I was totally fine with that, I didn't mind waiting or supporting a small business. After I waited for a week I was following up every day just to get an idea of when JR would actually be able to come out, he scheduled and then canceled last minute and then nothing. It's been over two weeks now- it takes 30 seconds to respond to a text at the least let alone schedule an appointment you can keep, no excuse. I've disputed with BBB and asked for my money back. We had trouble with a broken toilet and we're able to get it replaced by refusing the shipment. It was an easy part of a very crazy process. The showroom is beautiful and offers many high end finishes. I love being able to touch and feel fixtures since you need to know how that metal will feel every time you wash your hands. When doing a cost comparison you will pay more here for most products versus shopping a big box store. Why? Well they have to pay their floor staff, maintain the building and make it a luxury experience for you, the buyer. That's not free. So if you can stand to pay for that type of experience then it's worth every penny. Their selection is superior to any Home Depot or Lowe's as well. You won't be disappointed!

So I went to Mountain High Appliance, a CO owned and operated business. Robert was the sales person who greeted and helped me, even though I discovered upon my arrival that I had forgotten my credit card at home. I told him what my preferences were and, out of their large selection, he guided me to the Speed Queens. They are more expensive than other brands, but also more reliable and made in the USA. He helped me to make my purchase even without my credit card in hand. Later in the day Robert called to let me know that the dryer I wanted was backordered by Speed Queen but he made it possible for me to purchase the floor models of the set I had chosen. Throughout the process Robert was helpful, knowledgable and timely with his communications. Mountain HIgh's delivery staff is not contracted out , so delivery service is so much better than any other place I have experienced! No dinging up entry ways or walls! And they ran tests on both machines to make sure they were working before they left! By far my best experience buying appliances from beginning to end! The old adage applies: you get what you pay for! And I didn't find them that much more than the big box stores.
