What's up: Meeting up with a coworker to catch up and hang out with our doggos. We saw that this place had outdoor seating listed so we decided to meet up here. Parking: Located in the Arcadia Landmark plaza, there is plenty of parking spots available shared among the nearby businesses. Environment: There are two sets of lounge chairs situated outside as their outdoor seating area. Inside, there are several chairs and tables as well as a lounging area in the corner. Order can be placed at the counter or on the self order tablet. Menus are located overhead and the restrooms are down the short hallway on the left, in the back. We placed our order and the drinks came out pretty fast. We asked if we could sit inside with our doggos and were given the ok. They also had a doggie water bowl located near the door. What was ordered: - Taiwan Tie Kuan Yin Milk Tea (regular sweetness. There was more milk than tea flavor but still good) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Staff member was friendly and the environment was pretty comfortable. We did eventually try out the outdoor seating towards the end and the chairs were comfy. Credit cards and Apple Pay accepted.
Great little place to hang out and get a great tea. The shop is kinda unique with minimum service by provided self service machine. High quality drink, I strongly recommend the real fruit drink. Def high recommended for coffee/refreshing tea in the area
Nice boba shop that has some cash discounts. The interior is very open and clean. They have a large selection of drinks, no snacks though. The drinks were well made and quite satisfying. Fairly priced and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I wanted to try this place given how it's so close to where I live and it's been awhile since I've visited this plaza. It was a Friday night (roughly 7:30pm) and the store wasn't busy, there was one staff member who basically took our order and made everything herself! I wanted something creamy so the recommendations for fruity teas weren't on my mind. We ended up ordering the Taiwan Tiekuan Yin milk tea with boba and the Baked Brûlée milk tea (both half sweet). If you want boba or other toppings, it's extra. While waiting, the seating area and decor was decent and felt like you can relax. There's very low folding chairs outside with little tables, best if you can't get up from low ground to not sit on these. There's other different seating arrangements so it's like a mix of camping and living room style. The staff made our drinks before more customers entered and wow about 10 people started coming in and lined up. We stayed a bit to relax but decided to walk around the plaza with our drinks. The creme brûlée foam was surprising, I didn't see the staff torch anything but there's speckles of burnt parts on top. The cream looked thick and was smeared on the cup making the drink artistic. The drink under the foam was good, it was decently sweet and had a vanilla taste to the milk tea. Unfortunately, we didn't mix the foam with the drink well. Therefore, when we tried the foam on its own, it was salty! It was creamy and thick but had a salty taste which I had to add water to finish it. I think we need to mix it before hand to get a better homogenized flavor? I preferred the Taiwan milk tea with boba more, I'm glad I got half sweet and the boba was decent and chewy. It was refreshing and I enjoyed finishing it. There's also a restroom sign near the back, but we didn't stay long to use it.
Cute shop with adorable cups. Straightforward tea/boba shop with great hours. It's open early and late enough. Great place to study as there are outlets, music is not that loud and there's seating. Parking lot sucks on the weekend but during the week it's chill especially in the morning. I've met friends here before because it's easy enough. Is it the best tea ever? No but overall it's good enough all the way around and would recommend.
Pretty good tea spot in Arcadia. I was eating at a restaurant in the same plaza and decided to stop by here to grab a drink. We got a Aiyu Honey Lemon and upgraded to the jumbo size which came in a funny looking bucket. The drink was good, not that sweet though (we got 25% sweetness) and slightly bitter because of the limes. It tasted healthy and overall we enjoyed it.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon and place was empty. I've been on the hunt for avocado yogurt drink/cheese drink. The official online menu didn't have avocado drink but they had it written in chalk on the in-store menu as "oops avocado." First of all no greeting with a smile. When I asked the barista what is in "oops avocado" she looked at me deadpan and was like "umm..avocado...milk tea" as if I was an idiot for not already knowing. I said ok I'll take that since I wanted to try it. It turns out it is avocado yogurt drink! Anyway the drink was on point but the service was lacking. She went straight back to staring at her phone after she finished the drinks. Decor was cute though.
Oops, I accidentally stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised! All jokes side, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee is a calm and charming boba spot in Arcadia. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a modern and spacious setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a wide selection of different fruit tea, milk tea, and coffee drinks. Wifey and I stopped by after a long day of errands and opted to get the Taiwan Tie Guanyin Milk Tea and the Watermelon Peach Tea. Both drinks were very refreshing and were made in less than 10 minutes! Overall, we enjoyed the calm and welcoming ambiance of the shop. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Put this spot up next for your next boba run in the 626!
