Here's what we got: Pocha Bossam (large for $29.99) The pork belly was so tender and I loved that the meat was marinated so it was flavorful on its own. It paired perfectly with the spicy radish Kim chi and the sliced pickled radish and green onions. Royal Soba w/ Perilla Seed ($17.95) Most unique soba dish I've ever had. It came with an assortment of toppings that added a lot of texture and flavor when mixed all together. The soba sauce was light, but it was packed with umami and super refreshing - perfect for a hot summer day. Overall, everything was delicious and I love the vibe of the restaurant with the BlackPink posters and KPop playing in the background. The owner and staff were friendly and attentive as well. We drove all the way here from Long Beach after watching a movie because a family member recommended it. It's located in a strip mall/plaza that seems like it might be struggling, as it was pretty empty.   That said, this spot feels like a cozy, family-run eatery with good food and very attentive service. They have an extensive menu with a lot to offer; four out of the six of us were very satisfied with our meals. The other two thought theirs was just okay--even though one of them had the exact same dish as those who loved it! Parking is plentiful, but the area can be a bit dark, so it is best to park closer to the entrance if you can. The space itself is on the smaller side, but it has a fun vibe with K-pop music playing in the background, which adds to the overall experience. Service great. Friendly staff. We ordered the Army Stew with a side of steamed rice. The portion size was huge, definitely enough to share. It had a nice spicy kick, but it was still very tolerable and enjoyable. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed Pocha eats, felt like a little hole in the wall spot! We were crazing bossam and this spot was the closest in proximity. The Bossam was good with all their extra fixings! I do prefer to eat mine with lettuce and garlic but they didn't have any. Came here for lunch with some friends. I've seen this pop up on yelp, so was looking forward to trying it out. My friends kids really like Korean fried chicken and tteokbokki, so of course we ordered two kinds of KFC, regular tteokbokki, odang tang, dontakusu, bossam and ube cheesecake for dessert. The service was good and everything was made to order. The food itself however was lacking. The tteokbokki looked promising, but it was very under seasoned. Out of the two kfc flavors, one was too sour (I think it was supposed to be sweet and spicy, but it was sour). The other one was garlic butter(?) which was definitely tastier than the sour one. The salad that came with the chicken which the kids usually love at other spots, didn't want to eat it. I didn't try for myself, since the kids already said that was not good. The positive to the kfc situation was that the chicken was crispy. The odang tang was also underwhelming. I didn't try the donkatsu or bossam. Overall, service was great, but the food was not something I would go out of my way for especially for the price paid. With rice, these two dishes made great meals and we had so much leftover to take home. There was only one other table present when we were there so service was quick. The interior was really cute; someone in another review said they had recently redecorated. There were real Blackpink merchandise and backstage passes, and I thought that was such a cute way to showcase them! Delicious! Loved the pocha. Had it once or twice elsewhere, and this one was more flavorful, with perfect sauce, and without being overly fatty. This restaurant is right down the street from where we live, and for years we've been saying, "We have to try it." Well, this evening we finally decided to go--and OMG, 10 out of 10! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the bulgogi yaki udon, and my husband had the bulgogi stew and kimchi fried rice. In the past if I return to a restaurant I have been to, I usually don't write a second review, but this 2026 Yelp Elite year will be different. How else can I promote a restaurant and support them if I don't acknowledge them. Just like my first visit, the food was amazing, however this time I came for lunch and tried the Lunchtime Bento style boxed lunch. It was perfectly paired with wings as appetizers and kimchi and sliced pickled radish. A potion of rice at just the right amount. We had the Bossam boiled pork belly and the braised beef as our main choices. It's 2026 do lunch is now an average of $15-$20 dollars unlike before where you can have a complete lunch like this for about $10.00, but I have to say, I felt for what you got and how good it was, it was definitely worth it. I've been seeing this spot all over TikTok and Instagram and I finally decided to check it out. So glad I did. The restaurant is located in a huge, mostly empty plaza, which was surprising at