When we brought the issue to the staff and asked for a refund, we were told that they don't give refunds. The owner then asked us to come to the back to speak with him. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or showing any concern, he was rude and dismissive. The conversation left us feeling like he was accusing us of lying about what we found in our food rather than taking our complaint seriously. Accidents can happen in any restaurant, but it's how they're handled that makes the difference. We weren't looking for an argument, we just wanted the issue addressed fairly. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service were just as disappointing as finding hairs in our food. Based on this experience, we won't be returning, and I can't recommend Vincent's Deli to others.

Pizza was delicious as usual and served within about 10 minutes after we arrived. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The charge for the meal was $30 plus a cash tip. I think this is a little expensive for a medium pizza and one drink however we can only eat half the pizza at one time, so we took the other half home with us and had it for lunch today and it was still excellent.
