"This is not an easy job," said Oscar. I knew he was honest when he saw my cream colored area rug. He gave me no false hopes. I took a chance and I wasn't disappointed. The cleaners arrived early and in no time they were going to work on our carpet. Some heavily stained areas were pre-treated and they even had a power tool hand brush to scrub some of the more stubborn stains. Our carpets look awesome now and smell great. read more

Professional Clean Friendly Honest Reliable I was really impressed with Oscar and the level of professionalism from his really nice and clean van to the equipment, right down to the brushes and fancy high powered fans. He uses organic cleanser, which is great because my dog is super allergic to carpet cleanser. I love supporting a family-owned business. I will definitely call Oscar again. The guy that I used the last time was awesome too, but my dog reacted terribly to the cleanser and it took 2 days to dry. This has taken about 3 hours, more for the areas that were more soiled, but all of the stains came out. He was 10 minutes early. I wish I had posted before and after pics, but I would be embarrassed about the before. read more

Honest, professional, punctual, local, family-owned business. Oscar and his wife were very professional throughout. They were early on a Saturday morning. They were patient because I was out getting coffee when they arrived. They were trustworthy because I left them alone to do the job and they got every inch of my carpet. They were very friendly to both my partner and I. and they have the cutest dog, who I played with for a minute out on the sidewalk. The cleansers are organic. Big +++. and the carpets were totally dry by the next morning. read more

Kids, markers and carpets don't mix. And also, if you end up with a nasty stain, don't try to fix it yourself --- you might make it worse. Anyway, I called these guys in desperation only a few weeks after they cleaned all of our carpets due to said mixture of kids, a leaky marker and carpet. They showed up the same day and saved my bacon! Thank you again, Oscar's. read more

Oscar is not the cheapest carpet cleaner in town, but he is the best. I've used him 3 times already and I must say, they are damn good! No nonsense cleaning.......they even get on their knees scrubbing those tough stains and "BAMMM" just like new. I had a large sectional and a small area rug that needed some deep cleaning and I was looking for a company that uses eco-friendly products and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. The folks from Oscar's responded promptly, came quickly, and did a great job. They were totally cool about cleaning the rug on my back deck as requested so I could avoid any potential water damage to our hardwood floors. The twelve-year old sofa and rug look new again and there is zero smell in my house. I'll definitely be calling them again, especially now that I know how quick and easy it is. read more

Oscar did a good job of cleaning my carpet. I've hired him four times now and agree with the comments that he & Reyna are prompt and do a good job carpet cleaning. The reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that the price goes up every time and they tell me only AFTER they've completed the work. I have one small wall-to-wall carpeted room which is all i need cleaned. The 1st time it was $80 (price quoted up-front), then $95 (increase given after the fact), and most recently $160 (their new "minimum fee") told to me after they cleaned. I know costs increase etc etc but the professional thing to do is tell repeat customers the minimum fee change over the phone, not after you've completed a job that just 6 months before your charged nearly half. If you have lots of carpet area to clean, certainly call them as it's worth it (and get your price up-front). If not.... read more

Reyna and Oscar are the best. They arrived early, and my husband saw them parked on the street, but they waited for us to be ready by offering to wait in their van. Competent, courteous, polite, affordable... I was so impressed with the job they did on my carpets, that I asked them to steam clean the limestone in my three bathrooms while they were still at my home. The tile turned out so well that I asked them to come back to steam clean our sectional a week later. I can't believe I waited so long. My office needed the stone tile cleaned too, and guess who I called? :) You will be happy. read more

Just an update- we rented a rug doctor from safeway and used it with only hot water. When we emptied the machine, the water was dark brown and soapy, which means in addition to spraying toxic chemicals all over our carpet, they didn't even clean out the dirt. :( We will be renting the carpet cleaning machines from here on out. Cheaper, cleaner, and not asthma-inducing. read more

Oscar and Reyna's Cleaning Service was the fourth carpet cleaning company I've tried in San Francisco and were hands down the best in every category. Service: Arrived early, worked around and moved my furniture as necessary, and were extremely friendly. Cost: They cleaned double the amount of area as other carpet cleaning companies for the same price. Quality: My carpets are more clean than they have been with any other service. They use a high powered machine that operates out of their van rather than a standalone carpet cleaner which is much less powerful. They also cleaned my kitchen floor and it has never looked so clean. I recommend their carpet cleaning service to anyone. read more

