Had some great 牛肉麵 跟魯肉飯 (beef noodle soup and lu rou fan) at Original Joe's - Touch of TAIWAN!! Very friendly staff. Food takes a little time as he prepares it when you arrive, not beforehand. However, the beef for the beef noodle soup is incredibly juicy and tender, which requires slow roasting. It was amazing!! Highly recommended restaurant especially if you're missing Taiwan cooking such as桃源街的王記牛肉麵 。

The restaurant does not serve Chinese food or beef noodles anymore. You need to update your information.

I was so excited that there was a bubble tea near my job but defiantly not what I expected. I'm disappointed :/

I went to Vivi's for the first time about 10 years ago and haven't stopped thinking about it since…read more Unfortunately, it's pretty far and out of the way from where I live, but every time I pass through the area and am hungry for Vietnamese food, I'm hungry for Vivi's. Over the years, I've brought friends and family here, talking it up enough that they're willing to make the journey with me. I always recommend the tofu vermicelli bowl. The fact that my tofu-skeptical father sang its praises after I made him try it is a testament to its flavor. I still think of it as the gold standard of tofu. I was recently in the area for the first time in 5 or 6 years and decided to go back to Vivi's with my mom. It was the first thing that popped into both of our minds-a real jinks moment. I was nervous that it wouldn't live up to our memory. Vivi's had moved around the corner from their old location-a cute, cozy little cafe-but their new restaurant is more spacious, hopefully to accommodate the flocks of diners that their food merits. I got the tofu vermicelli, which was exactly as I remembered, equally flavorful and generous in portion size for $15. My mom got the papaya salad for $5.50. I previously thought I didn't like papaya-I was mistaken. It was a unique and refreshing dish that I would 100% go back for. Vivi's food tastes fresh and nourishing and at the same time satisfying and rich. We were short on time and were prepared to have to take it to go, but our food was out in 10 minutes. I don't usually write reviews, but after so many great experiences over the years it felt long overdue. A small business that has maintained their quality at reasonable prices over the years deserves to be recognized with a recommendation. Give Vivi's a try!

Bonus points for being in walking distance of Next Level Pinball Museum. Meal came out quick with warning its very spicy (It wasn't that spicy but it had a decent kick compared to the usual dish I've had in the Portland Area!) Staff are friendly, soup was genuinely one of the best I've had in years, the Limade was also a killer and I recommend getting it to pair along with. All-in-all, was a fantastic place to contribute to my late birthday outing.

5 stars for consistently fresh boba, delicious milk teas…read more I have only ordered using their self-order touch screen so the rating is based on product quality etc. But I am a returning customer. Wish you could open a location near Cornelius/Forest Grove.

We came here for boba and lunch on a Monday around noon and we were the only people there (2 adults…read more3 kids 1 baby) They had two entrances front and back and there were seating along the L shape including window bar top and 2 or 4 people tables. Prices were reasonable between $5.50-$8 for the drinks plus extras for the add-on toppings ($.95-$1.25) and great food and snack options too. You can order at the kiosk so you can see the pictures but we ordered with the staff at the counter. They were so helpful and made sure our mango smoothie with pearls was decaf tea for the kids (since they use real tea for all their drinks!) You can adjust ice, sweetness, and your toppings for the drinks. I've actually been dreaming about the Basil Popcorn Chicken since the last time I've had it at another location and this definitely hit the spot! It was a generous portion for around $12 and you can adjust spice level from 1-4. It came out piping hot, super crispy, very juicy and perfectly seasoned. You MUST get this when visiting! We also got both flavors of the Egg Puff waffles to try and the kids loved them. They were freshly made, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Easily breakable so plenty to share with everyone. The mango smoothie was cold and refreshing and the boba pearls were ON POINT! Definitely one of the best I've had - the right amount of chew and sweetness and you can tell it's great quality. The only thing they were lacking was that they didn't have a high chair available for my baby for dining in. But definitely come support this local business and don't forget to get the Basil Popcorn Chicken!!

Lacking flavor. Small portion; xlb (8/10) lacking flavor. But bonus points for actually having soup in the dumplings. It's been a while since we've had that. For some reason at a lot of other restaurants they break and the liquid is no longer part of the experience; salad with romaine and sesame dressing. This is the plainest salad I've ever had but the dressing and fresh crunchy lettuce was amazing. I could probably kill one of those myself next time and just get a small side. 9/10. My only knock is I paid with a gift card and selected a printed receipt and it never came. I hate that I can't even go to my credit card and screen shot the transaction because it was also a business meeting and could have written off the expense. Kind of a bummer. But overall good experience. Bathrooms were fairly clean as far as public bathrooms go. Single stall. I'd go back for the salad.
