at how much I enjoyed it when I neither like lychee jelly nor boba, esp popping boba. But this drink was that good! Their cheese foam was also impressive, really salty and flavorful. I think my favorite so far from all the boba shops I've visited. As if you needed any other reasons to visit this shop but they are also: - A small business - Asian-owned - Women-owned This shop took over the former Journey location. It's super cute inside. I like the clean aesthetic and nice seating areas. We ordered over the phone, so the drinks were ready when we got there. Service was quick and friendly. A solid four stars-- I'm still holding out for when boba shops become more environmentally friendly, like compostable straws and selling reusable ones. Overall, I'm a fan. I recommend those place and will revisit soon! read more