Great environment to do work and drink good boba. I tried try the mochi barley tea and adjusted the sweetness level to 25% which was perfect. Curious to try other specialities here as well since everything looked so good
Went with friends to try a new boba tea. Her little wanted a drink from another shop two doors down. When we entered, there was only one person running the shop. That did add to the wait time. Made a request for two drinks to have less sugar but, they seem to have full sugar. That is why it lost one star. It shot my blood sugar level high! We sat down and played a game on my phone while we waited for our little one to get their order from the other shop. This shop had a few spots to sit and chat. It was clean and well organized. We might try this again but, I will see if they will listen to make the drink as requested.
Their drinks are honestly good, but would say the experience is far from 5 stars. They do not provide ANY descriptions for their drinks, so you have no idea what toppings there are unless you ask. For example, their best selling Dirty Strawberry uses jelly and popping boba on top of the fresh strawberries. I personally think the combination goes well because of the combined textures, but if you dislike certain toppings, that can be annoying. For example, I also had their new Barley Mochi Milk Tea, and it contained small barley popping boba which I honestly really did not like, and I was annoyed that the cashier neglected to mention this when I asked her what was inside the drink before I ordered. The mochi was alright, mainly because it didn't have as much texture compared to the one I've had at Motto Tea. Both drinks had really chunky ice, to a point that it made it hard to get the toppings through the straw. The boba is too soft, so I'd rather go with their other toppings. I'd definitely go back because I really liked their Dirty Strawberry. It's not in my boba rotation based on how my first visit went, but that might change after I've tried more things on their menu.
Very cute, comfy seating, nice workers and great drinks! We always get the Thai Milk tea, and it is our absolute favorite. It is the perfect amount of sweetness!
This cute boba shop is located in a popular plaza. The interior has limited seating; as I walked in some girls were doing homework in the seats to my left and a group of senior gentlemen were sitting and sharing embellished stories of their youth to my right. Oh, and then there's "laptop guy" near the register. Only one woman was working and she was washing kitchen items in the sink. She turned to see me at the counter and turned back to continue washing. Fine, I was looking over the menu above the register and needed a moment to decide anyway. After two or three minutes she turned off the water, aggressively removed her rubber gloves and slapped them down into the sink and came to the counter without a word, clearly annoyed a customer had interrupted her chore. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. "Cash or card" were the only words spoken...until a couple minutes later when I heard "here" as my order was placed on the counter and she went back to washing. The drink itself was okay, not sweet at all. The boba was also okay but a little too chewy and several were stuck together so wouldn't come through the straw. While I really liked the ambience and was amused by the behavior of the worker, I wasn't impressed with the drink.

I overall had a pleasant first visit to 'Oops Boba Tea & Coffee,' but just like the location, since it's Arcadia, I suppose their prices were higher than that of 'Ding Tea,' West Covina. I wanted to support this biz was due to reading fellow Elite from Pasadena, CA., 'Sam B's review. I had my eyes on their 'Tiramisu Ceylon Milk Tea,' with regular boba, regular size except my drink (turned) out to be a whopping $7 something. Ill admit it was a super tasty drink but having bought it so late I'm still enjoying it with my dinner which made the drink a great deal. Inside the cafe was definitely super cute and fully decorated for the Holidays/2022. I understand a drink being at $7 was due to location being in the upscale city of Arcadia, CA., but I may just stick to my other favorite instead. I will have to perhaps try another drink at an earlier lunch hour. I'll likely update my review upon second visit but for now, it's a 4-star venue. read more

Stopped by yesterday for some amazing drinks where they also have such a cute aesthetic! I got something different than my typical jasmine milk tea, and tried their Crème Brûlée Boba Milk tea and their Taro Slush. I'm absolutely obsessed with the creme brûlée top which reminded me of salty cheese foam which perfectly balanced out with the sweetness of the drink that I got at a 75% sugar level. The taro slush also had a strong taro flavor which was very refreshing. They have such a wide variety of delicious drinks, so there will definitely be something that catches your eye! read more