Oscar and Reyna are the best! They always answer the phone (and remember who I am each time I call, even if it's been over a month!) and they are always early to arrive the day of. Thank you Oscars carpet cleaning for making my carpets look amazing! They arrived on time, and the process was quick and easy. They moved whatever furniture they could around to maximize the cleaning space, used organic products that dry in 2 hours, so my 2 kitties would be ok walking around the house after they were done. We had to leave to work, so I told them to please lock up and make sure to let the cats out of the room when they were done, which they did. I felt 100% comfortable leaving them in my home, very nice people. Would highly recommend!!!! read more

I have to join everyone else here and give Oscar's 5 stars! Just had 2 guys here (Luis & Renaldo) who did an amazing job! They arrived exactly on time, were extremely courteous and completed an amazing job in 90 minutes. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, dining room and a long hall. There were very old and terrible stains on my dining room and hall carpet and now it looks now like a brand new carpet! Excellent job. Nelson and Luis arrived right on time and cleaned the carpet in two empty bedrooms in about an hour. When they finished, my embarrassingly dirty berber carpet looked like new. I was really hesitant to use a professional cleaning service because the typical truck mounted cleaning system is not an option for a third floor apartment. This proved not a problem. They wheeled in a Ninja portable extractor and did a very professional job. I highly recommend Oscar's Carpet Cleaning and will use them again. read more

I'm a college student living in a one bedroom apartment that had the worst carpet ever! It was dirty and awfully stained, I really didn't think a miracle could save the carpet however last thursday Oscars carpet cleaning service came by 15 mins before our appointment at 2 and were very friendly people. We didn't have any high expectations like I mentioned the carpet was bad so whatever we got for $200 was good enough. After 1 hr and 30 mins passed they called right away to let us know the job was complete. Now this was the moment of truth, I could not believe how clean and neat the carpet looked and felt! I kid you not it was by far the most amazing job done. The carpet was spotless and couldn't ask for anything else, my expectations were overly met. Very seldom am I impressed by people's work and let's just say that I have added Oscar and Reyna to my list!! I trust the high ratings on Yelp and when I need to find a carpet cleaning service so I called Oscar and Reyna for a quote at 10 AM this morning. Off the bat, Oscar gave me a very good price for cleaning my two bedrooms and my living room as well as two large rugs in the living room. I thought since they were cleaning that thoroughly that I would pay a little more to also get the laminated floors in my kitchen, bathroom, and common entrance area. I was very happy to hear that they were available at 3 PM today so I could get my place cleaned before the long weekend. I have dealt with cheap maids and usually I have to run them down to ensure that they do a good job. But Oscar and Reyna are the first for the price that do a fantastic job on their own. They are honest, decent, and friendly people that I cannot wait to use again for cleaning or refer them to people I know. read more

The guys arrived early for starters. They cleaned 3 oriental rugs, upholstery on 8 dining room chairs and worked to rehab a worn and very dirty carpet. They cleaned a 4x6 Tibetan rug too. The stained beige upholstery on the chairs looks like new. Great job and all done under the estimated price! read more

The carpet in my apartment should have been replaced years ago and they removed stains that no other company could dent. They didn't even grimace at my collection of oddities either. The price was very reasonable and they didn't fuss that I live in The Mission. Don't laugh, some places won't make an appointment if you require them to park on the street. Making the appointment during the week didn't hurt. They did promise the carpet would dry in two hours, which was a bit of an exaggeration, but it smelled so fresh I didn't mind skidding around on my socks until the next afternoon. read more

They just left after half an hour of cleaning two large oriental rugs. Both of them look so much better, I cannot believe even some old stains came off. I was worried it would damage the hardwood floor underneath but after feeling the underside of the rug I realized water didn't penetrate through. They were ten minutes late but were in and out in half hour so I'm not complaining. I was so stoked with such amazing jobs I gave them a fat tip. I'm using them again for sure! read more

I was recommended to Oscar for my carpet cleaning need when I moved into my new apartment almost 3 months ago. Reyna was very friendly and they have the right equipment to do their job. Reyna and her helper steam cleaned my bedroom carpet and did an excellent job. It was a good feeling to first step my the cleaned carpet when it was dried, the carpet looked like new and one can feel it's been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. I was glad that I didn't replaced my carpet and found Oscar Carpet Cleaning. I knew then I can rely on them to clean my carpet again when I needed to. Today, Reyna and Oscar's nephew came to clean my apartment floor tiles. Again, they never failed to disappoint. She was prompt, professional and friendly. Reyna and her helper use a special machine to steam cleaned the floor tiles, they removed the dirt between the grout and mopped dry the floor. The tiles were originally very dirty but they did their magic again. I would recommend Oscar's Carpet Cleaning for any carpet and tiles cleaning job. read more

