Well As You Know I Am definitely a foodie today's taste a hamburger . I assumed Outback Burger Real Burger Meat load with everything and French Fries . Mouthwatering just thinking of the goodness. Wrong .Imagine my surprise to open my to go box and there it is . It's horrible salty French Fries Cold and limp which means old . No condiments none . I can't get the salty taste out my mouth. It taste like they smothered it in mustard it was just gross. I forgot to mention the to go staff horrible customer service. If you want to be patronized please serve fresh meat bread French Fries. Please easy up on the salt can I have a refund please.ok so just called to talk about my order spoke with Daniel who identified him self as manager put me hold never came back to phone . Taylor picked up the phone I to explain the problem to her. She offered to refund or do another burger of equal value but I am going pass . I want a refund. I am so nauseous right now . Omg the salty taste . I forgot to mention Daniel gaslighted me said Well we use the same seasoning we use on our steak so I don't know why it tasted liked that. I don't know what that has to do with the burger beening salty and the fries limp and salty and meat old . And know I am nauseous. I went back Sunday spoke with Taylor the manager she made everything good. She refunded my money and gave a complimentary meal steak and baked potato I insisted I would pay she said no I want correct the order. The order was hot and fresh . I haven't been to an Outback in ages. I love the rack of lamb - it's the only thing I get - and I wanted to go here for dinner just for that. Sat down, not on the menu. Asked the waitress who had no idea as she had only been there 3 months. I did look online now and learned that most locations don't have it because it wasn't a profitable item. I mean, it's the singular thing I want from Outback. It's the dish that made that place. Otherwise it's your average steakhouse. We got steak - some gristle in there - the other stuff was lackluster. Tonight's visit to Outback Steakhouse was such a disappointment. We hadn't been in a number of years and were looking forward to a nice meal. The restaurant is in desperate need of a refresh - it is dank, dark and dreary - but thankfully, according to the signs on the front doors, a remodel is in progress. We could overlook the atmosphere as we were here simply for an evening out. Unfortunately, our server spoiled the evening. She never smiled or greeted us. She took our drink order and asked if we wanted bread. The bread was brought to our table. We didn't have flatware or napkins. We asked but she never brought us any. My husband got up and took 2 rolled sets of flatware from another table. Salad and soup was okay. Chicken tenders and fries were okay. Steak was good. Server never checked on us to see if everything came out okay. She was unpleasant and obviously didn't want to be at Outback. The restaurant was really warm. It was 104° outside, I would have expected an indoor dining experience to be a cool respite. Instead, I was forced to fan myself to stay cool! Based on the comments and reactions of nearby guests, they didn't have great dining experiences either ... and it was primarily due, I'm sad to say, to our morose server. read more

Just had dinner here and let me tell you... they have come a long way to expanding their menu options! We got an amazing 18oz sirloin steak with baked potato then added the surf option for a nice lobster tail and we also added the Mac n cheese and it was amazing ! All of it was delicious and on point , my steak was medium well that can be a challenge and they got it on point, it didn't even need A1 sauce that's how good it was! The lobster complimented the meal very well with that delicious butter omg! Makes you think your sinning as your eating! Everything was delicious, what made it better is that we were celebrating my parents 35th year anniversary and it was a party of 8 and we got taken care of. Never waited for a drink , also our meal came out in a decent amount of time, and our waitress was amazing I believe her name was Hayden. I brought the cake and she took it to the back to surprise my parents , and brought us more than enough silverware and plates for our cake. We gave her some cake and she was super sweet! Ordered to go and got a medium rare prime rib with shrimp and when I got home the prime rib was raw not even cooked at all no where near med rare... I think I got food poisoning because of this.. Definitely a memorable time here. We were welcomed by the staff and got seated very quickly. Brenda who was our waitress was more than helpful and provided a memorable experience. Really appreciate her recommendations with the Ahi Tuna. We also the fried mushrooms as well - good portions. The steak was cooked medium-rare and seasoned well. Don't bother to call in for a reservation or call que, called at 6:11pm and showed up at 7pm to find out that my name magically wasn't on the list. Verified the number on Yelp with the hostess and they said it wasn't their number. If you call, it states it's Outback Arlington with the corresponding address before you are put through to anyone. We add ourselves to the wait list again and the 30 minute wait turns into over an hour. I've never had an issue anywhere like this where simply adding yourself to a wait list has been such a hassle. The blooming onion was great for the first few bites, but the grease quickly got to me even if I dipped it in a lot of blooming sauce. The crab cake was decent, but I felt like it was lacking in the amount of crab meat. I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta for myself, which was pretty good besides the chicken. I have not been to an Outback in awhile and they lured us here with their 5 dollar beers for International Beer day. It was also our anniversary and we were excited to try Outback Steakhouse again. Well, Never again... it started out pretty well with cheap drinks In the bar while we waited for our table. 