So happy I stumbled upon this little gem! Located in a fairly busy plaza, Oops is a fantastic little boba shop. Very spacious interior with plenty of seating and some outdoor seating. The staff was also very nice and answered all my questions with a smile. They are the only shop I have seen that has papaya milk. It was to see them use fresh papaya to blend and the cheese is included! So delicious and refreshing and reminded me of my trips to Taiwan. Definitely excited to try out their other items! Of course it won't be any time soon cus I'm obsessed with their papaya milk!!!! read more

Time of day good for: Afternoon/evening Wait time: Online order, but drink was ready when arriving (10-15 minutes after placing order) so the wait time is definitely lower than that. Service: Good What was ordered: Dirty Strawberry Milk (comes with strawberry popping boba and strawberry puree); 80% sweetness (still was very sweet, I think 50% would be fine as well). My new favorite boba shop in Arcadia! My husband and I love the Oreo matcha brûlée, it's the perfect treat with a mix of perfectly creamy and sweet. Also recommend their Passion fruit tea with peach bits. Staff is super nice and helpful Super cute cafe with lovely decor! I love the ambiance here Parking: same plaza as Capital Seafood restaurant, located near the Pho restaurant side. Ample parking. read more

Came here with a couple friends after getting pho next door and loved the cute aesthetic interior. This cafe would be such a nice place to study/catch up with friends after the pandemic is over. I opted for the classic jasmine milk tea with boba and less sugar. I thought the milk tea was refreshing with a mild tea flavor; however, the boba was a bit too soft and flavorless for my liking. I usually like my boba with a bit of bite and coated with brown sugar or honey. Unfortunately the boba here wasn't as satisfying to chew on compared to boba at other 626 tea shops. Overall the drink I ordered was good but nothing special, though the cup was very nice. I think their specialty is that they have so many unique drink options so maybe I just ordered the wrong drink. I'll definitely have to try their one-of-a-kind specialties next time. read more
A super cute little gem! We didn't have room for dessert at dimsum, but by the time we left I had a hankering for boba. My friend's car happened to be parked close to here, so I decided to go in. The inside is super homey and clean. I'm glad the menu isn't overwhelming. I think my friend got the matcha. I decided to get the crème brûlée with boba and red bean. My order was a whole experience. It was so rich, I couldn't finish everything in one go. The red bean at the bottom was my favorite part. I actually prefer red bean over boba. Even the cup was cute. I have been wanting to try this place in such a a long time so I was very disappointed with my experience. First off very cute place to hangout. There is a good amount of seating and tables to do work or just read. I feel the staff was not as friendly and did not guide me on what drink I wanted. I had a few questions about the menu option and even though they weren't busy the staff was not helpful. If you do come here do your research about the menu beforehand since it's a little overwhelming. I wish I went through the yelp pictures to see what type of drink I wanted. My drink did take a while to make as well. I waited over 10 min for my drink. I ordered a lavender milk tea which shouldn't have taken so long to make. Couldn't adjust the sweetness level of my drink. read more
What a cute please!! We got their Dirty Strawberry, which was delicious and not too sweet. The Baked Brulee Milk Tea just tasted like any regular milk tea but has tiny sugar chunks in it which was good but I was hoping it'll taste somewhat like creme brulee. I am someone that gets 100% sweet most of the time, but places like Half&Half is way too sweet for me. But this place even with 100% sweetness isn't that sweet. Also, I looove their cups. 5 stars for bravery to open during an epidemic!! 3 months ago they took over this infill space in the plaza better known for Tokyo Wako, Capital Seafood, and Pho Ha. These are all end-cap and stand alone pads so they definitely get most of the traffic. So it's easy to overlook this cafe hidden behind these better known establishments. However the way they are rolling out tasty drinks people are finding out about this gem in a hurry. Both times I went I had to wait in line which was never the case before. For someone like me who is usually indecisive they have a board highlighting their popular items. So I ordered their popular cream brûlée avocado smash the first time and had their matcha messy milk (I like my drinks messy) the second time around. Both times I was very satisfied with the experience. Must say I had couple comments from my Yelp buddies about its name: Oops. It's definitely unique. It's Chinese name is actually "Witch" so some may imagine a witch brewing her drinks and "oops, comes up with magical brew." Hopefully these drinks have turned me from a toad to a charming prince. Very tasty and cute little Boba tea shop. I like the menu and the versatility to vary the sweetness and sugar % since no one wants to get diabetes. These shops are becoming so commercially popular though it's going to be very difficult to distinguish one shop over another unless the experience is something very special or unique. read more
