This was my first order. We had it delivered. That being said the delivery was fast and friendly. We ordered egg rolls, Pad Thai with chicken, mango sticky rice, 2 dr peppers and 2 diet cokes. The food was just like the reviews I read before ordering. Amazing. Unfortunately, the 2 diet cokes I ordered were expired. One was March 2016 and the other was October 2016. Now some people may not think much of it however, when cola expires the taste changes to something similar to dirt so I was a little bummed I didn't have my soda. Thank goodness for water right? Lol will I order from them again? Absolutely. The food was awesome. I will just have to ask for a new soda or maybe just pass on it all together. read more

Stumped as to why this place has such high reviews. I ordered a pad thai entree with tofu, and the whole dish tastes like dirty fryer grease.... pretty gross! read more

The pad thai was decent. Tom soup was ok too but overall all their portions arent that big, just in the middle. The store owner and workers were friendly though. read more

This place is sucks. Don't you even think order by phone. They phone signal is so bad and so noisy back there I don't even know what kind of phone they use. I gave my address many time the guy name Brandon didn't understand and he fucking hang up on me. And he blame me for that. This is worse place that I never had in my life . I want to see what kind of manager is there. They probably didn't teach them manner well I called Thai basil in lakewood instead they got my address 1time I told him and cheap and good food I should have call them first read more

Casual spot-I ordered at the counter, paid, and the person helping me directed me to have a seat at one of the tables to dine in. I had the green chicken curry, mild, and a Thai iced tea. The curry was good and definitely mild in spice level (I may ask for medium next time). The Thai iced tea was good-free refills when you dine in! I will definitely be back! read more

I ordered a meal for a family in need (ER/medical). They are gluten-free so I ordered Pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, and mixed vegetables with NO soy sauce. The family said it was delicious and enjoyed it very much. Ok, now I am getting hungry... read more

I'm addicted to the yellow curry - it's soooo good! The delivery folks are super friendly and always earlier than expected. I was given a free Thai iced tea with my latest order as an intro to additional items. Delicious! My delivery guy even gave me an overview of the different curry dishes available. I'll definitely try the panang curry next time. Thank you for the delicious food and friendly service! read more

This place is soooo delicious! The service is fast and food is really great. I was craving Thai and was so glad to have visited this place!

Original Thai has always been my No.1 to-go Thai Restaurant. Every time I work late and want to do take-out on the way back, Original Thai is the only restaurant popped-up in my head because of their consistently high quality of food and service. I never feel worried about not be able to get the food on time, or find out the food is not what I order once I get home (Which happens all the time with other restaurants). Absolutely in love with Original Thai. :) read more

Been coming here for several months and I always order the crispy pork with veggie.. good food and taste good!!

Ordered food and it was great, employee super polite and nice.will visit again

I like their speedy and friendly service at this hole in wall convenient locale. Their entrees is generally delectable and authentic; however both of the entrees were lacking in taste and flavor this time. Still enjoyed it with my bestsie at my favorite water fountain spot nearby. Cheers to good eats and living life fully and joyfully! read more

I truly enjoyed my experience with Original Thai. I love thai food even some of them they don't put on the menu. Now i can order for delivery knowing that the food is the best, thanks Original Thai!!! read more

My gosh this food was good! I ordered wonton soup, 5 piece egg roll, and a spicy green bean dish (I forgot what it's called). I'm staying at a nearby hotel, and had the food delivered. The food arrived wrapped really well (so no spilled soup or sauces all over the outside of the containers to deal with), and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! The delivery guy was really nice and had a big smile on his face, which is rare these days. They included soup spoons, forks, and napkins, so we had everything we needed to chow down. Do yourself a favor and try this place! Above average, and reasonably priced! read more

I was feeling super lazy on a Sunday and didn't want to get ready and go out since I had work later that evening. I found Original Thai on yelp and placed an order and started cleaning my house. Surprisingly, the food came pretty quickly and it was a decent portion. I got the green curry and the wei-wei, both are items I've never ordered before, and they were both delicious. The food was hot when it arrived and the delivery guy was nice as well. I am writing this review and then placing another order for delivery right after. Thanks Original Thai! read more

Ordered a lunch special for only $6.95. The special included a small salad and egg roll. Price isn't bad. Salad wasn't fresh. Lettuce was a little wilted and brown. Dressing is decent. Inside of egg roll was gooey. Egg roll sauce was good. Ordered a plate with chicken. I asked if they served white meat and they told me yes. Meat was dark meat (low quality). Taste was alright, nothing special. I have been to several Thai restaurants and there is nothing special about this one. read more

I've been eating here for seven years and now will never go back. I bit into glass while eating and they didn't even take the plate away or remove from my bill despite not eating it. I used to like them because they were quick and deliver but they now lost my business. My brother in law also told me previously had band aid in his food when I was telling him recent experience. Will NEVER be I did NOT order muscles, nor was it a shell from muscles! Also, no one offered to make another dish! The dish was half eaten and we stopped eating everything at that point out if discussed. It's appalling you would lie about how you handled, or lack there of, the situation. Prior to this, I was a customer for the past 9 years, but will never go back. Mostly in spite of your ill response to the matter. read more

Pretty cheap Thai food that doesn't cheap out of the ingredients! I love their panang curry and their Thai iced tea. I was craving for Thai food and was looking for online delivery and I'm so glad I found this restaurant. They're the only one that delivers to our place. Our food came on time, the delivery guy was really nice. The food was good and this was the first time that I had a good Thai food in California. I live in San Diego and I've been to 3 Thai restaurant near my place and the food was terrible. I'm really lucky I found this place, my husband's friends even asked for the phone number of this place. We had an awesome dinner. read more

I ordered from this place and thankfully they deliver. They were timely with the delivery with the food. Maybe less than half an hour at the time of when I ordered it. I used the EAT24 to order. Can I just say that I love that we can just pay the tip beforehand? It cuts through me having to search for cash to give them. Anyways, their chicken pad Thai is very good. Quite tasty. I wasn't a fan of their egg rolls but that's more so my taste buds than the actual food. I still ate them lol. The sticky rice was indeed sticky. The driver Brandon was a nice kid who delivered the food to me. Any place that does delivery is a-ok in my book! read more

This place is great! Delicious food, awesome service, and fair prices. I went here last night with a group of friends, 6 of us total. I shared some garlic garlic and pepper chicken, cashew nut chicken, chicken pad see ew, shrimp fried rice, and spicy fried rice with 3 others. The garlic garlic and pepper chicken was good, not as garlic-y as I was expecting it to be (that's a good thing). The cashew nut chicken was super good! I like orange chicken so yeah, this stuff was delicious. The pad see ew was bomb, but I've never had any that didn't taste good lol. The shrimp fried rice and spicy fried rice were also really good. Everything tasted of great quality. My other two friends had the Thai boat noodle soup, some kind of curry, and tom yum soup. I tasted the curry and tom yum and they were also pretty damn good. I didn't try the Thai boat noodle but I've only heard good things about it, and my friend said it was really good. So yeah, more good things! I wanna give a shoutout to our awesome server/waiter. I think his name was Randy or something like that. He was super nice, checked up on us a few times, offered refills, gave us suggestions on what to order, and made some bomb Thai tea. read more

Great taste of Thailand right here in my backyard of Artesia and Lakewood. The service here was fantastic.
