The food was super salty and I wasn't satisfied, the waiter was nice but wasn't too attentive overall I wasn't satisfied this visit

Probably one of the worst service I have yet to encounter. The only thing good about this visit was the wait time to get a table especially for a Friday night. Ordered our drinks and appetizers first from a server who was covering our waiter since they were on break or lunch when we came in. They seemed not happy or eager to help us. Took our order. Got our appetizers and drinks. And our real server came and asked if we ordered, we said yes. No follow up for a while. We must have waited at least 40 mins until we asked another server to follow up on our food, still got no follow up. Then went to the front to ask for a manager to ask if we can get someone to check on our food . Someone finally came to us and said they're getting it ready. 10 mins later they finally apologize and said there was a mix up and delivered our food. Apologized and offered us dessert on them. I mean at this point we just wanted to get our food and leave. Not even the manager offered anything to amend the bad service we got. Horrible. read more

This chain has gone downhill since the last time I ate here (2018-ish). The food was oily, salty, and somehow still flavorless. My NY strip steak was incredibly fatty and impossible to cut because there was this strange membrane. Needless to say I was disgusted so the waiter offered to send it back and replace with a new steak. The mac and cheese tasted like parsley. I truly do not know how they achieved that taste with cheese and dough. read more

Went Christmas Eve around 4pm. Open free parking since it's in "The Hanger" plaza in Burbank which is huge. Very nice and cozy inside. Bathroom was very smelly and dirty. Our waitress was so so kind, got drinks and food out fast within 20minutes. Bloomin onion: very crispy and good but sauce was alright, preferred ranch. Everything was great for the food and the price. Rib and steak combo, only 4 piece rib with a 6oz steak, very small portion but that's okay because of the sides. The baked potato was pretty dry. Perks: customer service is decent, waiting for a table is always short, decent parking lot. We always get the Bloomin' Onion to share because... Outback! I know, it's a cliche, but hard to resist! I usually get a filet mignon and a baked potato, my regular go to dinner, always well made, nothing sophisticated, but good flavors and solid from one visit to another. Of course, we pair the meal with a nice beer on tap! Never got a dessert here, by that point, we're stuffed! Maybe some day! Was in town for a quick trip and this was close to the hotel. Came in on a Monday night for dinner and it was a bit busy. No wait for the table, everyone was friendly. It's been so many years since I've gone to the outback. Dining area and bathroom were both clean, which I always pay attention to especially while traveling with a kid. Our server was friendly, but it seemed like she was a bit overwhelmed. Service was a little slow...but honestly I feel like everywhere I go in California...the service is always slower than back in Vegas. Food came out fairly quickly and was pretty good. Happy with the service and all there. They regularly checked in and deserved a fair tip. I wished I had asked more before ordering. The steak was almost a quarter fat. As I was trimming it I heard the next table ask and they were clearly told what to expect and which steaks were more lean. But the Bloomin' petals tasted like they were the pieces that fell off a blooming onion and stayed either in the fryer or in a heat lamp too long. Not worth an up charged side. Tiny pieces that were crunchy and over cooked. The four little shrimp were on a half piece of toasted to burnt bread. The bread and butter were good as always and I wish they'd left the slice of bread under the shrimp off the plate in favor of the table bread. (Didn't touch the toasted piece after scraping black from it.) Overall, I feel like this gives vibes of a restaurant struggling to stay in the black, forced to sell mid food within their menu to keep a price range that doesn't drive off customers. I still got full but left plenty of food behind without wanting a to-go box. I hate complaining when they ask "Is everything good?" because the server is doing what they can. read more

