Whatever they may be make sure they are the same to avoid this. As a result they left their staff in a very vulnerable position. The staff did not handle it well. Update the hours to match. Bread was tightly toasted and buttered but they gave me the wrong type - it took 50+ minutes to get the food so I didn't bother telling them. The eggs were cooked well, I enjoyed them with some salt and pepper. The cashier came up to us at around 45 minutes after ordering and asked us how we wanted our eggs cooked because she hadn't asked at the beginning, and my friend and I were surprised that they hadn't started until then. Overall I don't think I plan on coming back any time soon. It's pretty close to Peter's Canyon which is a great option for a post-hike meal, but there are definitely other restaurants nearby that have better service and food.