The White Peach Oolong Milk Tea blew my mind o__o! It was so unbelievably delicious that I finished it crazy fast and then was sad that there was no more left. Service is quick. Pricer side for boba, but I enjoyed myself. It reminded me of omomo or sunright boba so that's good in my book. Take advantage of their big one, get one 50% off deal. I personally would get my drinks adjusted a tad less sweet. read more
They currently have a BOGO 50% offer ! Cute, aesthetically pleasing cafe tucked inside a bustling plaza. The fat lazy cat light sign was what caught my attention. I'm sure if it wasn't the pandemic, this would be a great place to study since at the side there's some neat foldable single person tables. I really liked the dry flowers that they had as well. We got the: 1) Oops Oreo Brulee Matcha: -It is what it is! Matcha and Oreo with the sweet taste of the brulee. -I've seen this at other boba places and Oops measures up. -Not too chunky and not too watery. The matcha wasn't too bitter either. Perfect balance of flavors. 2) Baked Brulee Milk tea: -This is the best brulee milk tea that I've had at a boba place. -Most other places only brulee the top layer, but the brulee was torched for quite awhile (saw with my own eyes) and was at least an inch into my drink. -The milk tea itself wasn't overly sweet either, so sipping it and getting some of the creme brulee was absolutely delicious. -My bro said he wish he got my drink lmao. 3) Oops Dirty Strawberry Milk: -Not bad, not made from powder, it's fresh strawberry (not the jam kind, so I'm glad) -Not too sweet, perfect for those who don't want something caffeinated. -Simple and yummy I wish I was offered the stamp card or knew about it because I'd definitely come back. Gone back after the initial soft opening stage and definitely will keep coming back! They've definitely improved more on the safety end and drinks are so good. They have lots of choices to choose from. So far my favorites are the Tie Guan Kin Milk Tea and the Oops Matcha. read more
After seeing so many Yelp friends giving this boba shop high ratings, I finally got to check it out. Special thanks to my lovely Boba Sis Pamela L. who highly recommended this spot. Oops Boba is located in a busy plaza with lots of eateries and another competitor boba joint. We arrived here a little before noon and there was no wait. The interior is bright and super cute. I browsed through their menu and the girl at the front counter was very helpful and pleasant. It was a warm day so I wanted to have a fruity and refreshing drink. I ordered the Dirty Strawberry Milk with almond milk. The fresh strawberry chunks along with the strawberry poppin' boba and jelly were the perfect blend. I really like that this drink was all natural and not too sweet. My husband ordered the Mango & Passionfruit Tea which was also good. You can taste the tea flavors and there are mango bits with every sip. There are so many drink options on the menu that I can't wait to come back to try. I'm eyeing the Oops Matcha Special already! I do like that they allow adjustments including milk substitutes - soy, almond, and oat milk. These are quality boba drinks at very reasonable prices. I would frequent this boba shop if they were closer to OC. read more
Another find due to the Yelp community! I also noticed that they have BOGO 50% off so I definitely ordered to my heart's desire. I didn't want to wait inside the boba store so I called ahead and ordered. The lady who picked up was really nice and described a lot of the drinks for me which was really helpful! I ended up ordering the Dirty Strawberry and the Oreo Brulee Matcha Milk Tea. I think my biggest mistake was ordering 50% sugar and light ice because everything tasted watered down and strangely thin, almost if I were just drinking water with a hint of flavoring in it. I have to say I was super disappointed with the Oreo Brulee and considered just tossing it BUT I'm all about no waste. It tasted basically like water with some oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. I didn't get any of the matcha flavoring and the consistency was really thin and, like I mentioned, like water. I did, again, order it light ice so it may be better with just the regular amount of ice. The Dirty Strawberry was a whole lot better. I loved the star lychee jelly in it--it looked super cute--but overall, the drink was on the lighter side so I would go with 80% sugar. It also has popping boba in it so definitely switch it out for just regular boba if you're not a fan, but I get that they were trying to go for the whole pink and white aesthetic. Overall, the drinks were okay. The aesthetic is really nice which is probably what people care about these days; I also really like their logo. I think I would try other drinks during this BOGO 50% special, but otherwise the drinks are slightly pricey and not worth it in my opinion. read more