first, but actually a plus--there's plenty of parking and no stress about finding a spot! We were seated promptly upon arrival. The ambiance is incredibly inviting. Our table was next to the front door. There was a mix of cool breeze from the outside and air conditioning indoors which gives the space a cozy, homey vibe that makes you want to stay a while. We went all in and ordered several of their bestsellers: bossam, budae jjigae (army stew), bulgogi, Korean fried chicken, bento boxes, and more--it was an absolute feast. The bossam stood out immediately. It was tender and juicy, perfectly cooked, and goes really well with the vinegar dip. The side salad with dressing is equally delicious too. No wonder it's one of their signature dishes! The budae jjigae came bubbling hot, packed with generous portions of ham, sausage, fish cakes, ramen noodles, and veggies. It's the kind of dish that's best enjoyed right away. It's flavorful, comforting, and perfect for sharing. We asked them to adjust the spice level to mild. Every dish on the table held its own, but dessert is also on another level. The ube cheesecake was scrumptious! Incredibly silky and smooth, the deep ube flavor balanced beautifully with the brûléed top and drizzle of chocolate syrup. We loved it so much we ordered three more slices to take home! Service was pretty good as well. Staff is attentive, friendly, and efficient. We came with kids, and the staff switched the tv show to a kid friendly movie. Came here for dinner on a Friday night and it was fairly busy. Our server was prompt and provided excellent service for our time there. Our table ordered the rose tteokbokki with ramen and pork belly bossam. We wanted to try the fried chicken but were told they ran out of chicken for the day. The rose tteokbokki had a nice creamy flavor to it and came with sausage, fish cake, and dumplings that are filled with glass noodles. The bossam was tender and paired well with the radish paper, kimchi, and green onions to cut down the fatty cut. I got their Pocha Bossam (Glazed Pork Belly) Regular for $21.95. I have never had Bossam quite like this. It was a touch sweet, a tad tangy, really hard to describe. It was really good. I normally eat it wrapped with cabbage, green onions and ssamjang paste. That day I had it with this clear dipping sauce and thinly sliced radishes. It was still good but I really wished it came with cabbage and ssamjang. We also got their Spicy Pork Korean Street Tacos ($13.95). This was just okay on its own. I had to add their cabbage salad and their salsa to make it taste better. The last dish we tried were their six piece chicken wings ($9.95). This was just okay. We enjoyed our takeout order from Pocha eats! Pocha eats is located in Cerritos off Artesia Blvd, near the 91 freeway. Had a pork belly bo ssam with a side order of rice. I feel that the rice was a good addition. The radishes they gave are a little on the small side, so rice was a good addition to everything. We felt that the pork belly was pretty nicely flavored. We probably would buy this again and we thought it was delicious, but we'd probably add our own butter lettuce, herbs (shiso), and sauces (ssamjang) to make bigger, crunchier, saucier ssam wraps. Also had some NaengMyeon noodles, also known as Korean Cold Noodles, which are served in a cold broth that is refreshing. Instead of their vinegar sauce, I opted for their spicy mustard, which I enjoyed. They also have asian fusion items like quesadillas and tacos with korean meats. First off, the service is very friendly and welcoming. It's family friendly as there's a lot of seating and the most dishes are shareable. I definitely recommend their Bossam. Its differs from other places because they add this soy glaze which enhances the flavor of it. If you don't like pork, they also have a very tender Braised Beef version too. I really like their Kimchi Fried Rice and their Naengmyeon. Both are filling dishes. This place also has a nice mix of traditional and fusion dishes too. They have bulgogi tacos with a salsa made in house and crispy chicken wings. I'll definitely be back to this place soon! I saw this place on Instagram a few days ago and decided to try it for lunch since my husband and I both had the day off. It's tucked away in the corner of a strip mall and if you're just driving by, you'd probably miss it. The inside is a good mid size restaurant. It's not huge, but has more than a few tables. There are two tvs playing one on each side. They have a register towards the back, I assume for people ordering to go. I ordered a pork belly bento box and my husband got the bulgogi sliders. The sliders came out maybe a minute before my bento box and they smelled amazing, almost made me regret my choice until it came out. The pork belly was so good, especially with the sauce that comes with it. The food wasn't super heavy so I left full, but not ready for sleep.
