Got the ribs for takeout for a party and everyone loved them and asked where they were from! Super tender and the bbq sauce was delicious

My wife and I was here today and was here to celebrate our daughter 37th birthday, she was here with her two children and a friend was there to help with the celebration as well. For appetizers I order the Blooming Onion and the Coconut Shrimp, then I let everyone just ordered what they want and I ordered the rack of ribs with the salad and the sweet potato with extra butter and brown sugar and unsweetened iced tea. There was a lady that came by and took some pictures and I bought four of them for $60.00 basically she charge $15.00 per picture. The waitress was really nice and attentive to our needs and gave our daughter a bowl of ice cream for her birthday. I ate all my food, but everyone else had a box to take home. I did not drink any alcoholic drinks as it was early in the afternoon. read more

We went to outback steakhouse for Mother's Day. We have not been to outback in 10 or 15 years because the quality of the food had went down. We decided to give it another chance and surprisingly the food at the Burbank location was delicious. We normally go to other locations. The server by the name of Robert was absolutely amazing. I would say it was at least eight in our party. We could be very demanding kind, but very demanding and he handled us like it was nothing. Ambience was standard regular steakhouse, but we were impressed. Job well done Robert and into the chefs. read more

It's hard to find good "homemade" French onion soup... surprisingly this was one of the best... who knew OB's had great soups. First time trying Outback Steakhouse and it did not disappoint. I was seated within 5mins. I ordered the bloomin' onion and wings and it was sooooo good! I didn't get to take a picture of my salmon plate because it was delicious. For dessert, I ordered the Chocolate From Down Under and it was sweet way to wrap up my lunch. The food is tasty, consistent and if you go for the deal meals...its worth it. The food is good. Its the customer service @ this location that is subpar and discourages me from spending disposable $$ here. Devon, a male waiter at the bar section is the main reason I dont come to this location. The interactions are just off to me. He seems bothered when I ordered from the meal deals. I would go with my brother and he will come to the table asking my brother if everything is okay but doesnt even look at me. Then he comes to the table 3x bringing water, this and that,quickly walks away before you can say anything and then comes back with an attitude and says "are you ready to order now?" Dude, I was ready the 1st time you came through but hes so busy giving attitude, I don't even think he knows how many times he came and went without asking. Even my brother notices Devons demeanor. He has an attitude from the start. Maybe he doesnt like taking orders from a well dressed woman? There's also this woman in the evenings who tends bar with glassess, black hair, tattoos and skin like Snow White. She also had an attitude when I paid the check. She wasnt my server. She gave me the check, I gave her my card but the payment for some reason was being taken through at the table top machine they have so the transaction didnt go through on the register. Real loud she said "your card didnt go through " then in the same breath she said aloud and more quiet "oh,its bc the transaction was getting processed on that machine (the table top machine and bc the bill was paid, the card didnt double charge) -_- what a dum dum! Even my brother said "she said that loud, the whole bar could hear her" She didn't acknowledge her mistake, she didnt say thank you after the bill was paid, she was probably embarrassed..I would be. It takes a long time to get a customer and only seconds to lose a customer. read more

Outback is totally dishonest, They run a rewards point system then they don't give you your points. On several occasions I have asked managers to make sure they add my points at the time I eat at the restaurant and it still doesn't get done. I have sent them copy of the receipt on 4 different occasions with no success. Totally dishonest they want your business then don't honor their rewards program read more

Giving it a 2 because the server was pretty decent but I definitely won't be going back. I hadn't been to Outback in years, not since I had a ruined birthday dinner there. Finally decided to try my local Outback for dinner last weekend only to find a complete disaster. Good things first. Excellent service from my waiter Robert. Very kind and helpful. The food was mediocre but the appetizers are pretty good. For the bad: The bathroom had a pungent odor that filled up the whole dining area. Our table was still dirty and wet when we were sat and it was pretty gross. Lastly I over heard the manager Sergio speaking to his staff and I was appalled by how rude he was towards his servers and how creepy he was towards the younger girls working there. Absolutely inexcusable from management if you ask me. Probably won't come back here and I hope those nice servers find better places! read more

We ordered two 9oz. Filet dinners for DELIVERY$$$$$ asked for medium rare and they showed up medium well. We usually finish cooking them at home but it was past that. My salad was good and I love their tangy tomato dressing. I got some sad asparagus which was soggy and drenched in butter. They don't offer steamed. My steak was beautiful till you bit into it. It was extremely gamey and had this metallic taste almost rancid. Sadly I threw it out. My wife's steak tbh was somewhat decent and different in quality altogether. Ate there today, 11/1. I ordered their best and biggest prime rib. It was almost inedible. I left most of it behind. My 9 year old grandson barely touched his chicken tenders. That tells you how bad they were. And our server was inattentive. Was mostly nowhere to be found and didn't keep the table cleared. I doubt we will return. read more

I've been coming here for years and glad it survived the pandemic after the one in Glendale did not; however, the crowds have definitely not returned. After hitting Target and knowing I had milk in the truck, I ran over on a Saturday midday (when they'd normally be packed) just to check and see what the wait was like, but I was able to walk right in the door to an almost empty bar. No matter, the staff was completely jovial, pleasant and professional despite that most of the servers weren't going to leave with a lot of tips that day due to lack of business. The food was good as always and the 'Bloomin' Shrimp' that I went to try wasn't anything special, just a bowl of fried Shrimp; I was hoping it'd be a Bloomin' Onion with Shrimp stuffed in between the onion petals! read more

Could not have had a worse experience. First, the good. The server was very nice. She was sweet and felt bad about the way things went. Now, the bad. First, it took 15 minutes from the time we were seated to have our server come to our table. Then, after she took our order, our food didn't arrive to our table. We ordered the Bloomin Onion, but it didn't even come. Our food did eventually arrive, but it came to the table next to us. We had no clue until the people next to us told us, after it was there for 10 minutes. Finally, after the server came, she re-ordered the food and then she said the Bloomin Onion would come soon. 10 minutes later we had it. Then, after a good amount of time, our food came. The steak was not cooked right and was totally well-done, when we ordered medium. The baked potato was hard and not even edible. We decided to call it a night and not even complain. Loved the welcoming attitude of our host Branden. Right away they brought us drinks and offered the appetizer. I haven't been to this location for a few years and I've noticed a decline in food quality at the big chain restaurants so I was a little nervous how my experience would be. We went for my birthday and the experience was better than I expected. We waited 30 minutes to be seated on a Saturday and the wait was worth it. I would definitely go again. I ordered a filet medium and it came out cooked medium with the right level of seasoning. My husband got the salmon and it was cooked at the right temperature and seasoned well. Dessert brownie was soft and the ice cream and whipped cream were flavorful. The only thing that I didn't like so much was the salad- the lettuce was bland, but the vegetables were fresh. Our server was very friendly and joked around with us. Reminds me of old school customer service. I do think they need more servers and bussers because no one came to remove our plates in between courses.
