My very first cezanne treatment was with Marty over three years ago and it was one of the best treatments I have ever invested in (though admittedly it's gotten a bit pricier over the years, unfortunately). I have since moved from the area and tried a salon locally and was sorely disappointed with the results there. So I made the decision to travel the lengthy distance to go back to Marty for my next round. Unfortunately Marty was not available in the time frame I needed/was in town for this round. Fortunately, however, Leslie was available. She did such an amazing and thorough job, I am absolutely thrilled with the results :) Customer service on point and results are impeccable! My hair is silky smooth, looks and feels healthy, and the final style is gorgeous. Organic Color Studio is a beautiful salon with a lounge in the middle that feels like a cozy living room my stylist, Alexis, was great! Instead of talking my ear off the entire time she allowed me to read my book while she gave me a full highlight. She consulted with me before getting started to make sure we were on the same page on what I wanted. She got my hair foiled up quicker than any stylist I've been to previously which I was VERY happy with seeing as I have a hard time sitting in a chair for too long. I could tell she really cared about giving me what I wanted rather than rushing to get me out the door. She gave me vitamin treatments at the shampoo bowl and took her time massaging my head to make me feel relaxed and cared for. Once my hair was dried I was pleasantly surprised with how she was able to make my face look tanner by highlighting around my hairline. Despite the amount of bleach and heat applied, my hair feels just as healthy as before the service. I reached out to Organic Color seeing how close it already was to my home, and Marty was so kind and accommodating to my schedule. She penciled me in last min for same day. This review is for the owner, who corrected my hair cut. As you know, the haircut is entirely dependent upon the stylist. One cannot rate an entire salon. I originally brought in pictures of what I wanted and the texture of my hair. The first stylist listened during our 15-minute consultation so I thought we were on the same page; smooth elegant waves. However she started going in a different direction: she slither cut my hair and gave me crunchy messy tangled curls. I spoke up during the cut twice, but it didn't seem to help. Cost, $172 including tip. I let the owner know that the haircut was not at all what I expected and that I'd even showed her stylist pictures. The owner was a doll. She washed and re-cut my hair and now it's beautiful. I'm very happy. Cost: no additional charge. read more