From the start, communication with Rug Masters was excellent. I received a very competitive price quote, responses were prompt, and the turnaround time worked well for us. Jay arrived on June 2nd, right on schedule, to pick up the wool rug. After inspecting it, he discovered moth damage, which increased the cost for cleaning and restoration of the 9' x 12' rug from $480 to $600. Even with the additional repairs, his quote was still the best among the companies I contacted, and it included both pickup and delivery. The rug was returned to us on June 27th, and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. The colors were vibrant, the mold spots and spores were completely gone, and the moth-damaged areas had been expertly repaired. The rug looked immaculate and beautifully restored. We are very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them!

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

His team repaired the damaged shingles, replaced the ridge caps, and fixed the fascia and soffit, all with excellent workmanship and 5 years warrenty. Love them! I hadn't been able to really clean my home for almost 7 weeks due to an injury, so it was really ready for a cleaning. What a great team they are. Let me count the ways: 1) Flexible & punctual: I called them last Thursday--- not expecting that they'd be able to work me in so soon. They came the following Saturday morning right when they said they would. 2) Pleasant & kind: They're just really chill and friendly. 3) Thorough & fast! Did I say THOROUGH?!? I don't have a big place (an in-law), but the dust build-up was really getting to me. They did a great job dusting and vacuuming. And not one of those dusting jobs whereby you're not completely sure if the cleaners REALLY dusted, so you start checking all the surfaces and then you're aghast at what you find. No, Oscar and Reyna really dust all the surfaces. And my bathtub---including the tiles---are white and sparkly. Reyna put the scrub down for REAL! 4) If you notice that they miss something or its not to your liking, they'll return and clean or redo it: They had overlooked the baseboards in some areas of my apartment. So when I called and told them about this, they said they'd come the same day and take care of it. No questions asked. 5) Green products: Your place won't smell like a chemical factory afterwards. 6) And of course their good rates. You might pay a little more than some of the other outfits, but it's worth it and not unreasonable. They also shampoo furniture and carpets...which I don't need right now. But if I ever do, I will use their service. And yes, they also go to the East Bay for cleaning jobs. read more

I found Oscar and Reyna Cleaning Service on Yelp and for that reason, I feel compelled to write a review because I could not have been more frustrated or disappointed with their carpet cleaning service. Oscar picks up the telephone, which is good. What isn't good is that he says "yes" when he apparently doesn't understand what you are saying. I thought everything was set but when the day arrived for the cleaning, he called several times asking me where he should clean the carpets. I had arranged for access to the space but he then refused to do the cleaning until I went to the property myself. This went back and forth several times and I lost time and patience. They don't speak very good English and I don't speak Spanish, which is a problem, if we are not on the same page as to what is to be done, etc. And when I returned to check the cleaning job, not only had the carpet in a small area not been cleaned at all, the rest of the carpet did not look very clean either. He says he steam cleans but I don't think he does steam cleaning. I had people moving into the property and they asked if the carpets had been cleaned (as that is what we agreed to). I don't know how this company is getting so many 5 star ratings. Poor service all around. When I called to let them know the carpet in the small room had not been cleaned, it appears that Oscar hung up on me. I I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR CARPET CLEANING NOR WOULD I EVER USE THEM AGAIN! read more

Oscar's carpet and cleaning is a great service and value and the dynamo duo of husband and wife team Oscar and Reyna is as Mom and Pop as it gets. I love to support the underdog small businesses, especially when the quality and value is there. I have used Oscar's for a few years now at my home and have recommended them to several friends and businesses with nothing but praises for their professional service and quality work. From general cleaning of our home, which is a 3 story monster, to doing steam/carpet cleaning on carpets & upholstery at my office and for my friends shop, I have nothing but praises. They get in on time, always available by phone, very flexible hours, do a great job and leave without leaving a trace of dust or even a pet hair. :) My dog sheds and occasionally we have had an accident of dog pee on the runner from friends dogs, and they get it out so well we have had NO RE-Pee's in the same spot!
