I know it's hard all over, but the pickup window system sucks. They can't tell what's going on and it results in bad service and long waits.

The chicken crispy dish was way too sugary and both Pad Thai and main course were salty, I suspect MSG, a nuerotoxin and one to be avoided.

I'm going to warn everyone that has a food allergy not to come to this restaurant. I heard a lot of great things about this restaurant but sadly I didn't get the same experience.I ordered on a Wednesday night Phad Thai and and a Curry to go and I kept telling the lady that answered the phone that I'm very allergic to peanuts. I don't know if she understand what I said but I keeped saying no peanut please I'm very allergic. She kept saying ok I know I know with a attitude! When we picked up our food my friend asked her again if they made the food with caution and she said yes! with the biggest attitude!We had a hard time understanding her and she was very rude to us we went home and after I took a couple bites my throat swelled up! I broke out in hives and I had to get rush to the hospital!!! Ok, first off, let's just say that the exterior is quite deceiving, as the interior of the restaurant is pretty decent. My roommate and I ordered takeout after spending a day in the library. When we came to pick up the food, the employees seemed confused with our order, asking us multiple times to repeat. Later I asked to order brown rice which they charged me $3 for, however, they did give us a student discount. When I got back to my apartment and opened up the food, I saw that they had given me packaged brown rice from the Costco "seeds of change" brand! I was so mad!!! The chicken panang curry I ordered was pretty good, but the fact that they charged me so much for cheap brown rice which I actually had at home was outrageous. I can never get myself to NOT order Pad Thai so my Thai food experiences have been limited. But theirs is probably the best I've ever had. The same can be said for their Thai Iced Tea. It was dark and creamy iced heaven. The people there are the friendliest around, the place is very clean and cute. I will probably take all my friends here for Thai food. read more

I love it when a Thai dish is done right. It's a pricey experience if you go by yourself and just order something to go but I'm a die-hard for Thai food and had to try this one. I ordered my usual and felt let down when the bag had a little container in it and went out at $15. Little did I know though when I got home, I'd find out this was a LITTLE BOX OF MAGIC! After driving past this place for some time, I finally came with friends. Wow this is one of the best Thai houses in Spokane (my fav is Sala Thai in Airway Heights). Had the deep fried tofu, nice and fresh and crisp; Phik King Chicken was superbly flavored and nicely hot and spicey - my friend felt it was too hot but i thought it was right on the money. Service was excellent and environment had authentic thai accents. Was pleasantly surprised. The only reason why i did not give it five stars is that it did not have the wide selection i would like and the food was actually a bit toned down flavor and spicewise compared to what you'd get in Thailand. We have eaten at every thai restaurant in Spokane and believe this to be one of our favorite spots! The massamum curry and the crab fried rice were absolutely to die for! The crab tasted fresh (not rubbery and fishy) and the curry you could tell was made to order as it was thick, creamy and full of flavor. It's been a bit crowded every time we've been in so the service isn't personable but hey, who's got time to chat when you've got a packed house? We came to Our Thai House while traveling through Spokane, and our family believes it to be some of the best Thai food we have had. The food is the best Thai food I've had in Spokane. The portions are huge and the prices are extremely reasonable not to mention the flavor of everything is amazing and isn't just your typical Thai meal, they go the extra mile in everything they cook.The staff is very friendly and they all seem to help each other to make sure the guests are taken care of. This is not the first time we've been here for dinner...but its worth saying again how good the food is. We had the steamed dumplings which were so much better than the average dumplings you have at thai restaurants, full of meat and seasonings...yummy! We also had the basil chicken and pad thai. Both tasted fresh and tasty. I would tell people that this restaurant's food is a bit spicier than most thai restaurants in Spokane. We like it about medium and *** was a bit spicy for us...but very good! The decor is pleasant, easy parking and nice people who own/run the restaurant as well! read more

First Time here, trying out another Thai Restaurant in Spokane!! Most here in town and out a ways like up Hwy. 2 are pretty good as oriental Thai cuisine goes, usually from mediocre to fairly palatable. This restaurant does not even deserve to be rated!! A one (*) STAR would be way over rating this establishment. Yes, it's fairly NEW but has NO excuse for BAD FOOD, and that is exactly what I got........Drunken Noodle fit only for a "Drunk" who needs to be shocked into recovery.......Way too much spices, requested mild but got something so Foreign and Repugnant that I stopped after two or three mouthfuls.............whatever the cook used in this dish was to say the least uneatable Thai food I have ever had and not for most people, and I have dined in Thailand itself with better results. Never the less they charged for the full meal where most "REPUTABLE" RESTAURANTS REMOVE SUCH FROM BILL. I cannot say much more than to advise other people to avoid this place as it will undoubtedly FAIL of its own accord. read more

I too have tried most, if not all Thai places in Spokane. When Thai Grill closed on Argonne I had to find another place to go. Most served Pad Thai that too sweet or too juicy. Our Thai House fixes Pad Thai the way I like it; more dry, flavorful, and with green onions, sprouts and peanuts. I tried the satay, thai tea, pad thai, and fish cakes. All were definitely worth my time and will certainly be back. read more

The "Best of" Inlander issue is out this week and this place should have won hands down. Either Spokane doesn't have a palette for Thai food or the system is rigged. Everybody that I've talked to in Spokane about Thai food says that Our Thai House is the place to go. I would agree. Great food that isn't drowned out by the taste of sugar and oil followed up with fast and friendly service. Excellent Thai food! Their peanut sauce is so good and addictive (maybe they put crack in it?) and has coconut milk and spices that make it better than any other peanut sauce I've had. I have to order several extra sides of it so I can put it on literally everything. The fried tofu appetizer is also amazing (I dip it in peanut sauce as well), and the portion size of the Thai basil was plenty of food for at least two meals.
