Went here with a friend as it was nearby. Had been looking forward to having the salmon teriyaki, having passed up getting some salmon on the West side the day before. Got that, some sushi rolls, & a taro boba drink. The rolls were about what I'd expect for the Valley sadly. Not great but not the worst. Boba was decent. The salmon though? Dry. Awful. Been coming here for years. I love this little hole in the wall place. The food tastes really good. Especially their pork sizzling plate and beef sizzling plate. The salmon itself was warm. The teriyaki texture was kinda of chunky & gooey. Didn't really have much flavor either. The rice & salad was nothing special. Lastly the spicy salmon rolls. The rice was good and the salad came with a flavorful dressing, but I wasn't a fan of the teriyaki sauce. I had to add soy sauce to the chicken to give it more flavor, and that helped . The prices are reasonable and they have plenty of drink options, which is good . The interior was clean and the cashier was friendly.