Good classic American Australian food! I ate here by myself around 5:30 6 o'clock, and there was no wait. The staff was super nice and took good care of me through my nice solo dinner! I got a ribeye with broccoli and a sweet potato. The sweet potato was cooked well and came with all of the toppings like butter and brown sugar. The broccoli was cooked in too much butter, but still yummy. The ribeye steak was cooked well but it felt like a pretty cheap cut of steak, not the best ribeye I've had and it had a little too much salt. My husband and I dined in today for dinner, at the end of the meal because of tip culture we felt obligated to tip 15% for mediocre service by our waitress Corina. We first got our drinks and ordered our meal after and that was the only time my husband got a refill on his coke. After we got our food our waitress didn't come back but we did notice she kept going to the group of 2 by us and another party of 6. It wasn't until we had already paid for our meal we had to wait and ask her if she would give my husband the cheesecake that came with his meal. Outback Steakhouse Today we celebrated our daughter's birthday and her choice was Outback Steakhouse. Our server tonight was Anthony H. He was very attentive and most definitely on top of everything. I placed my half empty glass of iced tea on the table and there he appeared with a fresh one. We started off with the Sydney Shrooms, bread and butter. The bread and whipped butter are highly addictive. It's amazing how fast it seems to disappear. I really liked the shrooms, perfectly fried and piping hot. I went with the 15 oz Ribeye, rare. On the side, I went with the Aussie Fries and a Chopped Pecan and Blue Cheese Salad. I would definitely order the salad as a side again because I am a huge blue cheese fan. Our daughter went with the Queensland Chicken and Shrimp Pasta, as well as a strawberry mojito. She loved everything! My wife went with the Perfectly Grilled Salmon, loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was all cooked to perfection. The waiter brought out the second one that was toasted on the outside and cold on the inside. The bread oven must be broken. I had the Alice springs chicken which I was craving for a while... thinking it would be served with hot melted cheese, crispy bacon and shrooms. It was such a disappointment. The cheese wasn't even melted underneath, soggy bacon and mushrooms that looked like they were a week old. The service , so slow. The waiter was nice but I don't think he was feeling it that night. The music was on volume 1, kinda made the vibe a bit awkward but the layout of the restaurant was huge and had so many comfy booths. It wasn't really busy and they sat my boyfriend and I in an extra large booth which was very nice. We ordered the feast for two, which came with 1 appetizer, 2 meats, 4 sides and a dessert, so basically you each get a plate with a meat choice and 2 sides. We both agreed it was a really good deal and we used the app to get $10 off as well, make sure you have the code ready for your server when you ask for the bill. We saw they have a special Rum event coming up too with a 3 course meal and drink paring for under $60 pp . Our server, Alicia took good care of us we were in an out with our 3 course meal in under an hour. Plenty of parking at this location as well. We went here on Black Friday hoping for a good meal... Right as we went in the smell of raw meat hit us. We ordered the "filet mignon" and lobster combo with asparagus and blooming petals, and the outback style prime rib with mac n cheese and Brussel sprouts. Horrible. The supposed "filet mignon" was dry and covered in oil. We ordered it again making a complaint to the manager. When it came out my son cut it in half and guess what. It came out RAW. They don't trim their meat, the Brussel sprouts were drenched in oil, and the mac n cheese was bland. I can't even talk about the most salty lobster I have ever had. Like it was dipped into the ocean. The best thing on the table was their bread and the gingerbread fizz. Do not come to this awful place. Also the manager their at the time was very rude and rolled her eyes about my complaint. You charge 48.00 for filet mignon then you should serve a 48.00 meal Norms steak is better and more well prepared the this steak. I'll stick with Ranch barbecue steak house in Nrothridge read more

We (a party of 2) came here on a Saturday evening, it was not busy - we were greeted and seated immediately. Staff were kind and attentive. Environment was clean and it was pretty quiet during the time we went with only a few parties around. We both had the steak and shrimp pasta, which is one of my favorites from this place bc the portion size is filling, it's super creamy, and the steak/shrimp are cooked well. I've gone to a few different Outbacks and this is by far the best experience I've had. When I first came in I was instantly greeted and sat down. I was given water instantly by the server. He was so attentive, actually the whole staff today was really great. The shift manager even made his rounds at all the tables to ask if they were okay and made sure to let us know that he was there if we needed anything. My server was also very attentive,friendly, and constantly came back to see if i needed anything and check on the taste of the food. Overall we all had great staff making sure we were good. I ordered the New York steak and added the lobster to it. It was made perfectly medium and flavorful. You could tell that the cooks really worked hard on my meal as well.
