    Chirashi bowl

Very good quality. Premium chirachi bowl. They also have a regular one. Everything was fresh

I like this place! Was in the area over the weekend and if I could, I would frequent this place. I got takoyaki and the Unagi don. I also like that they have full size and appetizer size for takoyaki (cup size is 4 balls). The unagi don and takoyaki were both really good! Highly recommend! Did not try anything else on the menu though!

Orenchi Sushi is located inside the State Street Market, and offers an omakase experience for $38 per person (at least reserve one day in advance). It includes assorted appetizers, a bite of roasted eggplant, agedashi tofu, chicken karaage, and a Chawanmushi with seaweed and flying fish roe. To top it off, you can choose between two kinds of sushi rolls or mini chirashi. Great value and very tasty!

We tried the omakase experience here, which was easy to book (online, 24h in advance). It was a really good value for $38 and quite tasty but be aware that it is not your typical sushi omakase flight. I would characterize it as a selection of Japanese food. Still very good! My favorite was the shishito peppers and the unagi don.

Fish was not fresh, and the amt of fish they give is pretty sad, esp relative to the rice. Damn waste of $25+. Worst chirashi bowl I've tried. Literally took a single bite and let the chef know. I didn't ask for my money back.

It needs improvement on sushi rice. Otherwise ingredients are fresh and tasty.

Neat store front. Reasonably priced sushi. However, the sushi rice is too watery and didn't taste like authentic sushi rice, at all. Would return to give another try in a few months.

Very bad quality of sashimi. Please find other places that provide a better quality of fish.

It included 10 pieces of assorted nigiri, 15 pieces of sashimi, tekka maki, a California roll, shrimp tempura roll, plus 2 chef's special rolls. Everything tasted super fresh, like you can tell the quality is there. My absolute favorites were the salmon rolls (I could've eaten those all day). We definitely overestimated ourselves and couldn't finish, so... to-go box it is Overall, such a great experience. The service was amazing (they kept our tea and water full the entire time), and the ambiance inside was sooo cute and cozy.

I ordered the Shrimp Tempura Roll and Miso soup, both to go. The order was ready within 15 minutes and before I got there. I went there on a Sunday evening around 5pm and the place was not full. It is a bit confusign to find, it is on a small street behind Co-America Bank and situated in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. They had a 2 for 1 specials and so I got 2 orders of the Shrimp Tempura Roll for the price fo one and I was shocked at how small the quantity was, you get 6 pieces with an order for $12.95, see attached photo. I was greeted when I walked in and was attended to immediately. The interior is welcoming and you walk into restaurant with the chefs preparing the sushi to the left and seating in front of them and several tables. There is no outside seating. Not only was the portion small but the shrimp part was tiny, it was mostly rice and not very tasty. The Miso Soup was hot and satisfying. It cost $2.99 You have to ask for utensils, they do not provide automatically and I appreciate that. I might give this another try if I am in the area but I would prefer to check out other sushi places and see how the quantity and prices compare.

I feel like the value here is pretty good, especially considering the 3 item bento is only $20.95 which is the cost of a 2 item bento at many other Japanese restaurants. The quality, on the other hand, was just ok. Chicken teriyaki was on the stringy side, sashimi didn't feel super fresh, batter on chicken karaage was soggy (though chicken itself was juicy), and the rolls in the Kakaroto sushi sashimi combo were hot which half-cooked the sashimi which was not great. They also used the same teriyaki sauce on many dishes, including the rolls, the teppan sizzling plate, and even the dipping sauce for the chicken karaage. Didn't feel like the teriyaki sauce for chicken karaage was fitting since it usually comes with a kewpie mayo instead. The prawns in the teppan sizzling plate were also clearly from frozen shrimp and weren't fresh at all. Overall I think the quality was a bit of a miss. Service was friendly though and food came quickly. Miso soups did arrive at different times and we had to request missing ones as they were forgotten.

Our favorites: Eighty-Eight Roll and Kevin's Roll (premium rolls). Each roll has 10 pieces, bigger than usual. - Eighty-Eight Roll: loaded with crab, unagi, avocado, salmon, tuna, cucumber and topped with salmon, avocado, spicy tuna, tobiko, and pine nuts. This is their signature, a very light roll with minimal sauce so that you can focus on the natural flavors of fresh seafood. - Kevin's Roll: equally impressive, wonton crisps make it very unique. Roll was loaded with albacore, hamachi, shrimp, and radish, then top with salmon, avocado, pickled wasabi. We also enjoyed the Hamachi Shot, which had fresh hamachi, avocado, and a quail egg yolk served in a shot glass. Each bite has a rich and creamy taste. For special roll (8-piece), we got: - Ching Ching Roll: salmon, tuna, avocado, topped with crispy powder - Daruma Roll: inside (unagi, hamachi, crab, cucumber), topped with hamachi, avocado, jalapeno, tobiko Both were delicious and fresh as well! Service was quick, our food arrived super fast. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be back to try more items from the menu.