20 minutes later we still had not heard them call our name, even though we told them we would be in the bar. Finally we went up to the front hostess stand and the guy who looked like David Spade said he called our name all over the bar but we never answered him... I don't think so. Our Waiter seemed very busy, and I can understand that, but he was very inattentive. Our meal was delivered by the manager who said they were having Hawaiian shirt night. We ate our meal and it was ok. The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and chicken. There were two tomatoes on the salad-. The chicken on the salad was tasty and so was the ranch dressing. Husband's 30 dollar ribeye steak was less than an inch thick but still tasty. The baked potato was the smallest potato I've ever seen in a restaurant. It was supposed to be a "loaded" potato, which I guess meant "put hardly anything on it". Should be called an unloaded potato. The amount of cheese on it was about a teaspoon. Sad. The worst part was at the end when we realized we never got any bread, like every other table received; nor did we receive our second side, which was mac & cheese. So we told our waiter when he delivered the bill that we didn't get our mac & cheese and he said he would give it to us to go. 20 minutes later - no mac & cheese and no sign of our waiter. So we told the manager with a Hawaiian shirt that we never got our mac & cheese to go. He apologized and said it would be right out. The Bun Head manager at this location needs to go! Yes, he had a man bun, so I'm not name calling, but I do hope corporate reads these reviews and will know exactly which child I am talking about. bonehead has no clue what customer service is. Bun Head was extremely rude and could not handle any stress, pathetic! From what I could decipher, mind you, this is all taking place at the front entry podium, Someone was late or no show for shift. There were 6 waiters surrounding that podium for at least 20 minutes arguing over who gets what tables. During this time, no one in the restaurant was being waIted on. When that ordeal was finally solved, the Bun Head manager started seating people. But he started seating those who came in most recent first. He should have seated the people who had been patiently waiting for the last 40 minutes first. Poor management skills by that Bun Head manager. Once finally seated, there were so many dirty tables to swim past. No wonder none of the tables are clean. The bus boy is on his phone playing games. We were ready to put all that drama behind us for date night. Then we waited another 30 minutes before our drink order was taken. Our waitress did not know she had our table. Thanks, Bun Head! Wow, had such a great dinner last night. We usually frequent the Irving location, but decided we were running errands and to stop at this location off I20 in Arlington. Great move!!!! From the moment we walked in, it was like walking in to a family gathering. Hostess set us up, and the waiter Brandon was very personable, we like that. Also the manager Jermaine was old school where he went around and spoke to everyone making sure all was good. He stayed on top of questions from staff but still had time to sit and talk to us. Great guy. The food was great, just the way I liked it, the service was fast even though we were in no hurry. I think we will be making the 15 to 20 min drive to this location now instead of the one close to home. It was my birthday and I wanted prime rib. However when we got to the restaurant I decided the lobster and fillet mignon looked really good. The filet mignon melted in my mouth like butter the lobster was good as well the asparagus was OK. My dining partner had the ribeye with a baked potato which was seasoned very well but he even liked my filet mignon better. I only have two complaints; number one they don't offer free dessert for a birthday and they don't offer a song or any kind of celebration secondly, my baked sweet potato was delicious but very very tiny about the size of a small fist fist. Outback used to be THE SPOT to have dinner at. It's been years since I've been back and after tonight, I understand why. The quality was not there. I feel like everything we ordered was in the freezer too long and defrosted before cooking. If you know the taste of freezer burn, that's the best description I can give. The steaks were actually REALLY good it was just everything else that couldn't keep up with it. The mashed potatoes were so unappetizing. It was in a ball and it wasn't creamy nor flavorful - literally mashed potatoes . . The mac n cheese LOOKS yummy but disappointed because it wasn't. It was one of the foods that had the freezer burn taste. After that experience, I'm really surprised it was so packed. I don't think quality food is there anymore. Please fix the massive pot hole in the entrance to your parking lot. That is super dangerous. The service was great. Very attentive wait staff, hostess and manager. Awesome Waiter!! We arrived here for lunch on a Sunday after church and it wasnt very busy so we were immediately seated. Our waiter had several tables but he took care of us! Our food was delicious as always, I especially loved the bloomin onion today. ( I wish I could remember the waiters name but he was new in town and I directed him to the Grand Prairie Outlet Mall to do some shopping with a Columbia Sporting goods store) The restrooms were clean. I have been to this Outback a lot and never really had a bad experience here. Looking at some of the reviews of this Outback, some people just shouldn't go out to eat. If youre that picky cook your own food!! (my tip of the century!) They also have a cold water pitcher int he waiting area for people that have to wait to be seated. How convenient.
