Had an issue with my clutch after picking up my bike, they changed it back no charge and explained to me in detail further ways to address my situation. The service manager was very friendly and accommodating, Micheal (another service guy) was also very kind and gave me some advice, the technician was very patient and answered all my questions, and while I was waiting a staff member got me a fork to eat some food I brought in. WOW! I have never seen such a poorly run HD place like this one. Zero customer service , sales are clueless on how to treat a customer or potential customer. They will sell you a bike with an extended warranty but here's the kicker can't leave with your purchase that day. The excuse was that they had to do a service check. 5 days later and numerous unreturned phone calls they admit the bike cannot be sold with the extended warranty. SHADY SHADY SHADY ! They worked with me on that issue, so I offered a down payment and the financing started looking good. I am happy to now own the bike that has all my desired features. Careful when you go to buy, they tried to sell me a used road glide special for 32k which is the same price as a brand new blacked out Road Glide ST in Temecula, CA . They thought i didnt know what I was tking about based off my appearance. Definitely not somewhere I recommend going to if you dont know anything about motorcycles and if youre a new rider. I'm assuming they thought I was a new rider or cause I dont look like a typical Harley rider that I would go for their ridiculous pricing and then after they offered me 26k for the bike but I didnt even indulge cause if you try upselling me then I know I cant be happy with my purchase because who knows what the true value and quality of any of their bikes are. read more

OC Harley was great, First off Cindy and her manager negotiated everything over the phone with me because i live in San Diego (unlike most dealerships who give you the "come on down and lets talk" bullshit after I tell them I'm over 100 miles away.). They got me the price I wanted under MSRP for a 2022 model, Christian unloaded both of my trade ins in the rain, then loaded my 2022, and then unloaded it in the rain when I changed my mind at the last second because I ended up buying a different bike, then Cindy, my sales person bought me some really nice Harley tie downs because mine were not up to the task, and had Christian load the new bike up in the rain all while I went and signed all the docs. Very poor customer service from the parts department. I came into the dealership for a head gasket on my 94 sportster and after showing the parts rep my old part and pointing to it on their computer I had the part ordered. I was then told that even though one of their computers said they had it in stock my parts rep didn't think they "actually" had it. 4 days later I get a call saying the part ordered had been superseded and that they had failed to order it and would call me back when they had found the right part. Never got a call back and after 2 days I call them(2 times because the first time i called their parts department I was asked to wait on hold and after 5 minutes of waiting I was disconnected on their end) to find out nothings been ordered still. After telling the parts rep that I wanted a refund he said "that's probably good because we can't get you your part" I won't do any business with this dealership in the future, parts or otherwise read more

I came into the shop because a salesperson told me they were doing "Crazy Good Deals on anything in stock!" So I looked at a 2023 FXST, as it was going to be my first Harley, and they tried to sell me this bike with a $14k MSRP for almost $21k out the door. I mean, what? Where was the deal? After 30 minutes of extremely high pressure negotiating, we got the price down to...$20k. I left. Huntington Beach ended up giving me a WAY better deal than Orange County, and they weren't even advertising any deals or promotions at all, so I ended up purchasing there instead. The vibe of Orange County is just off. There's pressure, pressure, pressure to buy RIGHT NOW, the offer (the absurdly high offer) is only good for TODAY. It felt like they were playing with the numbers in front of you to hide something from you. I mean Jesus Christ, Huntington Beach's staff are just so much friendlier, more patient, and willing to work with you. Get your bike somewhere else. read more

My struggle was real trying to work out a deal on a new 2020 Road Glide , I have went to 4 different locations and called a few dealers had some bad service , customer service and Lies from other dealers for the last two weeks. Anyhow the reason I didn't go to my Local dealer "Orange County Harley dealer Irvine " is because I have been going here since they opened back in 2000 just for parts , and had experience on occasionally with pushy sells reps , so I have stop going here for the last 3 years for all things. Until I hit all dead ends and stop by after work to see what was in stock . Well let me tell you the New personal that I never meet before here we're very inviting, experienced and knowledgeable. And a mix crowed made me feel like if I was out on a local ride bonding with fellow riders . The sales rep Travis is all about customer service and is honest and very knowledgeable. Chuck well let's just say this Sales manager I hope will soon be recognized for what he is doing at this dealer not just selling Bikes but I was pretty amazed how many satisfied customer would just ride in and and acknowledged him with smiles and hugs. From one Manager to another Chuck has a gift with customers and all about making it happen if he can he will. Let's not forget the finance Manager Kayla well experience, knowledgeable very clear and takes her time on making me understand and feel comfortable with what I'm signing at the same time friendly and truthful . Purchased a 2023 brakeout with the finish warranty I found a small chip in the paint. 435 miles on it Drove down to the dealership showed it to them. was told that I would have to leave the bike I get someone to follow me down after work. I get there and the service manager looks at it and tells me that Harley won't cover it it has to be a act of God or bird shit is what I was told by Bill there service manager so a pebble flying up is not a act of God ??it's really irritating to deal with a group of people who needs you in order to have a successful business but when the deal is done they won't be there when you need them typical sales they tell you what you want to hear not what you need to as far as I'm concerned I will go out of my way to share my experience with anyone who will listen in fact I will make a career of spreading the good word so if you are looking for a new Harley think long and Hard then go elsewhere you won't regret it in orange county I would recommend LA Harley Davidson they are in Fullerton just throwing it out there.. read more

Mike in detailing does excellent work and I highly recommend him. I recently took my 2003 Road King out of a long storage and it looked pretty bad with a lot of dirt, grime, and corrosion everywhere. Mike was excellent at communicating what he could and couldn't do for me because of the poor shape of the bike, so I was worried that the finished product might not be worth the money and effort. On the contrary, the bike was beautiful when finished. Mike the perfectionist seemed almost apologetic that he couldn't have done more, but I was elated.
