A horrible experience on every level. Let's start with the service. We were ignored while the waitresses stood behind us chatting. We were sat at a communal table that was in dire need of cleaning. The decor resembled what you would find at a garage sale. And the entire place needs a deep cleaning. I ordered a sparking water. I got a bottled beverage, no glass or ice. When I requested a glass I got a plastic cup. I must admit it went well with the plastic cutlery and paper plates. The menu informed us that we would have to pay for to-go boxes if we wanted them. Hmmm. We ordered garlic bread, pizza, and spaghetti with meatballs. The garlic bread came with sauce for dipping which was nearly frozen. The bread was an Italian roll cut into pieces. This was, much to our dismay, the highlight of the meal. The pizza was a flavorless brick covered with cheese. My plastic fork could barley cut it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! pizza slice was decent. The lemon garlic sauce not worth it. On Tuesday October 28 around 3:15 pm I Got to the order window, lady was on the phone. Hung up and didn't acknowledge me at the window then went to close out a table sitting inside. She then went on to talk with another worker then took my order. I realized I got an extra slice of pizza and went to ask if I paid for it. I didn't. She did not say anything about giving it back so I left. Then she came out after me as we were getting ready to leave and physically put her hands in my bag to take the extra slice out. In the process she took off the other foil to one of the slices and touched it. I do not appreciate her physically crossing my boundaries and the unsanitary behavior of the whole interaction. especially after doing the right thing and telling them I got two slices when I only paid for one. During my stay on the island my friend and I were craving pizza. We came across Original Antonio's as it was across the street from a locals bar that we ran into the other night. The place is pretty tiny overall but had so much charm. There were a lot of misc items placed inside the establishment that it killed some time before enjoying our pizza. Since we're trying to come in for a snack we ordered the build your own 9" 3 topping pizza and some horchata. Never had I would have known that horchata and pizza would go well together. But then again, who doesn't like horchata? The 9" small pizza did the job for the both of us and we're pleasantly satisfied. VERDICT: Rinse and repeat read more

We were on our way to return our golf cart when we decided to stop for lunch. The dining area is right there on the sidewalk... were you can relax and eat while watching the world go by. We ordered hot wings and a club sandwich. The food was good and the service was fast. I just wish we had move time on the island I would have liked to have come back to try some of their other menu items. You almost feel like your sitting outside a café in Italy. Being about 25 yards from the beach people are coming and going all the time so you will see and hear many interesting things. Kind of like watching a good show on TV. read more

I asked to set outside but it was a bit cold so we asked if it was ok to change our order to inside instead of outside. The person in the front side it was ok. We went inside and sat down. They gave us our food and was polite when one of the random workers said we can't eat inside with an attitude. Which was weird because we were already sitting down eating. It was open to the public. And other people were eating inside too. And they gave us our food inside. This guy was extremely rude. And as we left he gave us rude comments in Spanish.
