They scheduled the call that Saturday for Sunday-- the next day. The icing on the cake was when they called me 2-3 hours before the appt to share that, they were running ahead of schedule. Ali and his efficient team just installed a heat pump at my house. I had only one floor furnace previously, but now I have ceiling cassettes/wall mounted units in four rooms. Ali was fast to offer a consultation appointment; he used that meeting to understand my needs in detail and over the next week we worked closely together to design the right configuration for my house. He was very responsive during the planning phase, and throughout the 3 1/2 days of installation. When there were any needed changes, Ali informed me quickly so that I could understand and agree to his proposed solutions. I'm very happy with my new HVAC system and with the choices we made on what units to install and where to put them. The only notable downside is that the outdoor unit has lots of tubes that couldn't be covered as I had imagined they would be. It's more of an eyesore than I expected, but I think I can design a way to conceal them if it continues to bother me. The last step of the process is getting my final inspection and a rebate.