Oops...I did it again, I hit up another boba spot on my SoCal visit. This space was formerly called, Journey Coffee & Tea. Oops is a welcome replacement with a yummy drink menu. I had my eye on the Messy Dirty Strawberry for the longest time. I was excited for this drink as it is one of their Top 6. Spoke to the cashier for a bit and she highly recommended it. As I took my first few sips, I was loving it. Perfectly sweet and since I love strawberries (I eat them everyday), the combo of the milk and strawberries made for a light creamy sensation in my mouth. And the surprise, it had fun sweet strawberry popping bobas. Service: the girl answered all my boba questions with a smile. Stay tune for my other Oops review at their other location in Temple City. And OMG...BenGong's Tea is a hop, skip next door to this place. There's always room for another boba drink. read more

Say Oops! upside your Head! Say Oops upside your Head! After that first sip that's probably what Charlie Wilson of the Gap Bands reaction and inspiration to write a track would be if he enjoyed boba drinks. So now that this former bubble tea place has been how can I say, revamped and refreshed its coming hard with a new fresh menu that will definitely make you smack your own noggin! If you know me my by now I'm going with the favs and no guessing games for me. I ordered the dirty strawberry and the avocado brûlée smash. Let's start with the avocado drink that blew me away with the taste and flavor plus the bits of green goodness you get throughout every sip of the way. It definitely delivered in every way and was ready for that dirt strawberry! Now I'm not a big fan of fruity drinks but this right here had the balance I wasn't expecting and plus as an added bonus it had popping boba which made this drink really fun. Two definite winners that are worthy of the top specialty drinks. The atmosphere is chill and the decor is, well super cute if you don't mind me saying. I came on a Sunday morning for a quick drink to go. Ive been here once before- got a macha Oreo brulee before, which was subpar. I tried this place again, since it's directly on the way. Got the Oops Matcha- it was very poorly made. The powder wasn't fully dissolved and I got sizable powder chunks every two sips. They were large enough where I initially thought it was poorly made bobas. And a layer of undissolved powders lined the bottom of the cup. Considering the chunks were found throughout the drink, i barely had a few sips before trashing. Other drinks might be good, but the two I had so far were undrinkable. read more
This place is where Journey Coffee&Tea used to be. The sign is still there for "Journey" if you are searching for this boba shop in the plaza. Parking was easy to find, located right in front to the boba shop. I saw on yelp that they had a BOGO 1/2 off offer, so my family & I decided to check this place out. It was super convenient calling in to order. They were very friendly and nice taking the order, and unlike other places, it was easy to hear them on the phone. Here is a summary of what we ordered: Fresh Peach Passion Fruit Tea (half sugar) - we ordered this for my mom and even though we asked for half sugar, it definitely tasted like full on sugar..the syrup at the bottom wasn't fully mixed into the drink, so the tea couldn't be tasted at all. If you're a half sugar person, make sure to ask for very very little sugar or else it will come out very sweet! Oops Brûlée Avocado Smash - this drink was very very good. Even though it was still a bit on the sweet side, it was very delicious. I think the brûlée part made it a little sweet but I also think that's what made this drink special and different from other avocado smoothies I've had in the past. Next time I come back, I will definitely order this again & make sure to ask for less than half sugar to fully enjoy my drink :) Oops Taro Smash - this drink tasted like they used real taro (which is why my brother did not like it lol), if you're a fan of real taro and not powdered taro, get this drink! I think out of the 3 drinks we got, this was the least sugary drink. So these are the drinks we got on this trip. We originally wanted the Oops Thai Tea and the Jumbo Fruit Tea, but they didn't have it at the time :( - - ((note: this was an order about 2 hours after opening)) A bonus experience we had was even though their credit card machine was down, the owner (or who I assume was the owner) gave us the option to pay with Venmo! It felt an extra personal, but on the positive end. Overall, I will definitely come back for another visit to try the two drinks I missed out on this trip. read more

I have alot to say about this place but starting it off on a good note--ambience. It was super cute, menu was those chalk written ones but small. Their menu was a struggle to understand since they cramped it and so it had like some squished texts. Not only that, there wasn't any descriptions and when we showed our confusion, the woman working wasn't helpful at all. In fact, on the first day we came in on the 8th at night time, she was literally on her phone the whole time. Then after we ordered and everything, she told us they were out of boba. So we tried a nearby store In the same plaza, Bengong. and I am so grateful I did because it was literally the best drink I had.
